certifies the conformity of the machine to
the standards in force, lists its SERIAL
NUMBER and must be presented upon
request by the localauthorities is enclosed

same as the number written in the

l’osservanza delle istruzioni di servizio

autorizzate e competenti circa i
possibili rischi devono usare, riparare e
provvedere alla manutenzione della

vorgeschriebenen Bedienungs- und

In questo manuale il simbolo
qui a fianco riportato, segnala
gli aspetti più importanti che
riguardano la sicurezza Vostra
e altrui.
Si raccomanda di osservare
scrupolosamente queste annotazioni allo
scopo di ridurre al minimo possibile le
situazioni di pericolo
1) Oltre alle indicazioni del presente
manuale è necessario rispettare
analogamente anche le disposizioni di
carattere generale relative alla sicurezza,
previste per gli utilizzatori di macchine
agricole dalle leggi di ciascun Paese.
2) Osservare le decalcomanie sulla
macchina, soprattutto quelli che riguardano
la sicurezza.
3) Innestare la macchina solo in posizione
di lavoro ed abbassata.
4) Non oltrepassare mai il regime di giri
prescritto della presa di forza .
5) Assicurare il tubo protettore dell’ albero
cardanico contro la rotazione agganciando
le catenelle (vedi libretto allegato).
6) Osservate le avvertenze concernenti il
fissaggio delle lame e la loro sostituzione .
7) Abbassare la falciatrice fino al livello del
suolo prima di metterla in posizione di
lavoro, assicurandosi che non vi siano
persone nel raggio di azione della
macchina.
8) Assicurarsi che tutti i dispositivi di
sicurezza siano
perfettamente efficienti prima di iniziare il
lavoro.
9) Prestare molta attenzione sui terreni
sassosi, assicurandosi che non vi siano
persone nelle immediate vicinanze.

Any stickers that come to be damaged or
no longer legible must be re-ordered and
replaced.
The symbol shown here at the
side indicates important safety
information in the Manual.
Extra attention must be paid to these points
in order to reduce all risk to a minimum:
1)In addition to the indications provided in
this Manual,all the general safety
regulations governing the use of
agricultural machinery in the nation of
destination must be respected.
2) Observe the prescriptions and warnings
contained in the stickers applied to the
machine, especiallythose regardingsafety.
3) Engage the power takeoff only when the
machine is lowered in its work position.
4) Never run the machine at rpm higher
than the limit prescribed.
5) Prevent the cardan shaft protection pipe
from rotating by fastening the chains (see
enclosed Cardan Shaft Instruction
Booklet).
6) Observe the warnings regarding the
fastening of the cutting blades and their
replacement.
7) Lower the mowing machine to thelevel of
the soil prior to setting it into work position,
making sure that no persons or animals are
within the machine’s range of action.
8) Make sure that all the safety devices are
in perfect condition prior to working.
9) Be very careful when mowing over stony
land to make sure that no persons or
animals are in the immediate vicinity.

Diese Erläuterungen sind äußerst
genauzu beachten, mit
dem Zweck,
Gefahrensituationen so weit als
möglich zu vermeiden:
1) Über die Anweisungen
dieses Handbuchs hinaus sind
auf gleiche Weise auch die
allgemeinen Anordnungen für
Sicherheit, die für Benutzer von
Landwirtschaftsmaschinen durch
die Gesetze ihrer Länder
vorgesehen sind, streng zu beachten.
2) Die Aufkleber an der
Maschine beachten, vor allem jene, die
die Sicherheit betreffen.
3) Die Maschine nur in Arbeitsstellung
und gesenkt ankuppeln.
4) Niemals den für die Zapfwelle
vorgeschriebenen Drehzahlbereich .
5) Das Schutzrohr der Gelenkwelle
durch Einhaken der Ketten (siehe
beiliegende Anleitung) gegen Drehung
sichern.
6) Die Warnungen bezüglich der
Befestigung der Messer und ihres
Wechsels beachten.
7)Bevor die Mähmaschine in
Arbeitsstellung gebracht wird, sie bis
zum Boden senken. Sicher stellen,
daß sich keine Personen im
Wirkungsumkreis der Maschine
befinden.
8)Vor Arbeitsbeginn sicherstellen, daß
alle Sicherheitsvorrichtunge voll
leistungsfähig sind.
9) Bei steinreichem Erdreich sehr
vorsichtig vorgehen und sicher stellen,
daß sich keine Personen in der
unmittelbaren Nähe be

