The following precautions must always be taken in consideration before using the “Magnani –Blender”,
hereinafter referred to as the ‘device’.
General information
• Read the instructions for use carefully and keep them safe. If you give this device to other people, please also
pass on this manual.
• Only use this device in accordance with the instructions in this user manual.
• This device can be used by children aged 8 and over and people with restricted physical, sensory or mental
capacity or a lack of experience and expertise, provided they are under supervision or have been given
instructions about safely using the device and are aware of the potential hazards. Children must not play with
the device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children unless they are over the age of 8 and
under supervision.
• Keep the device and power cord out of the reach of children below the age of 8 years.
• This device is intended for domestic or similar use, not for professional use.
• WARNING! Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous
playing material for children. Risk of su󰀨ocation!
Electricity and heat
• Prior to use, check that the mains voltage is the same as the mains voltage stated on the name plate of the
device.
• Make sure your hands are dry before touching the device, power cord or plug.
• Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet that is easily accessible at all times.
• WARNING! Never cover the power plug, cable, electric base or device with cloths, curtains or any other
material in order to prevent overheating and potential re hazards.
• Make sure that the device and power cable do not come into contact with heat sources, like a hot hob or
naked ame.

• The device must be able to dispel its heat in order to prevent the risk of re. Therefore, make sure the device
has su󰀩cient free space around it (at least 20 cm on all sides) and do not place the device against and/or on or
near combustible materials.
• WARNING! The device must not be covered, in order to prevent overheating and potential re hazards.
• Check the power cord regularly for damage.
• Never use the device if the power cord shows signs of damage, if the device has fallen on the ground or
shows any other signs of damage.
• Switch OFF the device and remove the power plug if you discover any faults during use, nd any signs of
damage, are not using the device or are cleaning it.
• Make sure the power cord cannot be trodden on or pinched.
• Do not allow the power cord to hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and naked ames.
• When plugging in the power plug, make sure people cannot accidentally pull it out or trip over it.
• Never move the device by pulling the power cord and make sure the power cord cannot become entangled.
• Remove the power plug from the power socket during lightning storms or if unused for long periods of time.
• When removing the plug from the power socket, pull the plug itself, not the cable.
• Do not operate the device using an external time switch or a separate remote control system.
• Use a 10 amp cable if an extension cable is required. Cables with a lower amp rating may burn out.
• When using an extension cable, make sure it is completely extended.
• WARNING! To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, protect the device from dripping or splashing
water and keep away from objects lled with liquids, such as vases. Such objects should not be placed on or
near the device.
Use
• Do not use the device in the vicinity of ammable materials.
• This device is not a toy and should be kept under strict supervision to prevent children from using the device
as a toy.
• Do not leave the device unattended when it is connected to the main power!
• Do not allow children to clean or maintain this device unsupervised.
• Never allow children to use domestic appliances as toys or without supervision. Children are unable to judge
the hazards associated with incorrectly using electric appliances.
• Children in the vicinity of the device must always be supervised by an adult.
• Always ensure the device is properly assembled before use.
• Place the device on a at, stable surface, in a place where it cannot fall over.
• The device is equipped with anti-slip suction feet. The surfaces of furniture have all kinds of paint and plastic
nishes that are treated with various maintenance products. As a result, it cannot be completely ruled out that
some of these substances contain ingredients that a󰀨ect the rubber and soften the feet. If necessary, put an
anti-slip mat under the device.
• Do not lean on the device.
• Maintain a clearance of at least 20 cm around the device. This prevents damage from heat.
• Remove the power plug from the mains power before;
o Fitting or removing accessories
o Cleaning the device
• WARNING! Before installing or releasing the blender jar, switch o󰀨 the device, wait until the motor has
stopped and unplug the device from the electrical outlet.
• Do not use any other blender jar with the device.
• Never use the device when it is empty (without ingredients in the blender jar).
• Do not use the device for the preparation of solid foods, this can damage the device.
• Do not use the device other than for soft foods and liquids.
• WARNING! Risk of scalding! Never ll the blender jar with boiling liquids. This could overheat the device
and/or crack the glass of the blender jar!
• WARNING! Risk of scalding! Take care when processing hot food. Hot food may splash during
processing. Allow hot ingredients to cool down before you process them (max. temperature of 60 °C).
• Under no circumstance should you open the lid on the blender jar during operation.
• Never add ingredients during operation.
• Do not use spatulas and other utensils during operation of the device as this can damaged the device or
cause injuries.
• Do not put your ngers, hands, or any other body parts in the blender jar when operating the device.

• WARNING! Cutting danger. The knives of the device are very sharp. Place the lid on the blender jar
when operating the device. The knives of the device can cause serious injuries to body parts!
• Always have the device under supervision when in use, so that you are able to react immediately in case of
danger.
• Do not take the blender jar o󰀨 the blender base during operation.
• WARNING! The C.O. (Continuous Operation) is 2 minutes. The C.O. species how long the device may
be used without the motor overheating and getting damaged. When the C.O. time has been reached, the device
must be switched o󰀨, and remain switched o󰀨 until the motor has cooled down.
• Do not use the device if it has fallen on the ground or shows any other signs of damage.
• The blender jar is made of glass, handle with care.
• WARNING! This device is NOT intended to be used in humid indoor locations.
• Always keep the device clean, as it comes into direct contact with food.
• All parts of this device that come into contact with food are food safe.
• Clean the device thoroughly after use (see “cleaning and maintenance”).
• When in use and when stored, do not place anything other on top of the device.
• Avoid locations subject to vibrations, cold or humidity.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, heat sources, excessive humidity or corrosive environments.
• Do not place the device under any mechanical stress.
• Improper use of the device could damage the product.
• Please handle the device carefully. Impacts or falls, even from a low height, can damage the device.
• Do not open the casing as this may result in electric shock.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device or modify it in any manner.
• The device must be serviced if it has been damaged in any way, i.e. the power supply cord/plug is damaged;
liquid has been spilled; objects have fallen into it; it has been exposed to rain or moisture; it has been dropped
or does not operate properly.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the device.
• Do not steam clean the device.
• Do not use foreign objects to clean the device.
Important information, follow these instructions

