FluorescentLampReplacement
Toensuremaximumilluminationandcolorreflection,werecommendthatyoureplacewith
thesamelamptypeforproperoperation.Toreplacethemwith“CoolWhite”orotherlamps
oflesserqualitywillgreatlylessenlightingintensityandoveralleffect.Thefluorescentlamp
providesapurewhiteFullSpectrumillumination.
1.Toreplacethefluorescentlamp,simplyshutoffthelightpower.
NEVER changelampsonfixturewhileit’son.
2.OpenDrawerandcarefullyremoveenclosure(tank)within.Thisproceduremakesiteasier
toreplacelamps.
3.Removefluorescentlamp.Gentlytwist90degreesandpushbackwardandoutfrom
mountedstationslots.Discard(accordingtoestablishedenvironmentalprocedure).
4.Replacediscardedlampswithnewlamps.Gentlyinsertendsintoslotsandpushupand
forwardorupandbackuntillampfitssecurelyinplace.
5.Afterreplacingthelamp,turnonthelightpowertotheSmallAnimalSystem.Make
surethenewlampworksbeforereplacingtheenclosure(tank).
