Battery Connection / Powering the Unit
• Connect to your battery: (12 or 24V)
• Connect the red (PWR +) wire to a constant, fuse protected, un-
switched positive source (+) typically engine start battery.
• Connect the black wire (GND -) to the negative terminal of your
battery or to any common ground (-) terminal
NOTE
The Locmarine HUB has no on/off switch and will remain
powered while connected to your battery. The HUB is designed
for a very low power consumption and can be powered for
months before the battery needs to be charged.

Connect Bilge Pump
Brown Wire (+ input)
• Locate the bilge pump switch controlling the most active bilge pump.
(the pump closest to the stern is usually the most active)
• Connect the brown wire to the switching lead (+) wire (the lead that
carries voltage when the bilge switch is set to ON)

Security Sensor
Yellow Wire (+ Input)
Your Locmarine HUB System includes a magnetic sensor kit (LM-MRS-KT).
Installing the sensor:
• Locate the door, hatch or lid you want to monitor, the sensor have to
be installed on the frame and the hatch (please make sure the gap
between the two parts is less than 1/2”).
• Connect the red wire from the provided cable to the orange cable
(+5V output) on the locmarine HUB.
• Connect the yellow wire coming back from the sensor to the yellow
input wire on the Locmarine HUB.
• Every time the magnetic sensor is open (separated) it will send a
signal to the HUB and a “security alert” will be sent to your phone.
NOTES
• You can connect more than one security sensor in your boat
so you can monitor multiple hatches/doors.
• The sensor provided is water proof but it’s recommended to
be installed in a dry area, water between the sensor might
cause false alarms.