• Do not use the device if it, the cable or power plug has fallen into water or any kind of uid.
• Never immerse the device, cable and power plug in water or any kind of uid.
• Do not pick up the device if it has fallen into water or any kind of uid. Remove the plug from the power socket
immediately. Do not use the device again.
• Parts of the device can become hot. Do not touch these parts to avoid burning yourself.
3) INSTALLING AND USING THE DEVICE3) INSTALLING AND USING THE DEVICE
Open the packaging carefully before taking out the device. Make sure the device, power cord, plug and
accessories are complete and undamaged. If any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and
do not use the product. Retain the packaging or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.

First use
• Remove the device and accessories from the box. Remove any stickers, protective lm or plastic from the
device.
• Before you use the device for the rst time, clean the stirring blade base 5and blender base 8with a damp
cloth.
• Clean the measuring cup 1, blender lid 2blender jar 3 and ring base (with sealing ring) 6in warm water
and washing-up liquid. Do not clean the stirring blade base 5 or blender base 8 in water or any other
liquid.
• Thoroughly dry the device and accessories.
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials, a scouring sponge or steel wool; these damage the
device.
• Before connecting the device to the mains power, rst mount the accessories to the blender base 8and
make sure the control knob 9 is in the “0” position
• Connect the device to the mains power.
• NOTE! When using the device for the rst time, a slight odour might occur, this is normal. The odour will
disappear after a few minutes. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Power ON/OFF
• Before the device is connected to the mains power, make sure that the accessories are securely mounted
to the blender base 8and the control knob 9 is in the “0” position. Add the ingredients and make sure the
blender lid 2is properly placed on the blender jar 3. Switch on the device by turning the control knob 9
clockwise to speed position “1” or speed position “2” or turn the control knob 9 counter-clockwise to pulse
position “P” and hold it.
• Switch o󰀨 the device by setting the control knob 9 to the “0” position.
• When nished using the device, remove the power plug from the mains power.
Using the device
• Before each use, make sure the device is clean and dry.
• WARNING! Before installing or releasing the blender jar of the device, make sure the rotating
parts have reached standstill, and the power plug has been removed from the mains power!
• Before connecting the device to the mains power, make sure that the accessories are securely mounted to the
blender base 8and the control knob 9 is in the “0” position.
• Place the stirring blade base 5in the ring base 6with the blade upwards. Then screw the ring base with the
stirring blade base counter-clockwise to the bottom of the blender jar 3. Make sure the sealing ring of the ring
base 6is placed correctly! When the sealing ring is not placed correctly, there is a risk of leakage.
• Mount the blender jar 3onto the blender base 8; make sure the bulge (from the ring base) at the bottom of
the blender jar 3is aligned with the recess 7of the blender base 8. Then gently push the blender jar 3onto
the blender base. The blender jar is now secured to the blender base.
• The device will only operate when the blender jar is correctly placed and secured to the blender base.
• WARNING! The motor of the device will automatically switch o󰀨 when the blender jar is released from the

blender base. Do not forget to set the control knob to the “0” position, otherwise the motor will switch on
automatically when the blender jar is placed back on the blender base.
• During operation, place the device on a at, stable surface, in a place where it cannot fall over.
• The device is equipped with suction cup feet 10 . The suction cup feet ensure that the device is placed more
stably and securely on a at surface (such as a kitchen worktop, table, etc.), so it cannot slip or tip over due to
vibrations when in use. When removing the device from a surface, tilt the device at a slight angle to allow the
suction cup feet to come o󰀨 the surface easily.
• The device is intended for blending:
o Liquids (dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes)
o Soft ingredients (soft fruit, soft vegetables)
o Cooked ingredients (pureed baby foods)
o Crushing ice cubes
• The device is not intended for:
o Blending hard parts of food, such as: nuts, kernels, large grains or stems.
o Blending materials that are not food.
• WARNING! Cutting danger. The knives of the device are very sharp. Place the blender lid 2on the
blender jar when operating the device. The knives of the device can cause serious injuries to body parts! When
operating the device, leave the blender lid 2on the blender jar 3.
• Fill the ingredients in the blender jar 3. Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you
process them. Allow hot ingredients to cool down before you process them (maximum temperature of 60 °C)
• Use the measuring cup 1 to measure liquids or herbs, for example. Remove the measuring cup 1by taking
it out of the recess of the blender lid 2.
• In order to prevent overow, do not overll the blender jar (1.5L). Use a maximum of 1.25 L for thick mixtures
and a maximum of 1 L for liquid preparations.
• Place the measuring cup 1back in the recess of the blender lid 2. Then place the blender lid 2 rmly on
the blender jar 3. Do not operate the device if the blender lid and measuring cup are not in place!
• Never use the device when it is empty (without ingredients in the blender jar).
• Turn the control knob 9 clockwise to speed position “1” (low speed) or “2” (high speed) or counter-clockwise
to pulse position “P”. When operating in pulse mode, hold the control knob. Once released, it will automatically
stop and move to the '0' position. Hold the control knob therefore only briey in the “P” position.
• Speed position “1”: is for blending liquid and soft foods, for mixing, pureeing and stirring.
• Speed position “2”: is for blending soft foods or for chopping.
• Pulse position “P”: is for short powerful pulse operation, for example, crushing ice cubes. The control knob 9
does not engage in the “P” position to prevent overheating of the motor. Hold the control knob therefore only
briey in the “P” position. For best results when crushing ice cubes, ll the blender jar with a maximum weight of
180 g of ice cubes.
• Under no circumstance should you open the lid on the blender jar during operation. Pieces of food could be
thrown out at high speeds!
• Never add ingredients during operation.
• Do not use spatulas and other utensils during operation of the device, as this could damage the device or
cause injuries.
• Once the ingredients have been blended to your satisfaction, switch the control knob 9 to position “0” to
switch o󰀨 the device.
• WARNING! Do not use the device more than 2 minutes. To prevent overheating, allow the device to cool
down for ±10 minutes before using it again.
• WARNING! Wait until the device is stopped, make sure the rotating parts have reached standstill,
remove the power plug from the mains power and then take the lid o󰀨 the blender jar.
• Release the blender jar 3by holding the blender jar with one hand by the carrying handle 4and the other
hand by the blender base 8, then gently pull the blender jar 3upwards from the blender base 8. The blender
jar is now released from the blender base.

