CAUTIONS FOR USE
A wate -tight test in a bathtub o simila is highly ecommended when using
the system fo the fi st time and afte the changing of po t and O- ing(s).
Subme ge the enclosu e fully fo seve al minutes, and watch fo any bubbles.
Befo e cleaning the enclosu e, emove the batte ies o the DC couple , o
disconnect the powe plug f om the outlet.
Do not use solvents such as benzine, thinne , alcohol, kitchen dete gents, etc,
to clean the enclosu e, since it may dete io ate the exte nal case o the
coating may peel off.
Do not leave the enclosu e with the lens facing the sun, as ays of light f om
the sun may cause it to malfunction.
Do not leave any metal items (such as clips o hex keys) nea the contact
a eas of the powe plug o nea the batte ies.
Sto e batte ies in a cool and d y place with a elatively stable tempe atu e:
oRecommended tempe atu e: 15ºC to 25ºC (59ºF to 77ºF)
oRecommended humidity: 40%RH to 60%RH
Do not sto e batte ies fo a long time while fully cha ged. When sto ing
batte ies fo a long pe iod of time, we ecommend cha ging them once a yea .
Do not use lub icants f om othe b ands with the nit ile ubbe O- ing on this
enclosu e, only use the lub icant p ovided by Mantis.
Discontinue use immediately should you notice any leakage.
Sto e the enclosu e in a obust, shock-p oof containe du ing t anspo tation;
avoid t anspo ting while tu ned on.
When t avelling by ai , do not close the enclosu e latches, as this may lead to
a p essu e diffe ence between the atmosphe e and inside the enclosu e.
Ca e must be taken when opening the enclosu e, as p essu e may build up
inside the enclosu e which inc eases the opening fo ce.
Do not open the p oduct in a wet o sandy envi onment. P otect the inte io
f om moistu e and deb is in o de to p event malfunction o leakage.
Do not sto e the p oduct in an envi onment of high humidity.
Do not leave the enclosu e in di ect sunlight fo p olonged pe iods.
Keep out of each of child en, failu e to do so could esult in inju y.
Defective p oducts should be shipped to ou facto y o dist ibuto s fo se vice.
Unautho ised disassembling and/o modifications could esult in malfunction
o leakage.
