La presente garantía cubre los siguientes productos contra cualquier defecto de fabricación en sus materiales y mano de obra.
A. Garantizamos los productos de limpieza, aire comprimido y consumibles, por 60 dias a partir de la fecha de entrega, o por el tiempo en que se
agote totalmente su contenido por su propia función de uso, lo que suceda primero.
B. Garantizamos los productos con partes móviles por 3 años.
C. Garantizamos los demás productos por 5 años (productos sin partes móviles), bajo las siguientes condiciones:
1. Todos los productos a que se reere esta garantía, ampara su cambio físico, sin ningún cargo para el consumidor.
2. El comercializador no tiene talleres de servicio, debido a que los productos que se garantizan no cuentan con reparaciones, ni refacciones, ya
que su garantía es de cambio físico.
3. La garantía cubre exclusivamente aquellas partes, equipos o sub-ensambles que hayan sido instaladas de fábrica y no incluye en ningún caso
el equipo adicional o cualesquiera que hayan sido adicionados al mismo por el usuario o distribuidor.
Para hacer efectiva esta garantía bastará con presentar el producto al distribuidor en el domicilio donde fue adquirido o en el domicilio de IC Intracom
México, S.A.P.I. de C.V., junto con los accesorios contenidos en su empaque, acompañado de su póliza debidamente llenada y sellada por la casa
vendedora (indispensable el sello y fecha de compra) donde lo adquirió, o bien, la factura o ticket de compra original donde se mencione claramente
el modelo, número de serie (cuando aplique) y fecha de adquisición. Esta garantía no es válida en los siguientes casos: Si el producto se hubiese
utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales; si el producto no ha sido operado conforme a los instructivos de uso; o si el producto ha sido alterado
o tratado de ser reparado por el consumidor o terceras personas.

Hardware Installation
1Turn off the power to the PC. Position the Card Reader in the front panel of the PC and
secure it in place using the included mounting screws.
2Connect the internal cable to the USB pins on the PC’s motherboard.
Driver Installation
With the Card Reader connected, turn on the PC. Four removable disk icons will appear on
the My Computer screen, indicating the device is ready for use.
Memory Card Formatting
XD users may need to format their memory card(s) prior to use, indicated by a “write
protection” or “read/write error” message. If this is the case, follow the steps below to use
the attached program for formatting the memory card.
•Go to Start / Programs / Multimedia Card Reader / Memory Card Low Level Format.
•Select the XD icon, then click Low Level Format.
•When prompted with “Low level format is completed. Please remove the card,” click OK
and remove the card.
•Re-insert the memory card and continue using the Multi-Card Reader/Writer.

Hardwareinstallation
1Trennen Sie Ihren PC vom Stromnetz. Positionieren Sie den Card Reader auf der vorderen Platte
des PCs und fixieren Sie ihn mit den beiliegenden Schrauben.
2Schließen Sie das interne Kabel an die USB-Pins des Motherboards Ihres PCs an.
Treiberinstallation
Schalten Sie den PC bei angeschlossenem Card Reader ein. Vier Wechseldatenträger-Symbole
erscheinen unter Arbeitsplatz und zeigen die Betriebsbereitschaft des Geräts an.
Formatierung der Speicherkarte
XD-Nutzer müssen die Speicherkarte eventuell vor der Verwendung formatieren (dies wird durch
eine Meldung “Schreibschutz” oder “Lese-/Schreibfehler” angezeigt. Ist das der Fall, folgen Sie
den unten stehenden Anweisungen, um die Speicherkarte zu formatieren
•Klicken Sie auf Start / Programme / Multimedia Card Reader / Memory Card Low Level Format.
•Klicken Sie auf das XD-Symbol, dann auf Low Level Format.
•Klicken Sie nach Anzeige der Meldung “Low level format is completed. Please remove the card,”
auf OK und entfernen Sie die Speicherkarte.
•Stecken Sie die Speicherkarte erneut ein und fahren Sie mit der Verwendung des Multi-Card
Readers/Writers fort.
Installazione dell’Hardware
1Spegnere il PC e rimuovere il coperchio. Posizionare il lettore nel pannello frontale del PC e
fissarlo utilizzando le viti di montaggio incluse
2Collegare il cavo interno ai pin USB sulla scheda madre del PC.
Installazione del Software
Con il lettore di memorie collegato, accendere il PC. Compariranno sulla videata My Computer
quattro icone raffiguranti dei dischi removibili che indicano che la periferica è pronto all’uso.