• Clean the device after each use, as it comes into direct contact with food.
• Remove the plug from the mains power and allow the device to cool down fully (± 15 minutes).
• Never immerse the blender base 8 or stirring blade base 5 in water or any other liquid.
• Never steam clean the device.

Your product has been manufactured using high quality materials and components
which can be recycled and used again. At the end of its life span, this product cannot be
disposed of in normal domestic waste, but must be taken to a special collection point for
recycling electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated in the user manual and in
the packaging by the waste container marked with a cross symbol. Used raw materials
are suitable for recycling.
By recycling used appliances or raw materials, you are playing an important role in protecting our
environment. You can ask your local council about the location of your nearest collection point.

• Clean the blender base 8, stirring blade base 5and power cable with a damp cloth.
• Clean the measuring cup 1, blender lid 2, blender jar 3 and ring base (with sealing ring) 6in warm water
and washing-up liquid. Do not clean the stirring blade base 5or blender base 8 in water or any other liquid.
• Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials, a scouring sponge or steel wool; these damage the
device.
• Do not clean the device and accessories in the dishwasher.
• Thoroughly dry the device and accessories.
• Store the device in a dry place.

Neem altijd de volgende voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht wanneer u gebruik maakt van de ‘Magnani - Blender’,
hierna te noemen het 'apparaat'.
Algemene informatie
• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzingen zorgvuldig en bewaar ze op een veilige plek. Als u dit apparaat aan iemand
anders geeft, geef deze handleiding daar dan bij.
• Gebruik dit apparaat uitsluitend volgens de instructies in deze gebruikershandleiding.
• Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder, personen met beperkte fysieke,

Elektriciteit en warmte

apparaat.
• Zorg ervoor dat uw handen droog zijn voordat u het apparaat, het stroomsnoer of de stekker aanraakt.
• Steek de stekker in een stopcontact dat op elk moment gemakkelijk bereikbaar is.
• WAARSCHUWING! Bedek de stekker, het stroomsnoer, het elektrische onderstel of het apparaat
nooit met doeken, gordijnen of enig ander materiaal om oververhitting en mogelijk zelfs brand te
voorkomen.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat en het stroomsnoer niet in aanraking komen met hittebronnen, zoals een hete
kookplaat of open vuur.

