I Preparation before use
◆Clean the product before use.
◆Place the machine on the table horizontally, keep about 10cm away from the wall during
installation, otherwise the machine will produce noise or work badly.
◆This machine should be grounded at all times. A Ground Fault Interrupter Circuit (GFIC) is
recommended
◆Place drip tray in position.

III adding water
There are two ways to adding water according to different type of machine, i.e. bottled water and pipe
water.
i. Bottled water:

Remove the cover of the water bottle, then reverse and put in the bottle in correct place on the top
of the machine.
Notes: when put bottle on the top of the machine, do not use too much strength to avoid the
machine damaged.
ii. pipe water:
Change the machine to POU type when there is possible to use pipe water. See the operation steps
in right picture.
IV. Adding powder
i. Open the door, lift the powder canister light and then take it out.
Reference: the max. Capacity of the powder canister is 1200g.
Please pay attention to the following NOTES when selecting powder.

Ii Cover the canister well after adding powder.
iii. Please lean the powder canister back light when adding powder to avoid it leak out from the top.
After adding powder, please do not press the powder in the canister, otherwise, it will become
block and cannot run out normally..
Iv Place the material canister back and make sure the axis of rotation on back part of it is well
connected with mixing motor.
v. There is a outstand part at front of canister. Please make sure they are correctly connected with
the fixing hole on board when setting them.
V. Settings & operation guide
When product is finished, drink taste has been adjusted to standard state, and you can enjoy a
delicious drink.
i. Volume adjustment

It can supply drink at four different quantities of 110ml, 130ml, 150ml, and 170ml at a time. So user
can adjust the quantity of the drink to need through press regulate button after press setting button
and choose specific quantity.
ii. Flavor adjustment:
There are four different densities. So user can adjust the density of the drink to need through press
regulate button after press setting button and choose specific density.
iii. Auto-cleaning:
Press “Flush/Half-cup” button on the operation panel once, and then press COFFEE or TEA button
to start cleaning the parts inside.
IV Function of adjusting half-cup of drink:
Press “Flush/Half-cup” button on the operation panel twice continuously, and then press “COFFEE”
or “TEA” button, it will out half-cup of drink, which is used when there is no need to have a full cup
but keep taste.
VI Cleaning related parts
In the first time or during operation, connection tube may be jammed by clotted materials. In such
situation, please press “Flush/Half-cup” button once, and then press “COFFEE” or “TEA” button to clean
the related parts inside.
Parts can be taken off, therefore, can be disconnected for cleaning after a long time use.
i. Water tank: Use soft cloth to clean the in-wall of the tank.
*Cleaning it twice a month.
ii. Material canister: Put the canister in warm water and clean it thoroughly by soft cloth. After rub it
dry, put material in.
*Cleaning canister once a month
iii. Drip tray: Remove the waste water timely if the drip tray is full and clean it.
*Get rid of vapor and place it back...
*Cleaning it everyday.
iv Mix cup and inlet cup: Put disassembled parts in warm water and clean it by soft cloth.
*Place them back after wiping off vapor.
*Cleaning it everyday.
v Cleaning the place near drink outlet by wet cloth.
vi Exhaust hood: Cleaning impurities(such as material powder, dust, and so on.) out after
disassembling them and wipe off vapor.
vii Exhaust fan: Removing powder, dust, and other dirt with a small brush, and then reinstall it after
cleaning by wet cloth.

Operation Of Adjsutment
There are two adjusting modes: Administer programme adjsuting mode and user adjusting
mode.

ⅰAdminister programme adjusting mode is specially used by administer. Entering in this mode,
the administer need to input the secret code. The original secret code is 888.
(ⅰ) Press “SETTING” “ADJUST” simultaneously for 5 seconds, entering into administer
programme adjusting mode.
(ⅱ) Press “ADJUST” , then input the first number of your own secret code.
(ⅲ) Press “SETTING” the first time to adjust the second number of your own code.
(ⅳ) Press “SETTING” the second time to adjust the third number of your own code.
(ⅴ) Press “SETTING” the third time, you can adjust the water for coffee(W1). Press “ADJUST”
to adjust the water outlet time (water quantity), the range is from 0 to 10 seconds. When the
range are between 0 and 2.5 seconds, the yellow light on, that’s mean the condensity of coffee is
low. When the range are between 2.6 and 5 seconds, the green light on, that’s mean the
condensity of coffee is medium. When the range are between 5 and 7.5 seconds, the white light
on, that’s mean the condensity of coffee is mid-high. And when the range are between 7.6 and 10
seconds,the red light on, hat’s mean the condensity of coffee is high. The number is display on
the same place with secret code.

(ⅵ) Press “SETTING” the fourth time, you can adjust the powder of coffee (P1). Press “ADJUST”
to adjust the powder outlet time(powder quantity),the range is from 0 to 10 seconds. When the
range are between 0 and 2.5 seconds, the yellow light on, that’s mean the condensity of coffee is
low. When the range are between 2.6 and 5 seconds, the green light on, that’s mean the
condensity of coffee is medium. When the range are between 5 and 7.5 seconds, the white light
on, that’s mean the condensate of coffee is mid-high. And when the range are between 7.6 and
10 seconds,the red light on, hat’s mean the condensity of coffee is high. The number is display
on the same place with secret code.
(ⅶ) Press “SETTING” the fifth time, you can adjust the water for coffee(W2). Press “ADJUST” to

(ⅸ) Press “SETTING” the sixth time, you can adjust the hot water temperature of hot water. Then
press “ADJUST” to select the temperature, the range is from 10 degree centigrade to 65 degree
centigrade. The default temperature is 95 degree centigrade.

