Installation Steps
Hardware Installation
1) Remove the film from the 3M double-sided tape on the front plate, pass the cylinder
through the hole in the door, along with the data cable, and affix to the door.
2) Pass the data cable through the hole on the fixed plate and screw the plate onto the door.
3) Connect the data cable to the connector on the back plate.
4) Attach the back plate to the fixed plate by mounting it on the small hooks.
5) Connect the battery to the back plate. Charge the battery via the micro USB connector if
required.

Adding the Device to the Smart Home Network
Use the Logika Smart Home app to add the device to the Smart Home system. Please refer to the
Logika Smart Mobile App user guide which will take you through the process of adding smart
devices to the system.
Refer to the information below to locate the device in the Device Add screen. Once selected, the app
will walk you through how to add the device to the system.

Device Functions
Perform a Factory Reset
Press and hold the WIFI Settings button (You will need a paperclip or other small pin to poke through
the hole to the switch inside). Wait for the vocal response “Factory setting restored” from the
device, then release the button.
Follow instructions from with the mobile app to connect the device to the network.
Safety Precautions
• Do not press hard on the clear dome cover or Infrared Night Vision sensor (convex black
dome) on the front panel as this may cause damage.
• Be careful when feeding the data cable through to the other unit and make sure the
connectors are safely seated in their respective ports.
• Use the supplied power adaptor and USB cable to charge the battery.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, excessive rain, high humidity or dusty
areas.

Troubleshooting
The device cannot be added to the Zigbee network.
The device may be registered to another network. In rare occasions this can happen if the device
was not removed from the test network at the factory.
Perform the Perform a Factory Reset procedure mentioned in Device Functions section to clear this
setting. You should now be free to add the device to the local smart network.
