The Digital Fertility Testing System is composed of the Digital Fertility Tracker
and Test Midstreams. The Digital Fertility Testing System is intended to be
used for the qualitative or semi-quantitative detection hormone in human
urine.
For LH: for the semi-qualitative detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine,
as an aid in predicting the time of ovulation, and peak fertility.
For FSH: for the qualitative detection of follicle stimulation hormone (FSH) in
urine to evaluate the decrease of fertility.
For hCG: for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin
(hCG) in urine, as an early detection of pregnancy.
The Digital Fertility Testing System is intended for self-testing outside the
body (in vitro diagnostic use).
The Digital Fertility Testing System is a lateral flow sandwich immunoassay
employing monoclonal antibodies that are specifically directed against the
coating and labeling antibody. During the test procedures, the user collects
a sample in a clean, dry container and dips the sample pad into the
collected sample until the LED light begins to fast flash (which usually takes
30 seconds). After the urine sample is applied to the device, the substance to
be tested in the sample will react with the monoclonal antibody conjugate of
the substance to be tested obtained by mouse immunization. Conjugated
complexes migrate along the membrane to the test and control regions. The
digital component integrated with the chromatographic strip displays the
results of immunochemical reaction on the LED lamp of the equipment. After

flashing to indicate that the test is working and count down the result time.
After the result is displayed on the LED light ("+" indicates positive result, "++"
indicates strong positive result, "-" indicates negative result) or error / invalid
result (the indicator light is always on but no symbol is displayed), the test is
completed. This occurs within 6 to 10 minutes of sample test.

1. The first morning urine generally contains the highest concentration of FSH
and hCG, urine collected during the day may lead to inaccurate results. For
LH test, first morning urine is not recommended, but any other time of day is
suitable. For best results, try to collect urine at approximately the same time
each day.
2. The test midstream in the bag should be used immediately after unpack-
ing to avoid failure caused by dampness.
3. Stop drinking water 2 hours before collecting the urine sample to prevent
it from being diluted.
4. There is a desiccant in the aluminum foil bag. Do not eat it.
5. Product expired may not be used.
6. The urine cup can be reused.
7. Test midstreams are disposable and cannot be reused.
8. Please discard the test midstreams in a non-recyclable bin after use.
9. This product is for in vitro diagnostic use only.
10. This product is an auxiliary diagnostic device only. It cannot determine the
actual amount of hormone in a urine sample. The test results cannot serve
as a basis for diagnosis.
11. The test result will be displayed through the LED light. Once the test is
completed, the icon will be displayed for 30 seconds before it goes out. If you
want to check the result again, simply pull out the test midstream, or try to
put the lid of Femometer Ivy II back on and pull it out again. The result from
your latest test will be shown.
12. Used test midstream, meter and the battery disposal must comply with
the regulations of the national government and environmental protection
agencies.
13. When there are stains, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol cotton or
damp cloth.
14. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the meter. Doing so may result in
inaccurate readings.
15. Please check the delivery information of products, including unpacking,
completeness and any damages during transport, and contact the custom-

Any measurement done by this product is for personal reference only. It is
very dangerous for a patient to conduct self-diagnosis and self-treatment
based on measurements only. Please be sure to follow your doctor’s
instructions.
Warning
Step 1: Remove the battery cover. Install the button cell in the direction as
indicated. When you hear a beep, it indicates that the battery has been
inserted successfully. Put the battery cover back in place.
(Note: The measurement results can be seen by the instrument display, the
comparison APP is not mandatory.)

Step 4: Collect your urine in the cup included in the package. Pay attention to
the tick marks.
Step 5: Remove the lid of the main body. When you hear a beep or see the
status light flashing (once every three seconds), it indicates that Femometer
Ivy is on. Remove the test midstream cover, and insert the test midstream
into the device. (Please make sure that the test midstream is inserted all the
way to the bottom and the whole arrow has disappeared.)
Step 6: Dip the top of the test midstream into the urine and hold it until you
hear a "beep" (at the same time, the status light starts fast flashing). Then
pull it out and put the test midstream lid back on.
Note: But don’t drink too much liquid before testing.
Step 7: Place the product on a flat surface. The LED light will be flashing during
the testing. Wait for about 6-10 minutes till you hear three beeps which
indicate that the test is completed. The test result will be displayed via the LED
light. If the light goes out after some time, pulling out the test strip, or putting
back & pulling out the main body lid again will enable the last test result to
show again.
Note: For LH, when you get a “++” result, please keep testing every 4-6 hours until it
shows “+”, which indicates that you have ovulated.

7. Test result
Indicates a negative result.
For Luteinizing Hormone (LH), please test again after 12
hours. To ensure the accuracy of the tests, please test every
day.
For FSH, “-” means your ovaries are functioning normally.
For hCG, “-” means non pregnant.
The measurement result will be displayed for 30 seconds.
Symbol “-”
Indicates a strong positive result.
For Luteinizing Hormone (LH), LH surge is detected. And you
have the highest probability of conception. Please keep
testing every 4-6 hours until it shows “+”, which indicates that
you have ovulated.
Symbol “++”
Indicates a positive result.
For Luteinizing Hormone (LH), when it detects the rise of LH
for the first time, “+” will be displayed, which indicates a high
probability of conception. Please test every 4-6 hours
afterwards.
For Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), “+” indicates the
possibility of premature ovarian failure, one more test is
recommended, and please be sure to follow your doctor’s
instructions if “+” is displayed again.
For human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), you can
assume that you are pregnant once “+” is displayed.