11) Per iniziare l’ operazione di falciatura,
innestare lentamente la presa di forza e
portare la macchina a pieno regime di giri
prima di entrare a contatto con il prodotto.
12)La velocità diavanzamento deveessere
in relazione alle condizioni di terreno e del
prodotto da falciare.
13) Durante il trasferimento sulle strade
pubbliche , osservare le norme del codice
della strada.
14) Usare particolare prudenza durante le
operazioni di aggancio o sgancio dell’
attrezzo dal trattore.
15) Prima di abbandonare il trattore,
assicurare l’ attrezzo e abbassarlo
completamente. Spegnere il trattore e
estrarre la chiavetta di accensione.
16) Prima dell’ aggancio o dello sgancio
della macchina all’attacco a tre punti,
disporre i comandi in modo che sia
impossibile, anche inavvertitamente,
sollevare o abbassare la macchina.
17) Controllare che sianorispettati icarichi
massimi ammessiperl’ attaccoa tre punti.
18) Eseguire il montaggio e lo smontaggio
deglialbericardanicisoloconpresadiforza
disinnestata, motore spento e chiave d’
accensione estratta.
19) Prima di innestare la presa di forza
assicurarsi che il regime e il senso di
rotazione della presa di forza del trattore,
sia compatibile con quella dell’ attrezzo.
20) Non innestare mai la presa di forza a
motore spento.
21) Prima di innestare la presa di forza
assicurarsi che nessuno si trovi nella zona
di pericolo.
22) Lavorando con presa di forza, nessuno
deve trattenersi nei pressi dell’ albero
cardanico o della presa di forza stessa
quando sono in rotazione.
23) Disinnestare sempre la presa di forza in
presenza di grossi avvolgimenti oppure
quando essa non viene utilizzata.
24) Prima i accedere all’ attrezzo verificare
che questo sia completamente fermo
(inerzia del volano).
10) Make sure that all the mowing
machine’s rotating elements have stopped
turning and cut off the power supply before
per forming any operations at all on the
machine.
11)In order to start mowing, slowly engage
the power takeoff and bring the machine up
to normal running rpm level before bringing
it into contact with the product.
12)The speed of advance must be set
according to the soil conditions and the
product to be cut.
13) Observe the rules of the road when
transferring the mowing machine on the
public traffic network.
14) Take particular care when
hitching/unhitching the mowing machine to
the tractor.
15) Before leaving the tractor, fasten the
mowing machine and lower it completely,
and then switch the tractor off and take out
the ignition key.’
16) Prior to hitching/unhitching the mowing
machine to the 3-point attachment, set the
controls so that the machine cannot be
raised or lowered even by accident.
17) Always check to make sure that the
maximum permissible loads for the 3-point
attachment are respected.
18) Assemble/disassemble the cardan
shafts only after the power takeoff has been
disengaged, the motor switched off, and
the ignition key removed.
19) Before engaging the power takeoff,
make sure that the tractor power takeoff’s
running level and rotation direction are
compatible with those of the mowing
machine.
20) Never engage the power takeoff when
the motor is off.
21) Before engaging the power takeoff,
make sure that no persons or animals are
within the machine’s range of action.
22) Make sure that no one is in the
immediate vicinity of the cardan shaft or
the power takeoff during rotation.
23) Always disengage the power take off in
the presence of serious tangling of grass,
substantial obstacles, and whenever the
power takeoff is not being used.
24) Make sure that the mowing machine is
completely stationary (flywheel inert)
before approaching the machine.

