Installation Steps
Starting up the Gateway
1) Power up the Gateway by plugging it into the mains via the AC adapter.
2) The Power Indicator light on the Gateway should remain on when connected.
Note: It may take up to a minute for the Gateway to boot up and be in a ready state.
3) Connect the Gateway to your router with an ethernet cable (not supplied).
4) If the Ethernet Indicator is lit up and/or flickering, it means that the ethernet is connected
correctly and data is flowing.
Note: If the Ethernet Indicator flashes once per second, or remains off, that means that the
network connection isn’t working and you may need to try another cable.
The System Indicator should also turn green, suggesting that the server is running smoothly.
Setting up the Zigbee network for the First Time
1) Press the SET button 6 times in quick succession to initiate the Zigbee network.
2) The Zigbee Network Indicator should now flash once every second to indicate that its been
set up correctly.
The Gateway is now ready to work with your Smart Home app. Please refer to the Logika Smart
Mobile App user manual, which will take you through the steps of using the app to connect the
devices to the network.

Additional Functions for Troubleshooting
Add Devices to your Zigbee Network for the First Time
1) Press the SET button 4 times in quick succession.
2) The Zigbee Network Indicator should now stay on. This means devices can now be
discovered by the Gateway. The light will stay on for around 4 minutes, at which point it will
time out.
If you wish to terminate and disallow further devices from connecting:
1) Press the SET button 3 times in quick succession.
2) The Zigbee Network Indicator will go out and the Gateway is now no longer accepting any
new devices to connect.
Restore Factory Default Settings
1) Long press the SYS button for 10 seconds.
2) The Gateway will now restore its factory settings.
Note: The Zigbee network will not be affected.
Quit Out of the Zigbee Network
1) Long press the SET button for 10 seconds.
2) The Gateway will now quit out of the current Zigbee network.

Troubleshooting
The Power Indicator and/or the Setting Indicator fails to turn on.
You may need to check to see if the power is connected correctly and is the correct type.
You have forgotten the Gateway Password or its not accepting the default one.
You need to restore the factory default settings on the Gateway to reset its password back to the
default. You do this by pressing the SYS button for 10 seconds.
The Gateway is not online when logging into the client mobile app.
•Confirm that the Gateway is connected to your internet router and that you have internet
connectivity.
•Confirm that the Network Indicator is on and working.
•Power off and power the Gateway back on.
•If none of the above work, please contact us.
