this product. Failure to do so may result in placing
occupants at risk of serious injury or death.
l To protect bystanders and the service technician(s), shut
vehicle off, remove the Ignition Key and secure vehicle to
prevent unintended movement.
l Never operate the vehicle in excess of manufacturer’s
specifications.

I N S TA LL A T I O N P R OC E D U R E
1. Place Rear Seat Bottom into rear cargo area and between
rear wheel wells of the ROXOR.
2. Adjust and measure distance (340 mm) from back of Rear
Seat Bottom mounting brackets to back edge of rear cargo
area. Both sides must be equal.

3. Using a grease pencil (or similar) mark areas of sealer for
skiving, then mark (4) drill location using mounting brackets
as templates under seat bottom.
4. Remove Rear Seat Bottom, then using a razor knife or
chisel, skive out high spots in sealer that will prevent Rear
Seat Bottom mounting brackets from sitting flat on rear cargo
floor.
To prevent premature rusting of the
body, apply paint or other suitable rust inhibitor to any bare
metal exposed during this installation.
5. Center punch and drill (4) 3 mm pilot holes at marked
locations in rear cargo floor.
6. Open up (4) holes to 12 mm.
7. Re-install Rear Seat Bottom, then use (4) bolts, (4) lock nuts
and (4) washers to secure seat bottom to rear cargo floor.
Bolt head and washers on top, lock nuts below.
do not over tighten rear (2) fasteners at
this point to allow movement in brackets when installing
Rear Seat Back.
8. Install Rear Seat Back by sliding (2)square Seat Back
extension brackets down into Rear Seat Bottom mounting
brackets.
use a dead blow hammer if necessary
to help spread seat bottom brackets to accept the seat
back extension brackets.

9. Torque all Rear Seat Bottom fasteners to specifications.
10. Align an "L" Bracket with Rear Seat Bottom mounting bracket
holes at each corner, and skive out any sealer preventing
the "L" brackets from sitting flat against inner wheel wells.
11. Using a grease pencil (or similar) mark (2) drill location at
each corner using "L" Bracket as template.
12. Center punch and drill (8) 3 mm pilot holes at marked
locations on inner wheel wells.
13. Open up (8) holes to 12 mm.
14. Install (2) front "L" Brackets using (8) bolts, (8) lock nuts and
(8) washers to secure front of seat bottom to wheel wells.
15. Torque (8) front "L" Bracket fasteners to specifications.
16. Install (2) rear "L" Brackets using (4) longer bolts, (4) lock
nuts and (4) washers to secure Rear Seat Back to Rear Seat
Bottom and torque to specifications.

17. Secure (2) rear "L" Brackets to wheel wells using (4) bolts,
(4) lock nuts and (4) washers and torque to specifications.
