DESCRIPTION
INDICATOR for:
• PROCESS (±10V, ±20mA)
• VOLTS DC ± (200.0V and 20.00V)
• AMPERES DC (external shunt)
• mV (±100mV)
Fully programmable panel meter for volts, mA and mV DC
measurement. -1999 to 9999 display range and congurable
decimal point.
Controlled by three buttons situated on the bottom of the display.
DESCRIPTION
The INT4-L is our most popular 1/8 DIN load cell input
panel meter with its high precision and stability. The
digital indicator utilises a modular construction
technique which enable you to congure it with the
exact functionality you require, this exible approach
ensures that you only pay for the features you need.
Ideal for weight, torque, strain, pressure and stress
measurements.
The load cell readout is provided by a 6 digit 7 segment
LED display which is coupled with an ultra-high
resolution 20-bit A/D converter and highly stable strain
gauge bridge excitation source to provide your
instrumentation with perfect resolution and stability. In
addition the easy to use menu navigation allows you to
have the indicator set up within minutes.
We oer a wide range of optional outputs including,
voltage and current analogue outputs, 2 or 4 alarm
relays with a wide range of conguration settings, data
interface via RS232, RS422/485 + Modbus ASCII and
Modbus RTU.
With backward compatibility with the existing INT2
series with its same front panel design, dimensions and
connections it makes transitioning over to the INT4
easy.

CONNECTIONS
Instruments include a sealing gasket and a xing
clip for front and rear panel installation. These
meters have detachable plug-in connectors.
Wires are held in place with spring clamps. A
special displacement tool is included to help you
connect your wiring to the clamps.
WARNING
In order to guarantee electromagnetic
compatibility, the following guidelines for cable
wiring must be followed:
Power supply wires must be separated from
signal wires. Never run power and signal wires in
the same conduit.
Use shielded cable for signal wiring and connect
shield to ground.
Cable section must be 0.25mm2
INSTALLATION
Where the unit is permanently connected to the
main supply and to meet the requirements of
EN61010-1 Directive, it is obligatory to install a
circuit breaker device easy reachable to the
operator and clearly marked as a protection
device.
CLEANING: Front cover should be cleaned only
with a soft cloth soaked in neutral soap product.
DO NOT USE SOLVENTS.