• Het apparaat moet zijn warmte kwijt kunnen om brandgevaar te voorkomen. Zorg er daarom voor dat het
apparaat wordt omringd door voldoende vrije ruimte (ten minste 20 cm aan alle kanten) en dat u het apparaat
niet tegen en/of op brandbare materialen plaatst.
• WAARSCHUWING! Om oververhitting en brandgevaar te voorkomen, mag het apparaat niet worden
afgedekt.
• Controleer het stroomsnoer regelmatig op beschadigingen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het snoer of de stekker beschadigingen vertoont of als het apparaat op de grond
is gevallen of andere sporen van schade vertoont.
• Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u tijdens het gebruik fouten ontdekt,
tekenen van beschadiging aantreft, het apparaat niet gebruikt of het schoonmaakt.
• Zorg ervoor dat niemand op het stroomsnoer kan gaan staan of dat het snoer anderszins beklemd kan raken.
• Laat het stroomsnoer niet over scherpe randen hangen en houd het uit de buurt van hete voorwerpen en open
vuur.
• Wanneer u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, moet u ervoor zorgen dat anderen deze niet per ongeluk los
kunnen trekken of over het stroomsnoer kunnen struikelen.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit door aan het stroomsnoer te trekken en zorg dat het stroomsnoer niet in de
knoop kan raken.
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als het onweert of als u het apparaat gedurende langere tijd niet gebruikt.
• Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt, moet u aan de stekker zelf trekken en niet aan het snoer.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet met een externe tijdschakelaar of een afzonderlijke afstandsbediening.
• Gebruik een snoer van 10 ampère als er een verlengsnoer nodig is. Snoeren met een lager amperage kunnen
doorbranden.
• Wanneer u een verlengsnoer gebruikt, rol dit dan volledig uit.
• WAARSCHUWING! Om de kans op brand of een elektrische schok te verminderen moet u het apparaat
beschermen tegen druppelend of opspattend water en uit de buurt houden van vochtige omgevingen en met
water gevulde voorwerpen, zoals vazen. Dergelijke voorwerpen mogen niet op of in de buurt van het apparaat
worden geplaatst.
Gebruik
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de buurt van brandbare materialen.
• Dit apparaat is geen speelgoed. Houd kinderen altijd in de gaten om te voorkomen dat ze met het apparaat
spelen.
• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter als de stekker in het stopcontact steekt.
• Laat kinderen dit apparaat niet zonder toezicht schoonmaken of onderhouden.
• Zorg ervoor dat kinderen nooit gaan spelen met huishoudelijke apparatuur; houd altijd toezicht. Kinderen zijn
niet in staat de gevaren te beoordelen die gepaard gaan met onjuist gebruik van elektrische apparaten.
• Kinderen in de buurt van het apparaat moeten altijd door een volwassene in de gaten worden gehouden.
• Zorg er altijd voor dat het apparaat goed in elkaar is gezet voordat u het gebruikt.
• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond, op een plek waar het niet kan omvallen.
• Het apparaat is uitgerust met een antislipzuignappen. Meubels zijn voorzien van allerlei soorten verf en plastic
afwerkingen die zijn behandeld met verschillende onderhoudsproducten. Daarom kan niet volledig worden
uitgesloten dat sommige van deze materialen bestanddelen bevatten die het rubber aantasten en de voetjes
zachter maken. Leg indien nodig een antislipmat onder het apparaat.
• Leun niet op het apparaat.
• Houd minimaal 20 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit voorkomt schade als gevolg van hitte.
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u:
o accessoires aanbrengt of verwijdert;
o het apparaat schoonmaakt.
• WAARSCHUWING! Voordat u de blenderkan plaatst of verwijdert, moet u het apparaat uitzetten,
wachten totdat de motor is gestopt en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.
• Gebruik geen andere blenderkan met het apparaat.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het leeg is (zonder ingrediënten in de blenderkan).
• Gebruik het apparaat niet voor het bereiden van vast voedsel. Hierdoor kan het apparaat beschadigd raken.
• Gebruik het apparaat alleen voor zacht voedsel en vloeisto󰀨en.
• WAARSCHUWING! Kans op brandwonden! Vul de blenderkan nooit met kokende vloeisto󰀨en. Hierdoor
kan het apparaat oververhit raken en/of kan het glas van de blenderkan breken!
• WAARSCHUWING! Kans op brandwonden! Let op wanneer u hete etenswaren verwerkt. Hete

etenswaren kunnen spatten tijdens het verwerken. Laat hete ingrediënten eerst afkoelen voordat u ze verwerkt
(max. temperatuur: 60 °C).
• Maak het deksel van de blenderkan nooit open als het apparaat in werking is.
• Voeg nooit ingrediënten toe terwijl het apparaat in werking is.
• Gebruik geen spatels en andere hulpstukken tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat, omdat het apparaat
hierdoor beschadigd kan raken of verwondingen kan veroorzaken.
• Steek uw vingers, handen of andere lichaamsdelen niet in de blenderkan terwijl het apparaat in
werking is.
• WAARSCHUWING! Snijgevaar. De messen van het apparaat zijn zeer scherp. Plaats het deksel op

de motor is afgekoeld.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als het op de grond is gevallen of andere tekenen van schade vertoont.
• De blenderkan is van glas. Voorzichtig behandelen.
• WAARSCHUWING! Dit apparaat is NIET bedoeld voor gebruik in vochtige ruimtes binnenshuis.
• Houd het apparaat altijd schoon, aangezien het in direct contact komt met voedsel.
• Alle onderdelen van het apparaat die in aanraking komen met voedsel, zijn voedselveilig.

Open de verpakking voorzichtig en haal het apparaat eruit. Controleer of het apparaat, het stroomsnoer,
de stekker en de accessoires compleet en niet beschadigd zijn. Mochten er onderdelen beschadigd zijn of
ontbreken, neem dan contact op met de verkoper en gebruik het product niet. Bewaar de verpakking of recycle
deze zoals voorgeschreven door lokale regelgeving.

