No. Name Function Description
1 LPT port To receive working files from PC. It will e connected to a 25pin to
USB ca le.
2 Panel port It is connected to panel.
3 Motion port It is connected to motion driver oard.
4 Axis sensor ports
They are connected to photo sensor. There are five sensors. From
top to ottom are: #6 for z axis ottom sensor, #5 for z axis top
sensor, #4 for autofocus sensor, empty, #2 for y axis home sensor,
#1 for x axis home sensor.
5 Encoder port It is connected to encoder at x axis.
6 Encoder oard
7 CPU oard There is a CF card inside this oard. It is connected etween the
encoder oard and CTL oard.
8 CTL oard
9 Power port It is connected to a switching power supply which provides 5V and
12V.
10 Other sensors From top to ottom, they are: #I for door interlocks, #L for laser
switch from panel, #S for SSR.
11 Laser signal port RJ45 or BNC, it depends on different laser model.
Exchange…
1. Please unplug the main power ca le at the side of iLaser machine.
2. Use a scissors to cut the strips on the ca les.
3. Unplug all ca les which are connected to main control oard.
4. Unscrew the four screws marked y red circles at the following photo.
5. Exchange a new main control oard.
6. Tighten the four screws ack.

7. Connect with all the ca les.
8. Please pay attention, there are free RJ45 connector, PS/2 connectors and a monitor
connector, use a strip to tight them at the other ca les, they must not e contacted with
any metal. If there are any short contacts, it will destroy the main control oard.
9. Make sure all ca les are at right position, and then you can plug the main power ca le
and re oot the machine.
