Under the environment with Electrostatic Discharge
Test Results the sample may be disconnected, but
it can be resumed to normal operation by user after
test.

Tip: This printer can only print on
12mm/16mm label paper. Please use the
official Makeid label, otherwise it might
damage the printer or cause poor printing.
Step 2: Close the top cover and press the
cutter to cut, then edit and print in the APP.

Type-C Input
5V 2A input for charging. The product
does not come with a power adapter, a
standard Type-C charging plug is sufficient.
BATTERY: 7.4V/500mAh,3.7V/1000mAh, 1.5
hours to be fully charged.
Please charge at intervals of 3 months for
long periods of non-use so that the lithium
battery does not wear out naturally over
time.

Tip: Long press the Power On/Off button to
shut down the printer, or it automatically
shuts down if left for 30 minutes.

on the Bluetooth.

Since the first gapped label identifies the label
position and may not print completed, from the
second gapped label on, it can be printed

gapped label is replaced or the printer cover is
opened, the label position will be re-identified.)

Click on the right top of the APP
to search the device, and then click to
connect.

1. Choose the gapped Label on the APP home
page.(Make sure interval label paper has been put
in the printer beforehand.)

(Tip: Wrong size may result in misplaced

Two-year warranty
MAKEID product is covered by a 2-year
warranty period from the date of
purchase. During the warranty period,
MAKEID shall repair or replace your
product free of charge due to quality and
functionality problems.
1.To repair or replace your product within
the warranty period, you must provide
the order number, your contact details
and shipping details, which include your
name, phone number, full address, street
number, zip code, city, country info.
4.Products returned to MAKEID must be in
full packaging. MAKEID will not hold any
responsibilities for products lost or damaged
by customers during shipping.
2.The product must be used strictly in
accordance with the operational manual
provided. MAKEID shall not be liable for any
problems caused by accident, misuse,
modification or negligence.
3.MAKEID shall not be liable for any
consequential loss, damage or expense
arising from the use of its machines or
accessories, nor shall it be liable for death or
serious injury caused by such products.
5.MAKEID label printers are exclusively
designed for use of MAKEID label paper. This
warranty does not cover any failure or
damage caused by the use of any third party
label papers.
6.This warranty does not affect your legal
rights as a consumer.
How to use the label?
Common troubleshooting:

a: Make sure the printer is powered on and
the Bluetooth has also been turned on.
b: The APP agreed to all permissions.
c: Power off the printer, uninstall and
re-install the APP, and agree to all
permissions to connect again.
a: Restart the printer. Logout the APP and
try again.
b: Restart the printer. Uninstall and
re-install the APP and try again.
c: The print head may be dirty, please wipe
the print head gently with alcohol,
and wait for 2 minutes before use
it again.
a: Using under low temperature situation
may result in blurred printing. Recom-
mended temperature range: 10℃-35℃.
b: Try to adjust to the highest print density
by clicking "Printer Density" in the Device
Management Setting.

sich der Drucker automatisch ausschalten.

die Etikettensposition wieder identifiziert.)

und zu verbinden.

Wie verwenden Sie das Etikettenpapier?

Sie die APP und versuchen Sie wieder.
b. Neustarten Sie den Etikettendrucker,installie-
ren Sie die APP wieder und versuchen Sie wieder.
c: Der Druckkopf ist möglicherweise
verschmutzt. Bitte wischen Sie
vorsichtig mit Alkohol den
Druckkopf ab und warten Sie 2
Minuten vor der
Weiterverwendung.
a:Überprüfen Sie, ob der Drucker bei niedriger
Temperatur verwendet wird. Die empfohlene

アプリケーションをどのようにダウンロード
するか？
権利：MAKEID会社は本説明書の所有権を
有し、MAKEID会社の許可を得ない限り、本
説明書の内容を共有、翻訳、修正するのは禁

注意事項：本プリンターは12mm/16 mmのラベ
ル用紙しか印刷できないので、MAKEID製ラベル
用紙をご使用ください。そうでなければ、プリン

ような問題が発生する。

正常状態に属する(ラベル交換時、又は蓋を開ける時
は再識別を行う）
ステップ 4 ：ア プリケ ー ション の 右 上 をクリッ
クして設備を検索する。本体との接続をクリ
ックした後、接続成功になる。

与をしてください (本体との正常接続のみが
確保できる、プライバシーのリスクは無し)

品質保証期間がある。品質保証期間以内に
品質上、機能上に問題が発生すれば、MAKEID
は無料で修理または交換サービスを提供する。
1.保証期間以内に修理または交換が発生す
る場合、注文番号、連絡先の詳細、配送先の
詳細：名前、電話番号、住 所 、街 の番号、郵便
番号、都市、国家等のような情報をご提供くだ
さい。
3.製品を使う時、必ず提供された操作ガイド
に従って使用しなければならない。事故、誤用
修正または不注意による問題に対して、
MAKEIDはいかなる責任も負担しない。
4.MAKEIDは本体またはは部品の使用による

ラ ベルをどの ように 貼り付 ける か？
一般故障の解決方法：
a：プリンターは電源が入り、ブルートゥースが
ONになっているかを確認してください。
b：アプ リケ ー ションですべての権限が付与さ
れているかを確認してください。
c：本体の電源を切っ て 、ア プ リ ケ ー ションをア
ンイン スト ー ル・再 イ ンストールして 、権 限 付与
後、再び接続を試してください。
a：本体を再起動し 、ア プ リ ケ ー ションを完全
に閉めた後、再度試してください。
b：本体を再起動し、アプリケーションをアンイ
ンスト ー ル・再 インストールした後、再度試し
てくだ さい 。
a：本体は温度が低すぎる環境で使用されな
いかを確認してくださ い 。最 適 な 使 用温度は
10°C～35°C。
b：「設備管理」の所で「プリンター濃度」をクリッ
クして、一番高い濃度まで調整した後、再度試し
てくだ さい 。
c：プリントヘッドが汚れている可能性
が あ る の で 、ア ル コ ー ル で 軽 く プ リ ン ト
ヘッドを拭き、2分間を待ってから再度
ご 使 用くさ い 。
更にサポートが必要な場合は、下 記 のメールでご連絡
く だ さ い 。メ ー ル ア ド レ ス ：[e-mail]
a：テープが正しく取り付 けられているかを確
認してくだ さい（新しいラベルを使う場合、透
明テープを無くす必要があるので、ラベルを
プリンター本体のマーク迄引き出す必要があ
る ）。
b：上の蓋が閉まっているかを確認してくだ さい。

ださい。
ステップ 2 ：乾いて平らな物の上に貼り付けてく
ださい。
1.スマホが本体に接続できない場合

complètement chargé en 1,5 heures.
Si vous ne l’utilisez pas pendant une longue
période, veuillez le charger une fois tous les
3 mois, afin que la batterie au lithium ne
s'use pas naturellement avec le temps et ne
puisse pas être chargée.

Comment coller l’étiquette ?