(ⅹ) Press “SETTING” the eighth time, you can adjust the cold water temperature.Press “ADJUST”
to select the temperature, the range is from 2 degree centigrade to 15 degree centigrade. The
default temperature is 5 degree centigrade.
(ⅹⅰ) Press “SETTING” the ninth time to set the max cups that the unit supply. The rang is from
10 to 999 on display. The real cups is from 10 cups to 9990 cups. When the supply reach the max
cups you set, the unit stop working.
(ⅹⅱ) In administer programme adjusting mode, press “SETTING” “ADJSUT” simultaneously
again for 5 seconds, you are in the process to modify the secret code. Press “ADJUST” to input
the fist number of your code. Then press “ADJUST” to input the second number of your code.
Press the “ADJSUT” the third time to input the third number of your code.
(ⅹⅲ) In ad minster programme adjusting mode,if there are no operation over 10 seconds, the unit
can automatically store the adjustment, quit the administer programme adjusting mode and
recovery to user adjusting mode.

ⅱ. User adjusting mode .
(ⅰ) The default state of the unit is the user operation mode. In normal display condition, press
“SETTING” under the button “COFFEE”, there will display the cups quantity of coffee in the place
to set the secret code.
(ⅱ) In normal display condition, “SETTING” under the button “COFFEE”, there will display t he cups
quantity of tea in the place to set the secret code.
(ⅲ) Press “SETTING” for 5 seconds, you can control the beverage. The fist press is close beverage
making function. The second press is to start beverage making function.
(ⅳ) Press “ADJSUT” for 5 seconds. There will display the hot water temperature. Press “ ADJUST”
again, there will display the cold water temperature.(for GR320CF)

ⅲ. On front panel, there are five operating buttons, the sequence and function are :

(ⅰ) The sequence are : “NORMAL WATER” (GR320CFT) or “ COLD WATER” (GR320CF)
“ HOT WATER”
“COFFEE”
“TEA”
“FLUSH HALF-CUP”
(ⅱ) Press “ FLUSH HALF-CUP” once and then press “COFFEE” , you can wash the coffee
mixing container.
(ⅲ) Press “FLUSH HALF-CUP” two times, and then press “COFFEE”, you can get a half
cup of coffee.
(ⅳ) Press “ FLUSH HALF-CUP” once and then press “TEA” , you can wash the tea mixing
container.
(ⅴ) Press “FLUSH HALF-CUP” two times, and then press “TEA”, you can get half cup of
tea.
(ⅵ) Press “SETTING”, “ADJSUT”, “FLUSH HALF-CUP” simultaneously for 5 seconds, all
the functional recovery to producer settings.

VIII Simple breakdown fixing
i. If there are problems which cannot be resolved through the following methods, please contact the
local dealer. It is our staff’s responsibility to solve it.
ii. The telephone number of our customer service: ×××××××.
Problems Reason Fixing method
No powder out 1. There is no powder in the canister.
2. Whether the “Flush/Half-cup” button is
in the cleaning position.
3. There is some wrong with the feeding
motor or control system.
1. Add powder
2. Place the “Flush/Half-cup” button
in correct position.
3. Stop use and contact the customer
service staff for resolution.
No drink/water out 1. There is no water in the bottle.
2. There is no water come out from inlet
valve which is connecting with the pipe or
inlet valve is closed.
3. The inlet cup or mix cup is blocked up
by the powder.
1. Replace the empty bottle with the
full one.
2. Turn on the inlet valve.
3. Disconnect and clean the related
parts.
Too much noise when out drink 1. Whether the powder canister connects
the electric feeding motor well.
2. Is there other substance in the mix cup?
3. There is something wrong with the
motor or gear box.
1. Take out the canister and put it
back well.
2. Clean the mix cup.
3. Stop use and contact the customer
service staff for resolution.
Water not hot enough or cold enough 1. Great consumption of hot / cold water
or drink in a short time.
2. The switch for heating / cooling is
closed.
3. Time for heating / cooling is not
enough.
1. Usable after a few minutes.
2 .Turn on the heating / cooling
switch.
3. Heating 15 minutes and cooling

Machine is noisy when working 1. The ground where the machine is
placed is not level.

Machine leaks electricity or with
faradism
The machine is not grounded well. Machine should be grounded at all
times. A Ground Fault Interrupter
Circuit (GFIC) is recommended
Power indicator fails to work 1. Power plug is not inserted well into
socket.
2. The socket is out of power.
1. Insert the plug well.
2. Check the cause for no power.
Cooling indicator fails to work The ambient temperature is too low to
start the cooling system.
Normal phenomenon
Heating indicator fails to work The height is too high and the boil point
too low.
Turn off the heating switch after
water boiled.