12)Die Vorwärtsgeschwindigkeit ist dem
Zustand des Erdreichs und dem zu
mähenden Produkt anzupassen.
13) Bei Transport auf öffentlichen Straßen
die Bestimmungen der
Straßenverkehrsordnung beachten.
14) Bei allen Ein- und
Auskupplungsarbeiten des Geräts an/von
dem Schlepper äußerst vorsichtig sein.
15) Vor Verlassen des Schleppers das
Gerät sichern und vollkommen senken.
Den Schlepper ausschalten und den
Zündschlüssel ziehen.
16)Vor Ein- oder Aushängen der Maschine
an die Drei- Punkte- Kupplung die
Schaltungen so anordnen, daß es auch
zufällig unmöglich ist, die Maschine zu
heben oder zu senken.
17)Überprüfen, daß die zugelassenen
Höchstlasten für die Drei-Punkte-Kupplung
eingehalten werden.
18)Ein- und Ausbau der Gelenkwellen nur
bei entkuppelter Zapfwelle,
abgeschaltetem Motor und gezogenem
Zündschlüssel durchführen.
19)Vor Einkupplung der Zapfwelle sicher
stellen, daß der Bereich und die
Drehrichtung der Schlepperzapfwelle mit
dem des Geräts übereinstimmen.
20)Die Zapfwelle niemals bei
abgeschaltetem Motor einkuppeln.
21)Vor Einkuppeln der Zapfwelle
sicherstellen, daß sich niemand in der
Gefahrenzone befindet.
22)Beider ArbeitmitderZapfwelledarfsich
niemand in der Nähe der Gelenkwelle oder
der Zapfwelle selbst aufhalten, wenn sich
diese drehen.
23)Die Zapfwelle immer auskuppeln, wenn
große Umwicklungen bestehen oder wenn
sie nicht gebraucht wird.
24)Bevor man sich dem Gerät nähert, ist zu
überprüfen, daß dieses vollkommen
stillsteht (Trägheit des Schwungrads).

Il trasporto delle falciatrici “Sprint”
avviene normalmente per mezzo
di autocarri attrezzati di gru.

UNLOADING AND UNPACKING
The transport of the “Sprint” lawnmowers
is usually made by means of trucks with
loading crane. After suitably slinging the
lawnmower , you have to unload it from the
truck by means of a crane or a catwalk-car.
The connection points are shown in picture
1.

INSTALLAZIONE E MESSA IN
FUNZIONE
Collegamento al trattore .
Assicurarsi che la trattrice abbia le
caratteristiche adatte per trasportare la
falciatrice acquistata (peso ,dimensioni e
potenza) rilevabili dalla scheda tecnica.
Per ciò che concerne le dimensioni
attenersi al codice della strada del paese
di utilizzo.
Avvicinare la trattrice alla falciatrice,
posizionando le barre di sollevamento in
corrispondenza dei due punti di attacco alla
falciatrice. Il terzo punto, che permette di
regolare l’altezza di taglio variando
l’inclinazione della falciatrice, deve essere
collegato per ultimo (FIG.1).
Dopo aver collegato la falciatrice
assicurare tutti gli spinotti con le relative
copiglie di fermo.
ATTENZIONE!
Non interporsi fra il trattore e la
macchina durante le operazioni
di aggancio e di sgancio.
INSTALLATION AND SETTING AT
WORK
Connection to the tractor
Make sure that the tractor machine is
suitable to transport the bought lawnmower
(weight, dimensions and power - written on
the technical card)
About dimensions, followthe highway code
of the country where you are going to use
the machine.
Bring the tractor machine closer to the
lawnmower and position the lifting bars in
connection with the two points of
attachment to the lawnmower.
The third point is to be connected till last, so
that you can adjust the cut height - level by
changing the inclination of the lawnmower
(FIG.1).
After connecting the lawnmower , put the
safety stops on each gudgeon-pin.
IMPORTANT:
Never stand between the
machine and the tractor during
hitching/unhitching operations.
EINBAU UND INBETRIEBNAHME
Verbindung an den Schlepper
Versichern Sie sich, da8 der Schlepper
geeignet ist , die gekaufte Mähmaschine
zu transportieren (Gewicht, Ma8e und
Leistung - auf die Maschinenkarte
geschrieben). Was die Ma8e betrifft ,
befolgen Sie die Stra8enverkehrsordnung
des Landes, wo die Mähmaschine benutzt
wird.
Nähern Sie den Schlepper an der
Mähmaschine, und positionieren Sie die
Aufhebungsstäbe in Verbindung mit der
zwei Kupplungspunkten der
Mähmaschine.
Der dritte Punkt ist als letzter zu verbinden,
um die Schnittsh`he beim Neigen der
Mähmaschine einzustellen (FIG.1).
Nach der Verbindung der Mähmaschine,
befestigen Sie die Steckerstifte mit den
entsprechenden Splinten.

