Electricity is very dangerous, in order to prevent accidents
or death please pay attention to safety and ensure you
fully read this instruction manual before use.
1. During and after transportation, the Thermo-CT1 Unit must stay upright on a stable
surface at all times.
2. After transportation, and before use, the chiller must be left for 24hrs for the
refrigeration gas to settle.
3. Make sure there are no water leaks from the Thermo-CT1 Unit, or inlet and outlet
pipes when connected to the Recovery Pod-PRO.
4. Make sure the Thermo-CT1 Unit is plugged into an AC socket or extension cable that
is suitable for use, properly grounded, has a built in surge protector and preferably is
IP65 rated.
5. Ensure the Thermo-CT1 Unit is kept dry at all times, do not immerse, splash or spray
the unit with water. If the unit does get wet, unplug it immediately and do not use.
6. Never leave the Thermo-CT1 Unit switched on when using the Recovery Pro-PRO,
always ensure the unit is switched o during your cold water therapy session.
7. If the Thermo-CT1 Unit stops working or doesn't work when switched on, unplug it
immediately and do not use.
8. We accept no responsibility for misuse or failure to use this equipment safely as
instructed.

1. Change the Particle
Filter Monthly: To ensure
peak performance, it's
crucial to change your
chiller's particle lter
every month.

maintain consistent
water ow within the

2. Clean the Inlet Filter (if
model supports this):
Located under the silver
housing on the back of
the chiller, the inlet lter
needs to be cleaned
regularly.
It prevents large particles
from entering the
system, ensuring smooth
and uninterrupted water
ow.

3. Change the Water
Monthly: For high usage,
change your the water in
your ice bath at least
once every month.
While our state-of-the-
art Ozone ltration
system makes it easy to
maintain chemical
cleanliness, ltering out
substances like body oils,
hair, and debris like
rubble or stones puts
strain on the particle
lters.

4. Run the Chiller
Continuously: Ensure
your chiller is always
running to maintain
steady water ow and
pressure.
The only exception to
this should be during
water replacement.

5. Keep Your Chiller Dry:
Although our chillers are
splash proof, housing
your chiller is advisable
to protect it from
excessive water
exposure, which can
cause long-term damage
to metal parts.

6. Ventilate the Chiller:
Ensure the back of your
chiller is well ventilated.
As the cooling process
involves extracting heat,
the fans will have to work
overtime if the ventilation
area is blocked,
potentially causing
unnecessary strain on
the system.

1. Shower Beforehand: Showering before using the chiller will reduce the amount of sweat
and oils that may contaminate the water.
2. Clean Feet on Entry: Brush o your feet before entering the chiller to prevent the
introduction of dirt or debris.
3. Secure Loose Hair: If your hair is long, ensure it's tied up or washed o the body to avoid it
falling into the chiller.
4. Remove Makeup and Body Lotions: These substances can contaminate the water and clog
the ltration system. Ensure all makeup and body lotions are washed o before using the
chiller.
5. Wear Water-Friendly Clothing: Clothing items like swimming shorts or costumes are best
when using the chiller, as they reduce the risk of foreign material entering the water.

●Before using your Thermo-CT1 unit, please read this instruction manual carefully.
●Never clean your Thermo-CT1 unit with strong bleach-based detergents.
●To empty your Thermo-CT1 unit, use the drain tap located near the bottom of the unit. Take care
with the drain tap, don't force it and make sure it is fully closed after use.
●Though not essential, to ensure a long service life and for hygiene purposes, we recommend draining,
cleaning and drying your Thermo-CT1 unit every two to three weeks.
