Three years limited warranty
For the model LG103, we provide three years warranty on the machine(Molecular
Sieve is excluded).The accessories (battery, battery charger, DC adapter) are
warranted to be free from defective workmanship and parts for a period of three
year from date of purchase
For the Molecular Sieve, to prolong its life, we suggest you use the machine more
than four times per week and use one more hour per time . If the Molecular Sieve
is out of effect in one year, we will replace them completely free. But for more
than one year, the replacement of molecular sieve is charged.
The policy above does not include the clients who pay on prolong warranty !
NOTE
This warranty does not cover providing a loaner unit, compensating for costs
incurred in rental while the unit is under repair, or costs for labor incurred in
repairing or replacing defective part(s).
THESE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH ARE
LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED.
THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WHICH ARE
EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME STATES DO