Eerste gebruik
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos. Verwijder eventuele stickers, beschermfolie of plastic van
het apparaat.
• Voordat u het apparaat voor het eerst gebruikt, moet u de messenvoet 5en de blendervoet 8schoonmaken
met een vochtige doek.
• Maak de maatbeker 1, het deksel van de blender 2, de blenderkan 3 en de ringvoet (met afdichtring) 6
schoon in warm water met afwasmiddel. Maak de messenvoet 5 en de blendervoet 8 niet schoon in
water of andere vloeisto󰀨en.
• Droog het apparaat en de accessoires goed af.
• Gebruik nooit agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, een schuurspons of staalwol. Deze kunnen het
apparaat beschadigen.
• Bevestig de accessoires op de blendervoet 8en zorg dat de bedieningsknop 9 op 0 staat voordat u de
stekker in het stopcontact steekt.
• Sluit het apparaat aan op de netvoeding.
• LET OP! Als u het apparaat voor de eerste keer gebruikt, kan er wat geur vrijkomen. Dit is normaal. De geur
verdwijnt na een paar minuten. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
AAN/UIT-knop
• Zorg dat de accessoires op de blendervoet 8zijn bevestigd en dat de bedieningsknop 9 op 0 staat voordat
u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt. Doe de ingrediënten in de blender en zorg dat het deksel van de blender
2goed op de blenderkan 3is geplaatst. Zet het apparaat aan door de bedieningsknop 9met de klok mee
naar stand 1 of 2 te draaien of door de bedieningsknop 9 tegen de klok in naar de pulsstand (P) te draaien en
de knop vast te blijven houden.
• Zet het apparaat uit door de bedieningsknop 9 op 0 te zetten.
• Trek na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Gebruik van het apparaat
• Zorg vóór elk gebruik dat het apparaat schoon en droog is.
• WAARSCHUWING! Voordat u de blenderkan plaatst of verwijdert, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de
draaiende onderdelen stil staan en dat de stekker uit het stopcontact is gehaald!
• Zorg dat de accessoires op de blendervoet 8zijn bevestigd en dat de bedieningsknop 9 op 0 staat voordat
u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt.
• Plaats de messenvoet 5in de ringvoet 6met de messen naar boven gericht. Draai de ringvoet met de
messenvoet tegen de klok in op de onderkant van de blenderkan 3. Zorg dat de afdichtring van de ringvoet 6
correct is geplaatst! Als de afdichtring niet correct is geplaatst, bestaat er kans op lekkage.
• Plaats de blenderkan 3op de blendervoet 8. Zorg dat de uitstulping (van de ringvoet) onder aan de
blenderkan 3ter hoogte van de uitsparing 7in de blendervoet 8zit. Duw de blenderkan 3voorzichtig op de
blendervoet. De blenderkan zit nu vast op de blendervoet.
• Het apparaat werkt alleen als de blenderkan correct op de blendervoet is geplaatst en vast zit.
• WAARSCHUWING! De motor van het apparaat gaat automatisch uit als de blenderkan van de blendervoet
wordt verwijderd. Vergeet niet om de bedieningsknop naar 0 te draaien, anders gaat de motor automatisch aan
als de blenderkan weer op de blendervoet wordt geplaatst.
• Plaats het apparaat tijdens het gebruik op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond, op een plek waar het niet kan
omvallen.
• Het apparaat is voorzien van zuignappen 10 . Door deze zuignappen staat het apparaat stabieler en steviger
op een vlakke ondergrond (zoals een aanrecht, een tafel etc.), zodat het niet verschuift of omvalt door de
trillingen van het apparaat als het in werking is. Als u het apparaat van een oppervlak wilt verwijderen, kantelt u
het lichtjes zodat de zuignappen makkelijk loskomen.
• Het apparaat is bedoeld voor het mixen van:
o Vloeisto󰀨en (zuivelproducten, sauzen, vruchtensappen, soepen, mixdrankjes en shakes)
o Zachte ingrediënten (zacht fruit, zachte groenten)
o Gekookte ingrediënten (gepureerde babyvoeding)
o IJsklontjes
• Het apparaat is niet bedoeld voor:
o Het mixen van hard voedsel, zoals noten, pitten, grote korrels of stengels
o Het mixen van niet-eetbare materialen
• WAARSCHUWING! Snijgevaar. De messen van het apparaat zijn zeer scherp. Plaats het deksel
van de blender 2op de blenderkan als u het apparaat aan zet. De messen van het apparaat kunnen zware
verwondingen aan lichaamsdelen veroorzaken! Laat het deksel 2op de blenderkan 3als het apparaat in
werking is.
• Doe de ingrediënten in de blenderkan 3. Snijd grote ingrediënten in stukken van ca. 2 cm voordat u ze
verwerkt. Laat hete ingrediënten eerst afkoelen voordat u ze verwerkt (maximumtemperatuur: 60 °C).
• Gebruik de maatbeker 1 om vloeisto󰀨en, kruiden etc. af te meten. Verwijder de maatbeker 1door deze uit
de uitsparing van het deksel 2te halen.
• Doe de blenderkan (1,5 l) niet te vol om overlopen te voorkomen. Houd maximaal 1,25 l aan voor dikke
mengsels en maximaal 1 l voor vloeisto󰀨en.
• Plaats de maatbeker 1terug in de uitsparing van het deksel 2. Plaats het deksel van de blender 2stevig
op de blenderkan 3. Zet het apparaat niet aan als het deksel en de maatbeker niet zijn geplaatst!
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het leeg is (zonder ingrediënten in de blenderkan).
• Draai de bedieningsknop 9 met de knop mee naar stand 1 (lage snelheid) of 2 (hoge snelheid) of tegen de
klok in naar de pulsstand (P). Bij gebruik van de pulsstand moet u de knop vast blijven houden. Als u de knop
loslaat, stopt het apparaat automatisch en draait de knop naar 0. Houd de bedieningsknop alleen kort in de
P-stand.
• Snelheidsstand 1: is voor het mixen, pureren en mengen van vloeisto󰀨en en zacht voedsel.
• Snelheidsstand 2: is voor het mixen van zacht voedsel of het jnhakken van hard voedsel.
• De pulsstand (P): is voor kort maar krachtig mixen, bijvoorbeeld het vermalen van ijsblokjes. De
bedieningsknop 9 blijft niet in de P-stand staan om oververhitting van de motor te voorkomen. Houd de
bedieningsknop alleen kort in de P-stand. Vul de blender bij het vermalen van ijsklontjes voor de beste
resultaten maximaal met 180 g ijsklontjes.
• Maak het deksel van de blenderkan nooit open als het apparaat in werking is. Er kunnen stukken voedsel met
hoge snelheid uit het apparaat worden geworpen!
• Voeg nooit ingrediënten toe terwijl het apparaat in werking is.
• Gebruik geen spatels en andere hulpstukken tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat, omdat het apparaat
hierdoor beschadigd kan raken of verwondingen kan veroorzaken.
• Als de ingrediënten naar tevredenheid zijn gemixt, zet u de bedieningsknop 9 op 0 om het apparaat uit te
zetten.