Ein- und Aushängarbeiten sich
nicht zwischen Schlepper und
Maschine stellen.

Ora che la macchina è agganciata
al trattore, sollevarla di qualche
centimetro, alzare il piedino di
sostegno del timone e fissarlo in
posizione di lavoro con l’ apposito fermo
a molla (A).
La macchina è dotata di cilindro
idraulico per spostare la barra dalla
posizione di lavoro a quella di
trasporto.
Avvisi importanti
- Nelle adiacenze dell’
attacco a tre punti
sussistono pericoli d’
infortunio a causa di punti
di schiacciamento e taglio.
- Non stazionare mai fra
trattore e attrezzo,durante
l’azionamento dei comandi
esterni per l’attacco a tre

WORKPOSITION
After hitching the lawnmower to the tractor ,
lift it some centimeters, raise the support
device of the shaft and fix it in the work
position by means of the proper spring stop
(A)
The machine is equipped with hydraulic
cylinder to move the bar from the work to
the transport position.
Important warnings
- The risk of cutting and
crushing near the 3-point
attachment must always be
kept in mind.
- Never stand between the
mowing machine and the
attachment are being used.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA SOSPENSIONE
La sospensione permette alla lama di taglio
di reagire diversamente quando un trattore
circola su dei terreni più o meno
accidentati.
Per regolare la sospensione agire sulle viti
delle molle (A)
In generale la sospensione deve essere
regolata seguendo le caratteristiche del
suolo e la velocità, il peso a terra del
gruppo falciante non dovrà comunque
superare mai i 200 Kg circa.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SUSPENSION
By means of the suspension the cutting
blade reacts in a different way when you
drive the tractor machine on uneven
grounds.
In general , you have to adjust the
suspension following the ground features
and the speed : the weight of the cutting
set while on the ground has to be under
200 kg (ca.)
EINSTELLUNG DER AUFHÄNGUNG
Die Aufhängung erlaubt der
Schnitt-Klinge, sich anders zu bewegen ,
wann ein Schlepper auf nicht geebneten
Boden fährt.
Allgemein mu8 man die Aufhängung beim
Folgen der Bodeneigenschaften und der
Geschwindigkeit : das Gewicht der
Schnittgruppe auf dem Boden soll nie

