Mami SLIM-3X3 User manual

The SLIM 3x3 can store up to 9 different CODES and in any of the above formats ;
The 9 codes are divided into 3 blocks : G(Green ), R(Red) and B(Blue) .
Each block contains 3 different codes corresponding to : button 1, button 2 and button 3
5 - Press the button to be copied on the MASTER transmitter
and observe that the BLUE led is flashing indicating that the
learning transmitter is trying to analyze the incoming code.
.
If the red led flashes 3 times it means that the antenna of the MASTER remote is not close enough.
try and change the position of the MASTER transmitter to improve the irradiation pattern
If unsuccessful the red led will flash 6 times and will switch itself off after approximately 20 seconds
2 - Simultaneously press BUTTONS 1 and 3 until the led corresponding to that block turns ON
3 - now press and hold the button you have chosen to program until the
BLUE, RED and GREEN flash alternatively
(1, 2 , or 3 )
HOW TO PROGRAM A CODE IN A SPECIFIC BLOCK:

If the RED led stays on it means that the master is faulty is on a different frequency .
1 - press the S button to Select the block ( notice the leds change according to the block selected)
if you change your mind in the process, press button S again until the correct block is selected.
HOW TO SELECT THE CODE TO TRANSMIT
2 - Press either BUTTON 1, 2 or 3 to TRANSMIT.(the corresponding LED indicates a valid code at that location
NOTE : the remote control will remain in the block selected until changed by pressing button Sbriefly

note: a 10th code can be stored also under button S. This is a special code and is common to all 3 blocks when pressing for longer
then 2 seconds and could be used as the Panic Button
3 - if you hold the S button for longer then 2 seconds the common code (panic button) will be transmitted independently of the
block selected. This indicated by all 3 led turning on.

close to the buttons S and 3 of the learning transmitter.
BUTTONS 1 ,2 or 3 TRANSMIT the selected codes (1, 2 or 3) in that block

5 - now remembering that :
Button 1 corresponds to MODE 1 B
press and hold the button corresponding to the mode you have chosen until a 1 second flash on the red led
utton 2 corresponds to MODE 2
Button 3 corresponds to MODE 3 Button 4 corresponds to MODE 4
HOW TO PROGRAM THE REQUIRED MODE :
SLIM-QUATTRO remote control (page 1)
3 - Again simultaneously press BUTTONS 1 and 2 until the RED led flashes TWICE
The unit can be configured to be :
MODE 1 - a single channel “SMARTCODE” transmitter where all 4 buttons will activate CH1 on the receiver
MODE 2 - a 2 channel transmitter where buttons 1 will activate CH1 and buttons 2 will activate Ch2 on the receiver
MODE 3
“SMARTCODE”
- a 4 channel“SMARTCODE” transmitter where buttons 1,2,3 and 4 will activate CH1,CH2,CH3 and CH4 on the receiver
MODE 4 - a four channel “SMARTCODE” transmitter specifically designed to work with the TRACER ALARM PANEL
where button 1 is panic, button 2 is ARM/DISARM, button 3 activates the lights and 4 will act as a call button
The 4 models can be re-configured as pleased at a later stage.

A - by self-learning method ( holding the master transmitter close to the learning unit
a.1 - bring the antenna section of the transmitter to be copied (MASTER transmitter)
close to the buttons 1 and 3 of the learning transmitter.
a.2 - Press the button to be copied on the MASTER transmitter
and observe that the RED stops flashing indicating that the
learning transmitter is trying to analyze the incoming code.

FIXED TRANSMISSION TIME: ( 2 second transmission even if you release the button)
To enable/disable this option do the following:
1a - hold buttons 1 and 3 until ONE OF THE LED TURN ON
2a - release both buttons ( LED TURN OFF)
5a - hold button S until the red led turns ON followed by 2 flashes on the GREEN led
3a - again hold buttons 1 and 3 until ALL LEDS TURN ON
4a - again release both buttons
CHANNEL MODE : (the code is the same but the channel changes with the BUTTON selected.)
NOTES : the unit is originally sold with NO CODES IN MEMORY
2 - hold buttons S and 2 until the red led starts flashing this is followed by a flash on blue and green leds
HOW TO SET FACTORY DEFAULT
1 - hold buttons 1 and 3 until ONE OF THE LED TURN ON
OPTIONAL FEATURES
NOTES : -repeating any of the two sequences will toggle these two options ( the generation of a random code only happens when SETTING this mode)
- every time you set or reset the channel mode all codes are automatically erased

3a - again hold buttons 1 and 3 until ALL LEDS TURN ON

6a - this indicates that while holding button 1 the code is continuously incremented. The longer the hold
the higher the code , with each flash incrementing the code by 256 counts. A maximum of 65000 codes are generated before re-starting from 0.
Releasing the button at any point will store the code on the previously selected button . At the end the green Led will give 2 SHORT FLASHES

in this mode BUTTON S sends Ch1 , 2 = CH 2 , 3 = CH 3 and 1= CH 4

If you require that your SLIM QUATTRO BECOMES A MULTI CODE TRANSMITTER capable of learning and emulating the codes of
up to 4 diverse remote controls , follow the instructions below:
B - by entering the code manually using a 5 digit number
b.1 - press and hold button 2 until the red led turns on
b.2 - Release the button
b.3 - using buttons 3 (-I- increment ) and 4 (-S-step) enter a 5 digit decimal number representing the code
3 - press and hold the button where you wish to store the new code until the red led starts flashing
1 - Simultaneously press BUTTONS 3 and 4 until the RED led turns ON

C - by randomly generating the code
c.2 - Release both buttons
c.1 - To record a random code (only MAMI SMART) hold BUTTON 1. While holding the button the code is continuosly
incremented. The red led will flash once to indicate that the count was incremented by 512 codes. A maximum
of 65000 codes are generated before restarting from 0.