Dit product is vervaardigd van kwalitatief hoogwaardige materialen en onderdelen
die gerecycled en opnieuw gebruikt kunnen worden. Na afloop van zijn levensduur
mag dit product niet worden meegegeven met het huishoudelijk afval. Het moet naar
een speciaal inzamelpunt worden gebracht voor het recyclen van elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur. Dit wordt in de handleiding en op de verpakking weergegeven
door de afvalcontainer met een kruis erdoor. De gebruikte grondsto󰀨en kunnen worden
gerecycled.
Door gebruikte apparatuur of grondstoffen te recyclen, levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan het

• WAARSCHUWING! Gebruik het apparaat niet langer dan 2 minuten. Laat het apparaat ca. 10 minuten
afkoelen voordat u het apparaat weer gebruikt om oververhitting te voorkomen.
• WAARSCHUWING! Wacht tot het apparaat is gestopt, zorg dat de draaiende onderdelen stil staan, haal
de stekker uit het stopcontact en haal dan het deksel van de blenderkan.
• Verwijder de blenderkan 3door met één hand de kan vast te houden aan de draaggreep 4en met de
andere hand de blendervoet 8vast te houden. Til de blenderkan 3vervolgens voorzichtig van de blendervoet
8. De blenderkan komt nu los van de blendervoet.

• Maak het apparaat na elk gebruik schoon, aangezien het in direct contact komt met voedsel.
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen (ca. 15 minuten).
• Dompel de blendervoet 8 en de messenvoet 5 nooit onder in water of andere vloeisto󰀨en.
• Maak het apparaat nooit schoon met stoom.
• Maak de blendervoet 8, de messenvoet 5en het stroomsnoer schoon met een vochtige doek.
• Maak de maatbeker 1, het deksel van de blender 2, de blenderkan 3 en de ringvoet (met afdichtring) 6
schoon in warm water met afwasmiddel. Maak de messenvoet 5en de blendervoet 8niet schoon in water of
andere vloeisto󰀨en.
• Gebruik nooit agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, een schuurspons of staalwol. Deze kunnen het
apparaat beschadigen.
• Maak het apparaat en de accessoires niet schoon in de vaatwasser.
• Droog het apparaat en de accessoires goed af.

Informations générales

• Utiliser cet appareil uniquement comme décrit dans ce manuel d’utilisation.
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par les enfants de 8 ans et plus, par les personnes dont les capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales sont limitées, par ceux qui manquent d’expérience et de connaissances, à condition
que ces enfants ou personnes soient surveillés ou qu’ils aient reçu les instructions nécessaires pour utiliser

• AVERTISSEMENT ! L’appareil ne doit pas être recouvert an d’éviter la surchau󰀨e et les risques

• Contrôlez régulièrement si le câble d’alimentation n’est pas endommagé.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, si l’appareil est tombé par terre ou s’il
présente d’autres dommages.
• Éteignez l’appareil et retirez la che de la prise de courant si vous constatez des défauts ou des dommages
pendant l’utilisation, si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé ou lorsqu’il est nettoyé.
• Assurez-vous que le câble d’alimentation ne peut pas être piétiné ou coincé.
• Ne laissez pas pendre le câble d’alimentation sur des bords tranchants, et maintenez-le éloigné d’objets
chauds et de ammes nues.
• Lorsque la che est branchée, faites attention à ce que personne ne puisse tirer accidentellement ou
trébucher sur le câble.
• Ne déplacez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur le câble d’alimentation et assurez-vous que le câble d’alimentation
ne puisse pas s’emmêler.
• Retirez la che de la prise de courant lors d’orages ou lorsque l’appareil reste inutilisé pendant de longues
périodes.
• Pour retirer la che de la prise de courant, tirez sur la che et pas sur le câble.
• Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil en utilisant une minuterie externe ou un système de télécommande
séparé.
• Si une rallonge est nécessaire, utilisez un câble 10 ampères. Les câbles à ampérage inférieur peuvent griller.
• Lorsqu’une rallonge est utilisée, celle-ci doit être entièrement déroulée.

nitions de peinture ou plastique qui sont traitées avec di󰀨érents produits d’entretien. En conséquence, il ne
peut pas être totalement exclu que certaines de ces substances contiennent des ingrédients qui agissent sur le
caoutchouc et ramollissent les pieds. Si nécessaire, placez un tapis antidérapant sous l’appareil.
• Ne vous appuyez pas sur l’appareil.
• Assurez-vous qu’il y a au moins 20 cm d’espace libre autour de l’appareil. Vous éviterez ainsi les dégâts dus à
la chaleur.
• Retirez la che d’alimentation de la prise de courant avant de :
o Mettre en place ou retirer les accessoires
o Nettoyer l’appareil
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Avant d’installer ou de dégager le bol de blender, éteignez l’appareil, attendez l’arrêt
du moteur et débranchez l’appareil de la prise électrique.
• N’utilisez pas d’autres bols de blender avec l’appareil.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil lorsque celui-ci est vide (sans ingrédients dans le bol de blender).
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour la préparation d’aliments solides ; ceci peut endommager l’appareil.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil autrement que pour des aliments mous et liquides.
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de brûlures ! Ne remplissez jamais le bol de blender avec des liquides en

