ergonom and the facilit of using them. We hope our product will give ou complete satisfaction.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
THE APPLIANCE AND SAVE IT FOR ANY FURTHER NEED.
Incorrect operation or usage is likel to cause damage to the
appliance and injure the user. Make sure that ou follow all
safet instructions. Onl use this appliance for the purpose for
which it has been designed; we decline all responsibilit in the
event of damage due to incorrect use or bad handling.

the appliance.

concerning use of the appliance in a safe wa and
understand the hazards involved.

6. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged
less than 8 ears. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made b children.
7. Cooking appliances should be positioned in a stable situation
with the handles (if an ) positioned to avoid spillage of the
hot liquids.
8. If the suppl cord is damaged, it must be replaced b the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarl qualified persons
(*) in order to avoid a hazard.
9. Do not pass the cord over objects with sharp edges and keep
it at a distance from, hot objects and bare flames. Alwa s pull
on the plug to disconnect it from the feed source.
10. For extra protection it is possible to equip our home electrical
s stem with a residual current circuit breaker with voltage
break at 30 mA maximum. Ask our electrician for advice.
11. Make sure that the cord or the extension cable is not at risk of
being pulled inadvertentl nor of being topped over b an one
at the time of use.
12. When ou use an extension cable, make sure that it is
adapted to the appliance essential consumption. Contrar
to this, the extension cable and/ or the plug risks
overheating.
13. Onl the appropriate connector must be used.
14. Onl use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the wa
indicated in the instructions.
15. In case the appliance accidentall falls into water disconnect it
immediatel . Have it checked b an expert before re-using, if
ou do not do this ou run the risk of electrocution.

16. Never tr to open the casing ourself.

wet, or if the appliance itself is damp.

around the appliance and do not bend it.
24. Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.
25. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
26. The connector must be removed before the appliance is
cleaned and the appliance inlet must be dried before the
appliance is used again.
27. The appliance is not intended to be operated b means of an
external timer or a separate remote-control s stem.

times as it comes into direct contact with food.

Note:
Before using the unit for the first time, carefull clean the unit and cover.
Do not use an aggressive detergents, brushes with metal or n lon bristles or sharp objects
such as knives or spatulas for cleaning the unit. Avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Alwa s
dr the unit thoroughl after cleaning it.

USE
1. Insert the control probe full into the socket of the hotplate.
2. Plug the cord into a power outlet and turn the power ON.
3. Adjust the dial to low grade for preheat few minutes.
4. Set the control probe dial to the desired heat setting. When the thermostat light on the control
probe switches off, the desired cooking temperature has been reached and the appliance is read to
use.
5. Put our food on the fr pan
NOTE 1: The thermostat light on the control probe indicates the appliance is heating. This light will
remain ON until the set temperature has been reached and then will c cle ON and OFF throughout
cooking. This will ensure that the Grill alwa s maintains the selected temperature.
The preheat time will depend on the heat setting selected. If a high heat setting is selected, a longer
preheat time is required.
NOTE 2: The glass cover has a vent through which hot steam can escape!
Avoid contact with this escaping steam.
The cover can ecome extremely hot during operation therefore use oven gloves, etc. where
possi le when removing the cover to avoid urns.
6. After using, switch OFF the appliance thermostat and unplug it.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Caution: do not use wire brush or an abrasive items or liquids
Be ver careful when ou use cooking oil, if it is too hot it can take fire

2. Never immerse the appliance base in water
3. Ensure that the appliance has completel cooled down before cleaning.
4. Clean the baking tra , the oil tra and the glass lid with hot soap water.
5. Use damp cloth to clean the appliance base.