1. Q: Why is my Ivy not connecting to the app via bluetooth?
A: Make sure your phone's bluetooth is turned on, then remove the cap from
the Ivy. If the Ivy still does not connect, restart your smart phone and Ivy.
2. Q: How do I restart my Ivy?
A: Open the battery cover and remove the battery. Wait for 10 seconds before
reinserting the battery and closing the battery cover.
3. Q: Why is the testing duration not always the same?
A: The duration of the test is related to the amount of urine taken and the
level of each hormone. But the test results will not be affected by the length
of the testing time.

Das digitale Fruchtbarkeitstestsystem besteht aus dem digitalen Fruchtba-
rkeitsmessgerät und Teststäbchen. Das digitale Fruchtbarkeitstestsystem ist
für den qualitativen oder halbquantitativen Nachweis von Hormonen im
menschlichen Urin bestimmt.
Für LH: für den halbquantitativen Nachweis von Luteinisierendem Hormon
(LH) im Urin, als Hilfsmittel zur Vorhersage des Zeitpunkts des Eisprungs und
der maximalen Fruchtbarkeit.
Für FSH: Für den qualitativen Nachweis des Follikelstimulierenden Hormons
(FSH) im Urin zur Beurteilung des Abnahme der Fruchtbarkeit.
Für hCG: Für den qualitativen Nachweis von humanem Choriongonadotro-
pin (hCG) im Urin, zur Früherkennung einer Schwangerschaft.
Das digitale Fruchtbarkeitstestsystem ist für Selbsttests außerhalb des
Körpers bestimmt (In-Vitro-Diagnostik).

1. Der erste Morgenurin enthält in der Regel die höchste Konzentration an FSH
und hCG; Urin, der im Laufe des Tages gesammelt wird, kann zu ungenauen
Ergebnissen führen. Für den LH-Test wird der erste Morgenurin nicht
empfohlen, aber jede andere Tageszeit ist geeignet. Die besten Ergebnisse
erzielen Sie, wenn Sie versuchen, den Urin jeden Tag etwa zur gleichen Zeit zu
sammeln.
2. Das im Beutel befindliche Teststäbchen sollte sofort nach dem Auspacken
verwendet werden, um Fehler durch Feuchtigkeit zu vermeiden.
3. Trinken Sie 2 Stunden vor der Entnahme der Urinprobe kein Wasser mehr,
um eine Verdünnung der Probe zu vermeiden.

nicht.
5. Abgelaufene Produkte dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
6. Der Urinbecher kann wiederverwendet werden.
7. Die Teststäbchen sind Einwegartikel und können nicht wiederverwendet
werden.
8. Bitte entsorgen Sie die Teststäbchen nach Gebrauch in einem Behälter für
nicht wiederverwertbaren Abfall.
9. Dieses Produkt ist nur für die In-Vitro-Diagnostik bestimmt.
10. Dieses Produkt ist nur ein Hilfsdiagnosegerät. Es kann nicht die tatsächli-
che Hormonmenge in einer Urinprobe bestimmen. Die Testergebnisse
können nicht als Grundlage für eine Diagnose dienen.
11. Das Testergebnis wird über das LED-Licht angezeigt. Sobald der Test
abgeschlossen ist, wird das Symbol 30 Sekunden lang angezeigt, bevor es
erlischt. Wenn Sie das Ergebnis erneut überprüfen möchten, ziehen Sie
einfach das Teststäbchen heraus oder versuchen Sie, die Abdeckung des
Femometer Ivy II wieder aufzusetzen und es erneut herauszuziehen. Das
Ergebnis Ihres letzten Tests wird angezeigt.
12. Die Entsorgung gebrauchter Teststäbchen, des Messgeräts und der
Batterie müssen den Vorschriften der nationalen Regierung und der Umwelt-

13. Bei Flecken empfiehlt es sich, das Gerät mit alkoholhaltiger Baumwolle
oder einem feuchten Tuch abzuwischen.

Schritt 4: Sammeln Sie Ihren Urin in dem der Packung beiliegenden Becher.
Achten Sie auf die Häkchen.
Schritt 5: Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des Hauptkörpers. Wenn Sie einen
Piepton hören oder die Statusleuchte blinkt (einmal alle drei Sekunden),
bedeutet dies, dass das Femometer Ivy eingeschaltet ist. Entfernen Sie die
Abdeckung des Teststäbchens und stecken Sie das Teststäbchen in das
Gerät. (Achten Sie darauf, dass das Stäbchen bis zum Ende eingeführt ist
und der Pfeil ganz verschwunden ist).
Schritt 6: Tauchen Sie das obere Ende des Teststäbchens in den Urin und
halten Sie es so lange, bis Sie einen Piepton hören (gleichzeitig beginnt die
Statusanzeige schnell zu blinken). Ziehen Sie es dann heraus und setzen Sie
die Abdeckung des Teststäbchens wieder auf.
Hinweis: Trinken Sie nicht zu viel Flüssigkeit vor dem Test.
Schritt 7: Legen Sie das Produkt auf eine ebene Fläche. Das LED-Licht blinkt
während des Tests. Warten Sie etwa 6 bis 10 Minuten, bis Sie drei Pieptöne
hören, die anzeigen, dass der Test abgeschlossen ist. Das Testergebnis wird
über das LED-Licht angezeigt. Wenn das Licht nach einiger Zeit erlischt, kann
durch Herausziehen des Teststreifens oder durch erneutes Aufsetzen und