TRASMISISONE A CARDANI
Accoppiare l’albero di trasmissione a
cardani da una parte all’albero di comando
della macchina e dall’altra alla presa di
forza del trattore.
Assicurassi che la lunghezza dell’albero di
trasmissione a cardani sia giusta:
In allungamento massimo la ricopertura dei
tubi deve esserci per 250 mm minimo.
In ricopertura massima (albero di
trasmissione a cardani compresso), i tubi
non devono mai puntare contro i giunti. Una
corsa di sicurezza di 1 cm minimo deve
esserci. Se necessario, accorciate le
protezioni ed i tubi della medesima
lunghezza ,cianfrinare e pulire i tubi e
spalmare di grasso l’interno del tubo
esterno .
Non far lavorare l’albero di trasmissione a
cardani spesso con una angolazione
troppo accentuata mass 20°.
PRECAUZIONI DEGLI ALBERI DI
TRASMISISONE A CARDANI
E tassativo effettuare questi controlli e
regole di base, pena il rischio di
deterioramento prematuro dell’albero di
trasmissione a cardani.
Al fine di evitare degli incidenti che
potrebbero rivelarsi gravi, vigilare
attentamente a che le protezioni dell’albero
di trasmissione a cardani siano sempre
bene al loro posto ed immobilizzate nella
rotazione per mezzo delle catenelle in
dotazione per questo. Fissare sempre le
catenelle del cardano su entrambi il lati.
Sostituire immediatamente le protezioni
che sono state danneggiate.
Fare molta attenzione al secondo albero di
trasmissione a cardani, non può essere
invertito perché i tubi andrebbero a puntare
contro i giunti in chiusura, ciò causerebbe
danni alle scatole di trasmissione.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CARDAN
TRANSMISSION SHAFT
Connect one side of the cardan
transmission shaft to the control shaft of the
machine and the other side to the power
takeoff of the tractor.
Make sure the lenght of the cardan
transmission shaft is right
In the max. lenghtening there must be a
re-covering of the tubes for 250 mm at
least.
In max. re-covering (with compressed
cardan transmission shaft) the tubes have
never to point at the joints. There must be a
security stroke of 1 cm at least . If
necessary, shorten the protections and the
tubes of the same lenght , re-strike the nails
of the joint , clean the tubes and grease the
inside of the external tube.
Don’t let work the cardan transmission
shaft too often with a strong angularity
(max. 20 °)
PRECAUTIONS OF THE CARDAN
TRANSMISSION SHAFTS
It is absolutely necessary to check the
cardan transmission shaft and to follow
some basic rules, otherwise the cardan
transmission shaft is subject to hasty
deterioration.
In order to avoid troubles which could be
serious , check that the protections of the
cardan transmission shaft are steadily in
their proper places and immobilized in the
rotation by means of the appropriate
chains. Fix always the cardan chains on
both sides. Substitute immediately the
damaged protections.
Be careful about the second cardan
transmission shaft : you cannot invert it
since the tubes would point at the closing
joints and as a consequence there would
be damages in the transmission boxes.
EINSTELLUNG DER GELENKWELLE
Kuppeln Sie eine Seite der Gelenkwelle mit
der Steuerungswelle der Maschine und die
andere Seite mit der Zapfwelle des
Schleppers.
Versichern Sie sich , da8 die Länge der
Gelenkwelle richtig ist
Bei der max. Verlängerung soll die
gberdeckung der R`hren mindestens fhr
250 mm bestehen.
Bei der max. gberdeckung (mit gedruckter
Gelenkwelle) haben die R`hren auf der
Kupplung nie zu richten. Es mu8 einen
Sicherheitshub von mindestens 1 cm
geben. Wenn n`tig, kurzen Sie die
Schutzen und die R`hren der selben
Länge , schlagen Sie die Nageln der
Kupplung wieder ein, reinigen Sie die
R`hren und schmieren Sie das innere des
Au8enrohres.
Lassen Sie die Gelenkwelle nicht mit einem
zu markanten Einschlagen arbeiten (max.
20°)
VORSICHTSMA8NAHMEN DER
GELENKWELLE
Es ist ausdrhcklich , diese Kontrolle zu
machen und einige Grundregeln zu folgen :
Sonst gibt es das Risiko , da8 die
Gelenkwelle bald beschädigt wird.
Um schwere Unfälle zu vermeiden,
passen Sie aufmerksam auf, da8 die
Schutzen der Gelenkwelle immer in Ihrem
richtigen Platz sind (unbeweglich in der
Drehung durch die Kettchen, die zur
Verfhgung sind ).
Fixieren Sie immer die Kettchen der
Gelenkwelle auf beide Seiten Ersetzen Sie
die beschädigten Schutzen sofort.
Geben Sie auf die zweite Gelenkwelle
besonders acht : sie ist nicht umzukehren ,
da die R`hren auf die Schlusskupplungen
richten whrden . Das whrde die
Antriebkasten beschädigen.

