Wakeboard Tower Bimini Pro Installation Guide
To ensure a high quality, trouble free installation, please take a few minutes to
read the entire installation instructions and become familiar with the parts and
installation before beginning. It may be easier to start assembling on the
ground. Having two people to install the bimini will make installation onto the
tower more manageable.
Be aware of the following:
• This tower bimini is designed to fit all Make A Wake Marine wakeboard
towers and most other popular brand of towers.
• Please be careful when your boat is approaching bridges or overpasses.

• Please don’t modify this product, climb, ride or stand on it.
• WARNING: Traveling at speeds in excess of 35 mph may cause damage to
your bimini top. The canvas should be removed trailering your boat.

Step 1: Constructing the Frame
• Distinguish the ends of the middle frame side bars. The 2 mini clamps are
at the front and the cross fitting is at rear of the side bars.
• The front frame section and the rear frame section are interchangeable.
• To prevent damage to the side rails, loosen the set screws prior to moving
or rotating the mini clamps.
• Connect front and rear frame sections to the middle side bars.

Step 2: Install the Rear Middle Frame Bar
• Assemble the rear middle frame bar as shown in figures 1-3.
You can do it easily with the pin system.
• Connect the rear middle frame bar on the frame through the cross fittings.
• If you are installing the bimini top above your tower, install the lift fittings
(available separately) on the rear frame bar. (as shown in figure 6)
Important Note:
If you want to mount this bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard
tower, do not install the lift fittings.

Step 3: Install Middle Bars
• Install the front middle frame bar on the frame with Clamp A
• The front support bars should be installed on Clamp B.
Step 4: Install the Canopy
• Install the canopy on the frame as shown in the pictures, you can do it
easily with the zipper.

• Assemble the front support bar on the clamp B as shown in the right
picture.
Important Note:
If you want to install this bimini top under the top section of your wakeboard
tower, refer to Step 5.
If you want to install this bimini top above the top section of your wakeboard
tower, refer to Step 6.

Step 5: Install the Bimini Top Under the Top Section of your Wakeboard Tower
• Install the four bimini rings on the tower’s bars as shown in the pictures,
but don’t tighten the bolts of the rings.
• Measure the distance between the two rings mounted on the rear bars of
the tower. Adjust the pins on the rear bar so it is the same distance.
• Lift the bimini top and connect the rear middle frame bar with the rings
mounted on the rear bars of the tower.
• Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front
bars of tower.

• Now place the tower bimini on the tower where you want it. Adjust the rings
for the best fit, then tighten all of the bolts and set screws.

Step 6 : Install the Bimini Top Above the Tower
• Mount two rings on the front bars of tower, and mount two rings on the top
section as shown in the right pictures, but don’t tighten the bolts of the
rings.
• Let the two intubations of the rear middle frame bar to hide inside the
frame.
• Lift the bimini top, Connect the two lift fittings with the rings mounted on
the top section of the tower.
• Connect the front support bars with the bimini rings mounted on the front
bars of tower.
