1.1 Message from the manufacturer for the users
Dear users,
in deciding to use this „ POWER CLEAN“ professional denture cleaning unit, you have taken a far-sighted
decision.
The technology, functioning and effectiveness of the “Power Clean” are state-of-the-art and comply with the
basic safety requirements laid down in EU directives.
1.2 Remarks for the operator
• The owner has to make sure that the unit is used in the right way.
• Make certain that users understand how to operate this unit and can operate it safely
• Only use units which function perfectly
1.3 Directives, laws, standards
This unit was designed and manufactured according to the EU guidelines and directives.
1.4 Guarantee
The applicable guarantee conditions are included in the terms of delivery.
The guarantee is null and void if:
• The damage is due to malfunctioning caused by the unit having been used for any other than its
designated purpose or incorrectly.
• Repairs were carried out by anyone not authorized or trained to do so.
• Damages that were caused by using accessories, spare parts or cleaning agents not approved by

2 Safety
2.1 Correct Use
The “ POWER CLEA ” professional denture cleaner is intended for cleaning surfaces using Quick Clean
liquid..
2.2 Safety instructions
Keep away equipment or objects which may be affected or damaged by magnetic fields approximately 0,5m
from the „Power Clean“
The danger area is considered to be at least 1 metre from the unit as this is the area needed by users to operate it.
Please ensure that:
• The instructions are heeded when working with the Power Clean,
• o objects or equipment which may be affected or damaged by the magnetic field (clocks, heart
pacemakers or electrical appliances) are placed in close proximity to the unit,
• The lid of the cleaning vessel must be closed during cleaning.
TIME = timer for the cleaning time from 0 - 99 minutes
PWR = cleaning-level from 50 – 100%
STOP = Stop the cleaning
MINUTES =
digital time in minutes
50% for precious metal with polishing surfaces, if it is less unclean.
75% for all normal unclean materials
100% for frame work, if it is very unclean
Brief description of switching function:
Timer
Initial setting 00
Use the TIME buttons to set the single and tens of
minutes.
Switch-on
Press START/STOP button.
Operating indicator
Flashing red control lamp at the right in the MI UTES
display.
Speed level
Initial setting 100%.
Press START/STOP button before changing speed level.
Once the red control lamp in the MI UTES display has
stopped flashing, press the PWR button to choose
between speed levels 50%, 75% or 100%.
Comment
After completion of the cleaning time, the time reset to
previous time setting.

2.3 Plug adapter with on/off switch
Commissioning:
Put the connector into the unit.
Put power plug in (230V 50 Hz)

2.4 Users and servicing personnel
are responsible for operating, transporting, installing and cleaning the unit as well as for eliminating
malfunctioning.
• The unit must only be operated by properly trained authorized staff.
• It must be decided who is responsible for operating the unit and adhered strictly to rule out uncertainly
regarding the safety aspects.
• The operating instructions must be heeded during all working procedures (operating the unit, cleaning,
fitting spares or accessories).
• The cleaning procedures and those for fitting spares and accessories are described in the instructions so
as to be understood by anyone trained in electronics or electricians.
• The user must remain from everything which risks the safety of this unit.
• The user must ensure that only authorized staff operates this unit.
• The user is obliged to report any changes in the unit which may adversely affect its safety to the
operator.
• The operator is obliged to ensure that the unit is only ever operated in perfect condition.
2.5 Safety precautions where installed
The „POWER CLEA “ professional denture cleaning must stand firmly
• Before connecting the unit to the power supply, ensure that the timer is switched 0 – OFF.
• Select installation location in a way that the power cable is long enough.
• The power cable should not impede working procedures.
2.6 Emission

The adapter has an on/off power switch (1/0)
with a red indicator lamp, which lights up
when voltage is switched on.
By switching off the adapter, it is ensured that
the machine as well as the power supply are
disconnected from the power source.

3 Description of the product

3.2 Function
The magnetic field of the „Power Clean“ causes the steel pins to rotate.
This rotation effect and the Quick Clean cleaning solutions combine to clean and condense the surfaces of anti-
magnetic material.
4 Installation and Setting-Up/Operation
4.1 Installation, location, connecting
The „Power Clean“ is supplied ready for use.
Procedure:
• Unpack the unit and check that it is complete
Decide where to install it:
• Easy access and easy to look in the vessel
• Space for accessories
• 230 V~ 50/60 Hz power supply.
• Place the unit on a level, nonskid surface.
• Then place the denture in the cleaning vessel and fill it with 130ccm of water.
• Add our recommended cleaning solutions in.
• The vessel must be closed while „Power Clean“ is running.
The clear-transparent lid is the gasket.
• Place the cleaning vessel on the platform.
ow you can switch on the timer with the sensor-switch and set the desired cleaning time
Ensure that the vessel is closed.
• To avoid that the vessel is spinning on the platform, you can put a piece of paper between the vessel and
the platform.
This avoids also impurity of the unit.

• Once the denture has been cleaned, remove it and rinse it thoroughly with water.

4.2 Precautions
• The regulations for prevention of accidents issued by the (German) employers liability association
must be heeded.
• Always wear safety glasses and safety gloves.
• The Power Clean safety data sheet includes further details.
• It is absolutely forbidden to deactivate the safety devices of the unit.
• The operating instructions are part of the unit and must:
- be read before operating the unit
- be heeded at all times
- be available for the users all the time.
• The operator must:
- Instruct the users and service staff about the safety features of this unit
- Train the users and service staff in safe working methods
- Be informed that the safety precautions have been adhered to.
5 Care and maintenance
5.1 Care and maintenance
• Clean the unit with a damp cloth.
• The cleaning vessel should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
• Always unplug the mains adaptor from the mains before cleaning the unit.
• Pour contaminated cleaning liquid through the sieve carefully so that you don´t lose any pins.
• Any polishing pins which may have been trapped in the sieve should be returned to the cleaning vessel.
6 DISPOSAL
6.1 in general
• Contaminated Power Clean cleaning agent should be disposed of as described in the safety data sheet.
• The unit should be disposed of as prescribed by the local laws for the protection of the environment.

• Unplug the mains adaptor form the mains.
