Remove strut and basket assembly.
Remove hardware from struts and
detach canopy. Use a brace to support
the canopy. Retain hardware.
Install main brackets using hardware
from Pack 1. Position the brackets as
shown. Tighten hardware.

Mount the Bagwell brackets to the OUTER
holes using hardware Pack 2.
Attach footrest as shown using remaining
hardware from Pack 3.
Attach rear seat frame. Using hardware from
Pack 3, attach to the front lean back brackets.
Using hardware Pack 3, mount bagwell
bracket to frame as shown.
IMPORTANT: Do not tighten hardware until
Step 9 is complete.
Make sure the bagwell brackets sit on the
inside of the bar as shown. Mount the seat
frame to the top of the bagwell brackets.

Attach armrest to the front edge of seat frame
using the hardware from Pack 4.
Using the hardware from Pack 5, attach the
seat back support bracket and the armrest in
two locations. Mount provided rubber spacer
inbetween the armrest and seat back support
bracket. Repeat process on the other side.
Install the rear struts using hardware from
Pack 5. Attach at the bottom rst. Repeat
process on the other side. Tighten all
hardware.
After rear struts are attached, remove brace.
Insert rear struts into canopy channel. Using
hardware retained from Step 1, attach rear
struts to the canopy.

Using remaining hardware from Pack 5. Install
the foot rest brackets. Bracket goes behind
armrest and under footrest. Repeat process
on other side and then tighten hardware.
Using the hardware from Pack 6, install the
lean back brackets onto the seat back cushion.
Mount the lean back cushion onto the seat
back support bracket using remaining
hardware from Pack 2. Once both sides have
been attached, tighen hardware.

1. Place HD bracket on ip seat as shown.
Align bracket holes to the ip seat mounting
holes.
2. Make sure the thickest part of the seat
bottom points towards the footrest. Center
seat bottom from left to right on ip frame.
Press cushion rmly against HD bracket
and seat frame. Using provided hardware
tighten the seat bottom to seat frame as
shown.
