This series of instruments is suitable for general industrial occasions, if there are
special requirements, please set up a protective device
If the instrument is damaged due to transportation when unpacking, please contact the
manufacturer
For the safety of you and the instrument, please do not install it with power on. Please
use the rated voltage power supply, connect it properly, and ground it properly. After
connecting the power supply, please do not touch the terminals on the back of the
instrument to prevent electric shock.
In case of electromagnetic source
There are corrosive, flammable or explosive gases
Please install the instrument indoors, and ensure that the installation location is
smooth (to prevent the internal temperature of the instrument from being too high), avoid
wind and rain and direct sunlight, and do not install it in the following occasions:
In case of direct vibration or impact
When the instrument is close to the power line, strong electric field, strong magnetic
field, static electricity, noise or AC contactor, etc., the corresponding shielding
measures should be taken
When there is a lot of dust, salt and metal powder
When the temperature and humidity exceed the usage conditions
Where water, oil and chemical liquids are easily splashed

If the meter has water, smoke, odor, abnormal noise, etc., please immediately cut off
the power supply, stop using it and contact the supplier or our company in time
In order to prolong the service life of the instrument, please carry out regular mainten-
ance and maintenance. Do not repair or disassemble the instrument yourself. When
wiping the instrument, please use a clean soft cloth, do not dip with alcohol, gasoline and
other organic solvents to clean, it may cause discoloration or deformation
The content changes and function upgrades due to system optimization will not be
notified
To avoid measurement error, please use the corresponding compensation wire when
the sensor is a thermocouple. When the sensor is a thermal resistance, use three copper
wires with the same specifications and a resistance value of less than 10Ω, otherwise it
will cause a measurement error.

For interference caused by static electricity, it is better to use shielded wire.
In order to prevent fire, please use double insulated wires (it is recommended to use
wires with a cross-sectional area ≥0.75mmfor the power cord; the relay output wiring
needs to have strong voltage resistance and a wire with a cross-sectional area ≥0.5 mm
When the platinum resistance is input, the resistance of each lead should be less than
10Ω (the lead resistance is the same).
Tighten the terminal screws securely. Tightening torque: 0.5N.m (5kgf.cm).
Fortheinterferencecausedbyelectromagneticinduction,itisbettertosplicethe
measurement circuit wiring equidistantly.
To prevent electric shock, please confirm that the power supply has been cut off at the
wiring money.
The measuring circuit and the power circuit should be laid separately. The measuring
object is not the interference source. Once it cannot be avoided, please insulate the
measuring object from the measuring circuit and ground the measuring object.
If the input wiring is connected in parallel with other instruments, it will affect the
measured value. When it is necessary to connect in parallel, it is necessary to pay
attention not to switch the power supply of one of the instruments during operation, as
this will adversely affect other instruments. Thermal resistance cannot be paralleled in
principle, and current signals cannot be paralleled in principle.
Please install an air switch in the power circuit to separate this watch from the main
power supply.
To improve the safety of the instrument, please observe the following warnings
when wiring:
After connecting the power cord, connect the power to check whether the instrument is
normal. Do not connect the signal cable before that. After confirming that the instrument
can work normally, disconnect the power and connect the signal cable.
