
3 Pull up on the handbrake.
Insert a screwdriver through the seam in the leather.
There is a hole on the bottom of the handbrake under
the seam. Look at the carbon piece to see where it is
located. Press up firmly. Slide the handbrake off.
Note: By using the screwdriver to press up into the
hole, the metal clip (highlighted in second picture) is
being disengaged from the handbrake rod.
4 Remove the top clip from the OEM handbrake and
transfer it to the carbon fiber handbrake.
5 Slide the carbon fiber handbrake on. Make sure the
top clip stays in place.
