Installation
Note: Do not insert LogN HN-UN2 in the beginning before Software
Installation is completed.
Software Installation of“LogN Wireless LAN Utility”
1- Exit all Windows programs. Insert the included “Installation CD”
into the computer. The CD will run automatically.
2- From the main menu prompted, select “Driver/Utility Installation”.
3- You will be directed to the following screen. Click “Next” to
proceed with installation.

4- Follow-up with installation screens until you reach the following
screen. Once reached, click “Finish” to restart PC to complete
softwareinstallation.

Hardware Installation
1- Once the software installation is completed, insert “LogN
HN-UN2” into PC USB port. MS-Windows will detect the new
device and install the required drivers automatically.
Running LogN
Wireless Adapter Mode
LogN HN-UN2 connects your PC wirelessly to a home access point
2- Once MS-Windows tells that the device is installed successfully,
you are finished with LogN installation process.
1- Launch “LogN Wireless LAN Utility” just installed.

2- In the menu bar, make sure that the “Mode” menu selects “Station”
mode.

• Double click “LogN Wireless LAN Utility” icon on
desktop.
• OR, go to Start>All Programs>LogN HN-UN2>LogN

3- Go to “Available Network” tab, the system will automatically scan
access points nearby, or click “Refresh” button to rescan again.

4- Double click your preferred home access point or click “Add to
profile” button to make connection.
5- “LogN Wireless LAN Utility” will pop a window with the acquired
access point information.If the access point wireless is secured,
you will need to type the access point wireless security key.

6- Once finished, “LogN Wireless LAN Utility” will lead you to the
“General” tab to show you connection status.

Access Point Mode
LogN HN-UN2 will act as an Access Point that takes internet from your PC
internet. This Access Point will be seen by other PCs