permette di alzare il gruppo falciante.
TRANSPORT POSITION

CONTROLLO DEI COLTELLI
Controllarli sistematicamente prima
di utilizzare la macchina
Per garantire la qualità della
falciatura, nonché la sicurezza d’uso,
controllare in modo accurato e
sistematico i coltelli. I coltelli vanno
sostituiti nei seguenti casi :
1.Coltelli danneggiati
Un terreno irregolare può creare
fessurazioni e deformazioni dei coltelli
(fig.1) che comportano:
- un aumento dei rischi di incidente,
-unariduzionedella qualitàdella
falciatura,
- rischi di deterioramento dei
portadischi.
2.Coltelli consumati
La lunghezza (A) di un coltello (fig. 2)
deve essere superiore a 70 mm.La
larghezza (B) di un coltello (fig. 2),
misurata a 10 mm dal disco, deve
essere superiore a 35 mm.Il
passaggio (C) della vite di fissaggio
(fig. 3) non deve essere ovalizzato di
oltre 23 mm per un alesatura di 21
mm. IN CASO DI

Le lame di taglio usurate, danneggiate
oppure deformate, devono essere
immediatamente sostituite. Usare

Assicurarsi che le nuove lame siano
tutte della stessa lunghezza.
Le lame di taglio sono di tipo “destro”
e “sinistro”; si rende necessario,
pertanto, prestare molto attenzione,
durante la fase di montaggio, al senso
di rotazione dei dischi.

To get a quality mowing and a use security ,
check the cutting blades carefully and
systematically.You have to substitute the
cutting blades in the following cases :
1. Damaged cutting blades
Because of an uneven ground the cutting
blades can have clefts or deformations
(Picture 1) which cause :
°an increase of accident risks,
°a reduction in mowing quality,
°deterioration risks of the disk holder.
2. Used cutting blades
The lenght (A) of a cutting blade (Picture 2)
has to be more than 70 mm . The width (B)
of a cutting blade (Picture 2), measured at
10 mm from the disk , has to be more than
35 mm. The pitch (C ) of the fixing screw
(Picture 3)has not to be ovalized more than
23 mm for a boring of 21 mm.
IN CASE OF SUBSTITUTION ,
BE CAREFUL IF RIGHT OR
LEFT
NEVER MOW ON STONY OR
ROCKY GROUNDS
Worn-out, damaged, or deformed cutting
blades must be immediately replaced with
original blades only. The “MARANGON
s.r.l.” Company cannot guarantee mowing
machines that use any other type of
cutting blades.
Make sure that the new cutting blades are
all of the same length.
Cutting blades are either of “right” or “left”
type. Pay attention to the disk rotation
direction during installation.

Kontrollieren Sie die Messer systematisch ,

die Messer deformieren oder Spaltungen

°Mehr Unfallsgefahr
°Ein schlechtes Qualit ätsmähen
°Entartung des Scheibenhalters
2.Verbrauchte Messer
Die Länge (A) eines Messers (Abbildung
2) soll mehr als 70 mm sein. Die Breite (B)
eines Messers (Abbildung 2) , 10 mm vom
Scheiben gemessen, soll mehr als 35 mm
sein. Der Abstand (C ) der
Befestigungsschraube (Abbildung 3) soll
nicht mehr als 23 mm oval werden (zur
Bohrarbeit von 21 mm)

ontagephase ist daher die Drehrichtung
der Scheiben aufmerksam zu beachten.

FISSAGGIO DEI COLTELLI
Controllarli regolarmente! (soprattutto
la coppia di serraggio dei dadi: 70 Nm ).
Controllo immediato dopo aver urtato
un ostacolo, Controllo al momento
della sostituzione deicoltelli. Per evitare
squilibri, su ogni disco montare sempre
due coltelli MARANGON nuovi.
Per sostituire le lame di taglio
usurate o danneggiate, è necessario
intervenire sui dadi di fissaggio
presenti sul lato superiore dei dischi di
taglio (fig. 1); quindi togliere la vecchia
lama e sostituitela con una nuova.
Fare attenzione che la parte tagliente
sia rivolta verso il basso.
Controllo ad ogni inizio di stagione.
1)Le viti di fissaggio devono
essere sostituite:
• quando si osserva una
deformazione visibile (fig. 1 A);
• quando l’usura della testa raggiunge
la circonferenza di appoggio dei
coltello
(fig. 1 B.;
• quando il diametro (D) dei corpo
della vite (fig. 2 A) è inferiore a 18
mm.
2)I dadi devono essere sostituiti:
• quando la parte autofrenante dei
dado è usurata o inefficiente (fig. 2B).