Formattazione della scheda di memoria
Gli utenti XD potrebbero aver bisogno di formattare le loro schede di memoria prima dell’utilizzo,
questo viene indicato tramite un messaggio tipo “write protection (protezione scrittura)” o “read/
write error (errore lettura/scrittura)”. In questo caso, seguire la procedure qui sotto indicata per
utilizzare il programma di formattazione delle schede di memoria.
•Andare su Avvio (Start) / Programmi (Programs) / Lettore di schede di memoria (Multimedia
Card Reader) / Scheda di memoria tipo Low Level Format.
•Selezionare l’icona XD, quindi cliccare Low Level Format.
•Quando compare il messaggio con l’indicazione “Low level format è completo. Rimuovere la
scheda” (Low level format is completed. Please remove the card), cliccare OK e rimuovere la
scheda di memoria.
•Inserire nuovamente la scheda di memoria e continuare ad utilizzare il Lettore/ Scrittore di
schede di memoria.
Instalación de Hardware
1 Apague la PC. Coloque el lector de tarjetas en el panel frontal de la PC y fijelo en su lugar con lo s
tornillos incluidos.
2Conecte el cable interno USB en los pines de la tarjeta madre de la PC.
Instalación del Controlador
Con el lector de tarjetas conectado, y con la PC encendida. En la pantalla de mi PC se mostraran
cuatro iconos de disco extraíble, lo que indica que el dispositivo está listo para su uso.
Forteo de tarjetas de Memoria
Usuarios XD pueden necesitar dar formato a su tarjeta de memoria antes de su uso, indicado por
el mensaje “Protección contra escritura” o “error lectura/escritura”. Si este es el caso, siga los
siguientes pasos para utilizar el programa para formatear la tarjeta de memoria.
•Vaya al menu “nicio / Programas / Multimedia Card Reader / Memory Card Low Level Format.
•Seleccione el icono XD, haga clic en Low Level Format.
•Cuando reciba el mensaje “Formato de bajo nivel ha sido completado”. Retire por favor la
tarjeta,” haga clic en OK.
• Vuelva a insertar la tarjeta de memoria y continue usando la lectora/grabadora de tarjetas multiples.
Installation du matériel
1Déconnectez le PC de l’alimentation. Positionnez le lecteur dans le panneau avant du PC et
sécurisez-le avec les vis de fixation incluses.
2Connectez le câble aux broches USB sur la carte mère du PC.
Installation du pilote
Avec le lecteur connecté, démarrez le PC. Quatre symboles de média amovible apparaissent sur le
poste de travail, affichant que le dispositif est prêt à l’emploi.
Formater la carte mémoire
Il est possible que les utilisateurs XD doivent formater la carte mémoire avant l’utilisation (affiché
par un message “protection en écriture” ou “erreur lire/écrire”. En ce cas, suivez les étapes ci-dessous
pour formater la carte.
•Cliquez sur Démarrer / Programmes / Multimedia Card Reader / Memory Card Low Level Format.
•Sélectionnez le symbole XD, puis cliquez sur Low Level Format.
•Dès que le message “Low level format is completed. Please remove the card,” s’affiche, cliquez
sur OK et sortez la carte.
•Réinsérez la carte mémoire et continuez à utiliser le Lecteur.
Montaż
1Wyłącz komputer. Umieść czytnik w zatoce 3,5” na przednim panelu obudowy komputera i
przymocuj go załączonymi śrubami.
2Podłącz kabel czytnika do odpowiednich pinów złącza USB na płycie głównej komputera.
Instalacja sterowników
Po uruchomieniu komputera, podłączony czytnik powinien pojawić się w folderze systemowym
„Mój Komputer” pod postacią ikon 4 dysków wymiennych. Czytnik jest gotowy do użycia.
Formatowanie kart pamięci (w razie konieczności)
W przypadku kart XD może być wymagane formatowanie przed pierwszym użyciem (jeśli pojawi
się komunikat: „ochrona zapisu” lub „błąd odczytu/zapisu”). Aby sformatować kartę, wykonaj
poniższe czynności:
•Na pulpicie systemu kliknij: Start / Programy / Mulimedia Card Reader / Memory Card Low Level
Format. Formatowana karta powinna być umieszczona w odpowiednim slocie czytnika.
•Kliknij ikonkę kart XD i wybierz Format niskiego poziomu (Low level format).
•Kiedy pojawi się informacja o zakończeniu formatowania, wciśnij OK i wyjmij kartę z czytnika.
•Po ponownym umieszczeniu w czytniku, karta jest gotowa do użytku.