• Vous ne devez en aucune circonstance ouvrir le couvercle du bol de blender pendant le fonctionnement.
• N’ajoutez jamais d’ingrédients durant le fonctionnement.

le couvercle sur le bol de blender lorsque vous utilisez l'appareil. Les lames de l’appareil peuvent entraîner de

Ouvrez l’emballage avec précaution avant d’en sortir l’appareil. Assurez-vous que l’appareil, le câble
d’alimentation, la che d’alimentation et les accessoires sont complets et intacts. S’il y a des composants qui
manquent ou qui sont endommagés, contactez le fournisseur et n’utilisez pas le produit. Conservez l’emballage
ou recyclez-le conformément aux réglementations locales.

Première utilisation
• Sortez l’appareil et les accessoires de la boîte. Retirez tout autocollant, lm de protection ou plastique de
l’appareil.
• Avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, nettoyez la base de la lame agitatrice 5et l’embase de
blender 8 à l’aide d’un chi󰀨on humide.
• Nettoyez le verre doseur 1, le couvercle de blender 2, le bol de blender 3 et le socle annulaire (avec
anneau d’étanchéité) 6 dans de l’eau chaude avec du liquide vaisselle. Ne nettoyez pas la base de lame
agitatrice 5 ou l’embase de blender 8 dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide.
• Séchez méticuleusement l’appareil et les accessoires.
• N’utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, une éponge à récurer ou de la paille de fer ;
cela endommage l’appareil.
• Avant de connecter l’appareil au secteur, montez d’abord les accessoires sur l’embase de blender 8et
assurez-vous que le bouton de commande 9 se trouve en position « 0 »,
• Connectez l’appareil au secteur.
• REMARQUE ! Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil pour la première fois, une odeur légère peut se dégager, ce qui
est normal. L’odeur disparaîtra en quelques minutes. Assurez une bonne aération.
Interrupteur Marche/Arrêt
• Avant de connecter l’appareil au secteur, assurez-vous que les accessoires sont montés de manière
sécurisée sur l’embase de blender 8 et que le bouton de commande 9 se trouve en position « 0 ». Ajoutez
les ingrédients et assurez-vous que le couvercle de blender 2est placé correctement sur le bol de blender
3. Allumez l'appareil en tournant le bouton de commande 9dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre vers la
position de vitesse « 1 » ou la position de vitesse « 2 », ou tournez le bouton de commande 9dans le sens
contraire des aiguilles d’une montre vers la position d’impulsions « P » et maintenez-le dans cette position.
• Éteignez l’appareil en plaçant le bouton de commande 9 en position « 0 ».
• Une fois que vous avez ni d’utiliser l’appareil, débranchez la che d’alimentation de la prise de courant.
Utilisation de l’appareil
• Avant chaque utilisation, assurez-vous que l’appareil est propre et sec.
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Avant d’installer ou de dégager le bol de blender de l’appareil, assurez-vous
que les éléments rotatifs se sont immobilisés et que la che d’alimentation a été débranchée de la prise
de courant !
• Avant de connecter l’appareil au secteur, assurez-vous que les accessoires sont montés de manière sécurisée
sur l’embase de blender 8 et que le bouton de commande 9 se trouve en position « 0 ».
• Placez la base de lame agitatrice 5dans le socle annulaire 6avec la lame vers le haut. Vissez ensuite le
socle annulaire avec la base de lame agitatrice dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre sur le fond
du bol de blender 3. Assurez-vous que l’anneau d’étanchéité du socle annulaire 6est placé correctement !