Check them regularly ! (Above all the
closing moment of the nuts : 70 Nm)
Check immediately after knocking an
obstacle and check when you have to
replace the cutting blades. To avoid
unbalances , put up always two new
MARANGON cutting blades on each disk.
In order to replace worn-out or damaged
cutting blades, the lock nuts on the top of
the cutting disks (Fig. 1) must be
unscrewed before the old blade can be
replaced with a new one. Make sure that
the cutting side is installed facing
downwards.
Check the fixing set at the beginning of
each season
1) The fixing screws have to be replaced :
• when you see a clear deformation
(Picture 1A) ;
• when the head-wear reaches the bearing
circumference of the cutting blades
(Picture 1B) ;
• when the diameter (D) of the screw -
body (Picture 2A) is less than 18 mm
2)The nuts have to be replaced :
• when the self -locking part of the nut is
worn or inefficient (Picture 2B)

Scheibe.
Um die verschleißten oder
beschädigten Schneidemesser zu
wechseln, müssen die Klemmuttern,
die an der oberen Seite der
Schneidescheiben liegen, betätigt
werden
(Abb. 1); dann das alte Messer
herausnehmen und mit einem neuen
ersetzen. Beachten, daß der
schneidende Teil nach unten gerichtet
ist.
Kontrolle am Anfang der Saison.
1)Die Fixierungsscheiben sind zu
ersetzen :
• Wann Sie eine klare Deformation
sehen (Abb. 1 A)
• Wann dieKopf-Abnuztung die
Sthtz-Kreislinie des Messers erreicht
(Abb. 1 B)
• Wann der Durchmesser (D) des
Schraubenk`rpers (Abb. 2A) ist
niedriger als 18 mm
2) Die Mutter sind zu ersetzen :
• Wann das selbstsichernde Teil
der Mutter verschlissenoder
unbrauchbar ist (Abb. 2B)

IMPIANTO IDRAULICO
L’ impianto idraulico opera ad alta
pressione. Nel collegare il cilindro idraulico,
osservare il corretto innesto dei flessibili.
Collegando i flessibili idraulici all’ impianto
idraulico del trattore, controllare che sia il
circuito idraulico del trattore che quello dell’
attrezzo non siano sotto pressione.
Nei collegamenti tra trattore ed attrezzo,
contrassegnare innesti e prese per evitare
possibilità di errori. Scambiando i
collegamenti vengono invertite le funzioni.
-PERICOLO DI INFORTUNIO-.
Controllare periodicamente le tubazioni
idrauliche e sostituirle in caso di
invecchiamento o di danni.
Nel caso di fuoriuscita di liquidi ad alta
pressione (olio idraulico), questi potrebbero
penetrare sotto la pelle e provocare gravi
ferite.
Prima di iniziare lavori all’ impianto
idraulico, abbassare l’ attrezzo, scaricare la
pressione dalcircuitoe spegnere il motore.
THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system works at high
pressure. Pay attention to connect the
flexible hoses correctly to the hydraulic
cylinder.
When connecting the flexible hoses to the
tractor’s hydraulic system, make sure that
neither the tractor’s nor the mowing
machine’s hydraulic circuits are under
pressure.
During all connections between the tractor
and the machine, clearly mark the
couplings and power takeoffs in order to
avoid all possibility of error, bearing in mind
that an inversion of the two a.m.
connections leads to a corresponding
inversion in the functions (RISK OF
ACCIDENT).
Regularly check the hydraulic hoses and
replace when worn-out or damaged.
Be carefully when checking the hydraulic
hoses because pressurized fluid (hydraulic
oil) might spurt out and cause serious
burns.
Prior to working on the hydraulic system,
lower the mowing machine, de-pressurize
the circuit, and switch off the motor.
HYDRAULISCHE ANLAGE
Die hydraulische Anlage arbeitet unter
Hochdruck. Bei Anschluß des
hydraulischen Zylinders das richtige
Einsetzen der Schläuche beachten.
Bei Anschluß der Hydraulikschläche an die
Hydraulikanlage des Schleppers
überprüfen, daß der Hydraulikkreis des
Schleppers und der des Geräts nicht unter
Druck stehen.
Bei den Anschlüssen zwischen Schlepper
und Gerät die Einkupplungen und
Abgreifpunkte kennzeichnen, um
Fehlermöglichkeiten auszuschließen. Bei
Verwechseln der Anschlüsse werden die
Funktionen umgekehrt (z.B.
Heben/Senken). UNFALLGEFAHR.
Regelmässig die Hydraulikschläuche
prüfen und bei Veralterung oder
Beschädigung wechseln.
Bei Flüssigkeitsleckagen unter Hochdruck
(Hydrauliköl) könnte die Flüssigkeit unter
die Haut dringen und schwere
Verletzungen verursachen.
Vor Beginn von Arbeiten an der
Hydraulikanlage das Gerät senken, den
Druck aus dem Kreis ablassen und den
Motor abschalten.

