WARRANTY
● MASTER chairs hold a 5-year warranty on the chair frame,5-year on foam and
vinyl and 1-year on accessories from the purchasing date.
● All warranties are limited within factory-provided replacement parts, factory
repairs or replacements.
● All warranties are stated above, these are the sole and exclusive warranties
provided. No other further expressed or implied warranties.

Thanks for purchasing massage chairs from MASTER Home Products. We are
persistent on upgrading and developing new products to meet our customer

after-sales service and competitive pricing. Our goal is to make our clients feel the
touch of life through our massage chairs.
DO NOT USE THE CHAIR WHEN IT IS NOT PROPERLY SET UP OR HAS LOOSE,
MISSING, DAMAGED AND INPROPERLY INSTALLED PARTS.
● Children should not be present during the assembling process.
● Sharp objects should be kept away from the upholstery to prevent damage.
● Please ensure all bolts and screws are tightened before using.
● Improper use of this device may cause personal injury, Be sure to read all
operating instructions and maintenance standards before use.
● Do not use over the limit, Weight limit (Includes client and accessories)
Working Capacity: 600lbs/272kg.
Static Working Weight: 1000lbs/454kg.
● Check the padding and upholstery carefully when unpacking the chair. Do not
use if there are signs of damage and contact your retailer immediately. (Our
warranty excludes damages caused by improper set up, accident, abuse or the
unintended use of product.)
● Be certain that the chair is completely flat on the floor prior to supporting a
patient. The patient may lose balance and fall.
● Do not allow to carry the chair with patient.
● Do not put excessive weight or pressure on the face rest.
● Do not expose the chair to extreme moisture or temperature.
● Keep the massage chair away from children and pets.
CLEANING
●
Clean upholstery with mild soap and water. If using a multi-purpose cleanser on
an inconspicuous spot, please ensure there is no damage to the vinyl or degradation
of color.

● Contact us immediately in cases of safety-relevant signs of wear.
● Unauthorized modifications or alterations of this product is prohibited.
How to Care for Your Upholstery Fabric
In order to protect the quality of your products and maintain the life cycle, we
have tested several preventative steps for the upholstery and accessories below:
● Avoid storing your chair under extreme cold temperatures as excessive cold
condition may cause cracking. Keep your chair away from electrical appliances
or inside of vehicles in cold weather.
● Avoid storing your chair under extreme hot temperatures as excessive heat may
cause stretching and puckering.Keep your chair away from heaters, electrical
appliances, direct sunlight or inside of vehicles in hot weather.
● Protect the chair and accessories with sheets or fleeces if available.
●Clean your upholstery fabric after use with a mild detergent to protect it against
oil stains and dirt. Unprotected fabric may cause cracking or permanent stains
over time. You may mix a small amount of anti-bacterial soap with water in a
spray bottle and wipe down the chair with a clean towel.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the chair from the box and open the carry case.
2. Unfold the legs to open the chair. (Fig1)
3. Lift the chest pad and lock the headrest. (Fig2)
4. Lift the seat until it is stable. (Fig3)
5. Press the button to open the arm rest and adjust the height.
6. Adjust the height and angle on headrest, chest pad and arm rest for client
comfort and lock them. (Fig4)
Caution – All parts should be tightened and locked prior to use to prevent risk
or damage.