Lorsque l’anneau d’étanchéité n’est pas placé correctement, il existe un risque de duite.
• Montez le bol de blender 3sur l’embase de blender 8 ; assurez-vous que le renement (à partir du socle
annulaire) au bas du bol de blender 3est aligné par rapport à l’encoche 7de l’embase de blender 8.
Poussez ensuite délicatement le bol de blender 3sur l’embase de blender. À présent, le bol de blender est
sécurisé sur l’embase de blender.
• L’appareil fonctionnera uniquement lorsque le bol de blender est placé correctement et de manière
sécurisée sur l’embase de blender.
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Le moteur de l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement lorsque le bol de blender est libéré
de l’embase de blender. N’oubliez pas de placer le bouton de commande en position « 0 », sinon le moteur va
démarrer automatiquement dès que le bol est replacé sur l’embase.
• Pendant l’utilisation, placez l’appareil sur une surface stable et plane, à un endroit où il ne peut pas tomber.
• L’appareil est équipé de pieds ventouses 10 . Les pieds ventouses font en sorte que l’appareil soit placé de
manière plus stable et plus sûre sur une surface plane (telle qu’un plan de travail, une table, etc.), de sorte qu’il
ne puisse pas glisser ou basculer en raison des vibrations durant son utilisation. Lorsque vous retirez l’appareil
de la surface, soulevez l’appareil avec une légère inclinaison an de permettre aux pieds de se décoller
facilement de la surface.
• L’appareil est destiné à :
o Mélanger des liquides (produits laitiers, sauces, jus de fruits, soupes, boissons mélangées et
« shakes »)
o Mélanger des ingrédients mous (fruits mous, légumes mous)
o Mélanger des ingrédients cuits (aliments pour bébé en purée)
o Piler des glaçons
• L’appareil n’est pas destiné à :
o Mélanger des morceaux d’aliments durs, tels que : noix, cerneaux, gros grains ou tiges.
o Mélanger des matières qui ne sont pas des aliments.
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de coupure. Les lames de l'appareil sont extrêmement tranchantes.
Placez le couvercle de blender 2 sur le bol de blender lorsque vous utilisez l'appareil. Les lames de l’appareil
peuvent entraîner de graves blessures au niveau de parties du corps ! Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil, laissez
le couvercle de blender 2posé sur le bol de blender 3.
• Versez les ingrédients dans le bol de blender 3. Coupez les ingrédients volumineux en morceaux d’environ
2 cm avant de les transformer. Laissez refroidir les ingrédients chauds avant de les transformer (température
maximale de 60 ºC).
• Utilisez le verre doseur 1 pour mesure les liquides ou les herbes, par exemple. Retirez le verre doseur 1en
le sortant du renfoncement du couvercle de blender 2.
• An d’éviter les débordement, ne remplissez pas trop le bol de blender (1,5 l). Utilisez un maximum de 1,25 l
pour les mélanges épais et un maximum de 1 l pour les préparations liquides.
• Replacez le verre doseur 1dans le renfoncement du couvercle de blender 2. Placez ensuite fermement le
couvercle de blender 2sur le bol de blender 3. N’utilisez pas l’appareil si le couvercle de blender et le
verre doseur ne sont pas en place !
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil lorsque celui-ci est vide (sans ingrédients dans le bol de blender).
• Tournez le bouton de commande 9 dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre vers la position « 1 » (basse
vitesse) ou « 2 » (haute vitesse), ou dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre vers la position impulsion
« P » Lorsque vous utilisez le mode impulsion, maintenez le bouton de commande. Une fois que vous le
libérez, il arrêtera automatiquement l'appareil et passera en position « 0 ». Par conséquent, ne maintenez que
brièvement le bouton de commande en position « P ».
• Position de vitesse « 1 » : pour mélanger des liquides et des aliments mous, pour mixer, faire de la purée ou
remuer.
• Position de vitesse « 2 » : pour mélanger d'aliments mous ou pour hacher.
• Position impulsion « P » : pour un fonctionnement par impulsions puissantes court, par exemple pour piler
les glaçons. Le bouton de commande 9 ne s'enclenche pas en position « P », an d’éviter une surchau󰀨e du
moteur. Par conséquent, ne maintenez que brièvement le bouton de commande en position « P ». Pour les
meilleurs résultats lorsque vous pilez des glaçons, remplissez le bol de blender avec un poids maximal de 180
g de glaçons.
• Vous ne devez en aucune circonstance ouvrir le couvercle du bol de blender pendant le fonctionnement. Des
morceaux d’aliments pourraient être projetés à des vitesses élevées !
• N’ajoutez jamais d’ingrédients durant le fonctionnement.
• N’utilisez pas de spatules et autres ustensiles pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil, car cela pourrait
endommager l’appareil ou causer des blessures.
• Une fois les ingrédients mélangés à votre satisfaction, placez le bouton de commande 9 en position « 0 »
pour arrêter l’appareil.

• AVERTISSEMENT ! N’utilisez pas l’appareil plus de 2 minutes de suite. Pour éviter une surchau󰀨e,
laissez refroidir l'appareil pendant ±10 minutes, avant de le réutiliser.
• AVERTISSEMENT ! Attendez que l’appareil soit arrêté, assurez-vous que les éléments rotatifs se sont
immobilisés, débranchez la che d’alimentation de la prise de courant, puis enlevez le couvercle du bol de
blender.
• Libérez le bol de blender 3en tenant le bol d’une main par la poignée de transport 4 et en plaçant l’autre
main sur l’embase de blender 8, puis tirez délicatement le bol de blender 3vers le haut, pour l’éloigner de
l’embase de blender 8. À présent, le bol de blender est libéré de l’embase de blender.

• Nettoyez l’appareil après chaque utilisation puisqu’il entre en contact direct avec la nourriture.
• Retirez la che de la prise murale et laissez refroidir l’appareil complètement (± 15 minutes).
• N’immergez jamais l’embase de blender 8 ou la base de lame agitatrice 5 dans l’eau ou tout autre
liquide.
• Ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil à la vapeur.
• Nettoyez l’embase de blender 8, la base de lame agitatrice 5 et le câble d’alimentation à l’aide d’un chi󰀨on
humide.
• Nettoyez le verre doseur 1, le couvercle de blender 2, le bol de blender 3 et le socle annulaire (avec
anneau d’étanchéité) 6 dans de l’eau chaude, avec du liquide vaisselle. Ne nettoyez pas la base de lame
agitatrice 5ou l’embase de blender 8 dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide.
• N’utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, une éponge à récurer ou de la paille de fer ;
cela endommage l’appareil.
• Ne nettoyez pas l’appareil et les accessoires au lave-vaisselle.
• Séchez méticuleusement l’appareil et les accessoires.
• Rangez l’appareil dans un endroit sec.