TENSIONAMENTO DELLE CINGHIE
DELLA MACCHINE CON
CONDIZIONATORE
Nelle macchine in cui è presente il
condizionatore si deve fare molta
attenzione al tensionamento delle
cinghie.
Per verificare la tensione delle stesse e il
loro grado d’usura , togliere il coperchietto
di ispezione A situato sotto al carter. Una
corretta tensione si ha quando le
cinghie hanno un gioco di 1 cm (fig. 2).
Se la tensione fosse troppo elevata o
troppo bassa (slittamento e usura precoci)
procedere come segue per il loro
tensionamento :
Svitare il dado M22 di blocco del
tendicinghia B utilizzando una chiave da 17
per tenere fermo l’albero, quindi con la
stessa regolare la tensione , quindi
bloccare nuovamente il dado M22.
Sostituzione delle cinghie :
Quando si rendesse necessario sostituire
tutte le cinghie :
Per far ciò si dovrà provvedere a togliere il
carter , allentare il tendicinghia, una volta
sostituite le cinghie , procedere al loro
tensionamento come descritto nel
paragrafo precedente.
STRAINING OF THE BELTS IN THE
MACHINES WITH CONDITIONING
DEVICE
In the machines in which there is a
conditioning device , you have to be careful
about the straining of the belts.
To check the straining and wear grade of
the belts, take off the A check covering
under the crankcase.
The straining is suitable when the belts
have a gap of 1 cm (Picture 2)
If the straining is too strong or too low
(slipping and early wear), to get the right
straining do as follows :
unscrew the M22 block-nut of the B belt
straining device by using the “17” key to
hold the shaft steady ; then, regulate the
straining by means of the same key ; now,
block the M22 nut again.
Belt replacing :
Whenitis necessarytoreplace all thebelts,
take off the crankcase and loosen the belt
straining device. As soon as you have
replaced the belts , follow the directions a.
m. to strain them.
RIEMENSPANNUNG IN DER
M?HMASCHINEN MIT KLIMATISIERUNG
In der Mähmaschinen , wo es eine
Klimaanlage gibt , sollen Sie besonders auf
Riemenspannung achtgeben.
Um die Riemenspannung und ihren
Verschleissgrad zu hberprhfen, nehmen
Sie den A gberprhfungsdeckel , der unter
dem Kasten ist, ab.
Die Spannung ist richtig , wann die
Riemen ein Spiel von 1 cm haben (Abb.
2).
Wenn die Spannung zu stark oder zu
niedrig ist (Schlhpfung und vorzeitiger
Verschleiss), folgen Sie diese
Anweisungen, um die richtige
Riemenspannung zu erzielen : Schrauben
Sie die M22 Blockierungsmutter des B
Riemenspanners aus ; dafhr benutzen Sie
einen “17” Schlhssel, um die Welle
festzuhalten ; dann, regulieren Sie die
Spannung mit dem selben Schlhssel , und
blockieren Sie wieder die M22 Mutter.
Riemenersatz :
Wenn es notwendig ist, alle Riemen zu
ersetzen , nehmen Sie den Kasten ab, und
entspannen Sie den Riemenspanner.
Sobald Sie die Riemen ausgewechselt
haben, spannen Sie sie nach der o.g.
Anweisungen
