CONTROLS
TRIVIA – Guess the correct decade for each question. The first
player to earn 5 points wins the game.
FLASHBACK – Learn about the four decades through audio clips
from historical events.
TRAvEL TIME™ TRIvIA GAME:
• Select Trivia on the Mode Switch.
• Press the On/Start/Select button to turn on the game.
• Press the Decade (Color) buttons to enter the number of
players. These buttons will represent each player throughout
the game.
Note: If you press the On/Start/Select button before you select
player buttons, then the game will default to solo play.
• Press the On/Start/Select button to lock in the number of
players.
• Press the On/Start/Select button again to start the game.
• A trivia question will play.
• The  rst person to press their Decade (Color) button gets to
answer the question.
• That player will then press the Decade button that
corresponds to their answer.
• If the player is correct, they win 1 point and an updated point
total will be announced. If the player is incorrect, they lose 1
point.
Note: Players will never go into negative points. The lowest score is
zero.
WINNING THE GAME
The first player to get 5 points wins. The game will announce, “We
have a winner!” and immediately reset to start a new game.
TRAvEL TIME™ SOLO TRIvIA GAME:
• Select Trivia on the Mode Switch.
• Press On/Start/Select to turn on the game.
• Press On/Start/Select to again start the solo game.
• A trivia question will play.
• Press the Decade button that corresponds with your answer.
• If you are correct, you win 1 point and an updated point total
will be announced. If you are incorrect, you lose 1 point.
• When you reach 5 points, the game will announce, “We have a
winner!” and reset to start a new game.
TRAvEL TIME™ FLASHBACK:
• Select the Flashback mode on the Mode Switch.
• Press On/Start/Select to turn on the game.
• Press any decade button to hear information about that par-
ticular decade.
• Where were you when this event happened? Share your
memories with family and friends.
TO RESET THE GAME
Press the Reset button with a pen tip to reset the game and start
over again.
TO TURN THE GAME OFF
Press and hold the On/Start/Select button to turn off the game. The
game will automatically turn off if it is inactive for 1 1/2 minutes.
BATTERY INSTALLATION / REpLACEMENT
This game is powered by three (3) AA (LR6) batteries.
• Using a screwdriver (not included), loosen the screw until the
battery compartment door can be removed.
• Insert three (3) AA (LR6) batteries as indicated inside the battery
compartment.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw with
a screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Batteries included are for demonstration purposes only.
• For longer life use only alkaline batteries.
• Replace the batteries when the product does not function
properly.
• Remove batteries and dispose of them safely.
ADULT SUPERVISION IS RECOMMENDED WHEN CHANGING
BATTERIES.
