INSTALLATION
1. Examinethereboxandclearanydebrisfromthebase
andcorners.Remainingdebrismaypreventcorrectt
upofrefractory.SeeFigure1.
2. Removethegrate/burnerassemblybyremovingthe
screwsthatfastenthegratetothebottomofthere-
box.SeeFigure1.Pullthegrate/burnerassembly
towardsyousothatitdisengagesfromtheoriceon
thebackwallandplacetheentiregrate/burneras-
semblyinasafeplace.
CAUTION! Risk of Cuts or Abrasions. Wear protective
gloves and safety glasses during installation.
NOTICE: Handle refractory panels with care. Refractory
may chip or crack if dropped or impacted.

asshowninFigure5.Theholesinthespacershould
align with the screws in the rebox when installed
correctly.

4. Tobegintheinstalloftherearlightcover,rstremove
thebackcenterscrewthatfastenstheinnerglassas-
semblydowntothebottomoftherebox.Retainthis
screwasyouwillneedtorefastenitinlaterstep.Lay
therearlightcoverdownontheinnerglassassembly
butunderneaththelightcover.SeeFigure3.

5. The rear light cover should slide between the inner
glassassemblyandthelightcoversothattheclear-
anceholeoftherearlightcoverlinesupwiththehole
ofthe inner glass assembly where you removed the
screwbackinStep4.Youmaywanttoliftuponthe
lightcover sothat the rear light covercan fullyslide
into postition underneath it.
6. Refasten the screw that you had saved before from
theinnerglassassembly.Thisscrewwillholddown
therearlightcoverandtheinnerglassassemblydown
tothereboxbottom.SeeFigure4.
7. Locatethegrate/burnerassemblythathadbeenset
asideandre-engagetheburneronoriceontheback
walloftherebox.Fastenthefrontgratelegsdownto
thereboxbottomusingtheexistingholesandscrews
youretainedfromStep2.

12.Install the right glass panel as shown in Figure 7.
Leavea2-3"gapatthebacktoeaseinstallationofthe
toprefractorypanel.
10.Placeoneofthewhitesidespacersontherightsideof
the rebox and slide into place as shown in Figure
7.Spacerwillbeushwithreboxlipwheninstalled
properly.

18. InstalltheleftfrontbaserefractoryasshowninFigure
15,ensuring that thefront lip is ush with the rebox.

16.Installtheright base refractory by settingtheleftedge
onthereboxbottom,pullingtighttothegrateanddrop-
ping the right side down, ensuring that the front lip of
thepart isushwiththereboxedge.SeeFigure13

19. Figure 16 shows the outer base refractory parts
properly installed ush with rebox edge and tight to
glasspanels.

tom, pulling it tight to the grate leg. Match the cut-out
withthegrateleganddroptheleftsideofthepartinto
place.
20. Installthecenterbaserefractorywithseamsalignedas
showninFigure17.Besurethattherefractoryisush
withthereboxlip.
