Thank you for purchasing the Logia™Money Counter. This User Guide is intended to provide you with
guidelines to ensure that operation of this product is safe and does not pose risk to the user. Any use
that does not conform to the guidelines described in this User Guide may void the limited warranty.
Please read all directions before using the product and retain this guide for reference.
While the Logia™Money Counter utilizes up to date counterfeit detection technology to detect
counterfeit bills and notes, counterfeiters continually update their technology to evade our technology.
As such, the manufacturer cannot absolutely guarantee that any particular bank note or currency
is genuine or authentic. You, the customer, therefore agree, by purchasing this product, to hold the
Supplier harmless for any and all damages related to the receipt or processing of any particular
counterfeit banknotes, currency or credit cards. With respect to the product generally, any liability of
the supplier or manufacturer is limited to compliance with the warranty described herein and up to the
amount paid out for the product in question.
This product is covered by a limited one-year warranty. Coverage is subject to limits and exclusions.

6. Always turn the unit o and unplug it before cleaning.
7. Avoid operating this device in a dusty or dirty environment.
8. Keep the device in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
9. Prevent this unit from coming into contact with strong magnetic elds, as they will cause
interference in its operation.
10. This device is designed to be operated only at 110V ± 10V, and is rated only for a 2A/250V fuse.
Any variations will prevent it from working properly.

USING YOUR MONEY COUNTER
UNDERSTANDING AND USING THE FEATURES
Note: For all modes, it is important to load your bills into the Hopper in an orderly fashion. However,
you can place them in the hopper either face-up, face-down, or a mixture of the two.
1. Automatic Counting
This counts the bills that are added to the Hopper, showing the total in the Counting Display.
• To perform this function, simply load the bills into the Hopper.
2. Batch Function
Set a custom batch amount to separate bills into desired quantities.
• Press the Batch button.
• The Batch Indicator will illuminate and the Batch Number will default to 100.
• Use the Batch +1 and Batch -10 buttons to adjust the number to your required amount.
3. Addition Function
Use this function to add a new batch to your running tally.
• Press the Add button.
• The Add Indicator will illuminate.
• Add your new batch of bills to the Hopper.
• The number will be added to the previous quantity.
• To end this function, press the Add button once more.
4. Half-Note Detection
If the machine detects a partial note during counting, it will stop and beep.
• The error message “EE4” will be displayed.
• The partial note will be the last one in the Stacking Tray.
• To continue counting, remove the partial note and press the Reset button.
5. Chain Notes Detection
Detects overlapping bills.

• The error message “EE A” will be displayed.
6. Automatic Self-Check
A self-diagnostic process the unit undergoes automatically upon startup.
• Ensures parts are working properly for an accurate count.
7. Automatic Zero Clearing
When counting a new batch of bills, the unit will automatically start at zero.
8. Counterfeit Alarm
If the machine detects a counterfeit bill during counting, it will stop and beep.
• An error message will be displayed (EE1, EE2 or EE3) based on whether the counterfeit bill was
detected with Ultraviolet, Magnetic, or Infrared.
• The counterfeit bill will be the last one in the Stacking Tray.
• To continue counting, remove the counterfeit bill and press the Reset button.
9. Ultraviolet Detection
The Ultraviolet Detection function turns on automatically when the machine is powered on.
• To select and deselect this function, press the UV button.
10. Magnetic Detection
The Magnetic Detection function turns on automatically when the machine is powered on.
• To select and deselect this function, press the MG button.
11. Infrared Detection
The Infrared Detection function turns on automatically when the machine is powered on.
• To select and deselect this function, press the IR button.
12. Optional External Display
Allows you to have more than one person view the count.
• To use this, plug the Display cord into the port in the main unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is no power:
• Ensure that the power switch is on.
• Check to see if the power cord is connected snugly.
• Determine whether or not the fuse has worn out.
If the power is on, but the machine is not working:
• Check to see if the Hopper Sensor is dirty, and try cleaning it.
• Ensure the Hopper Sensor wire is connected to the circuit board.
If the tally is inaccurate:
• Tighten the adjustment screw in a clockwise direction.
• Check to see if the Counting Sensor is dirty, and try cleaning it.
If the machine is incorrectly detecting questionable bills:
• Check to see if the Magnetic Sensor is dirty, and try cleaning it.
• Check to see if the UV Sensor is dirty, and try cleaning it.
To Tighten and Loosen the Adjustment Screw
This screw is what adjusts the friction. It may become too
loose or tight during transport or use. You can adjust it as
shown.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
SPECIFICATIONS
IMPORTANT: 80% of user diculties can be eliminated by simply keeping the unit free of
dust and dirt at all times.
1. Turn o the power switch and unplug the machine.
2. Clean the optical sensors:
a. You will nd them near the Hopper, Counting Roller, and Stacking Tray.
b. Use the included soft brush to remove any paper particles or dust from these sensors.
c. If they require further cleaning, you may also wipe them with a soft cloth that has been
moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
3. Clean the inside:
a. Lift the Handle up, then pull back the Control Panel until it opens.
b. Use the included soft brush to remove any debris from the interior.
4. Ensure that you do not change the positions of the sensors.

WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS
IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY? C&A Marketing, Inc. located at 114 Tived Lane East, Edison, NJ
(“we”) extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”). It
does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER? This limited warranty covers defects in materials and
workmanship of the Logia™ Money Counter (the “product”) for the Warranty Period as dened below.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER? This limited warranty does not cover any damage due
to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to
perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear;
or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE? This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and
lasts for one year (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace
the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes
will not be retroactive.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY? With respect to any defective product
during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or
the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such product if an exchange unit
cannot be provided.
HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE? To obtain warranty service, you must contact us at
Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number. No warranty service will be provided without a DMA number
and return shipping costs to our facilities shall be assumed by you, the purchaser. Shipping costs of the
replacement unit to you shall be assumed by us.
