SAFETY
nThese instructions must be read by all users. Following these instructions carefully will help to avoid
accidents, reduce repair costs and help to increase the lifetime of the 3-in-1 truck.
nBefore use inspect the 3-in-1 truck for any damage, wear and tear etc. If found remove the 3-in-1 truck from
operation until a qualified engineer has repaired it with genuine parts.
nBefore use ensure the user has the correct protective clothing on.
nLocate the 3-in-1 truck in a suitable clean, tidy and well lit work area.
nEnsure the 3-in-1 truck is of the correct capacity for the load being lifted. DO NOT exceed the rated capacity.
nNever load loose or unstable goods.
nDo not park the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
nNever attempt to turn the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
nNever stop the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
nNever operate in rainy conditions.
nDo not park the 3-in-1 truck anywhere where it may cause an obstruction.
nIt is forbidden for the operator to stand or sit on the 3-in-1 truck.
nIt is forbidden to use the 3-in-1 truck to transport humans.
nThe operator must ensure the cargo is not stacked too high as this will cause the 3-in-1 truck to overturn.
nThe operator should pay attention at all times to ensure any clothing or body parts do not get too close to the
3-in-1 truck in case of entrapment, crushing or personal in ury.
nUntrained personnel should stand away at a safe distant whilst the 3-in-1 truck is in operation.
nBefore entering on to an elevator ensure that the elevator can bear the load of the 3-in-1 truck, cargo and
operator before entering.
nDO NOT use the 3-in-1 truck for purposes other than that for which it is intended.

1. Unhook the locking hook
2. Tilt back the truck an pull the frame with the two
castors towar s you (see Fig. 1).
3. Secure the frame with the locking hook.
Platform truck assembly
1. Unhook the locking hook.
2. Pull the frame with the two castors
out towar s you an lay the main truck
frame flat (see Fig. 2).
3. Ensure that the platform is secure an stable
before use.
Sack truck assembly
1. Make sure that the truck is in an upright position.
2. Ensure that the frame with the two castors
is secure in an upright position using the
locking hook before use (see Fig. 3).
Storage
After use, store in an upright position an use
the locking hooks to secure the truck so that it
oesn’t fall flat (see Fig. 3).
