CONTROLS
HOW TO pLAY pOp SWAp™
• PresstheOn/Start/Solvebuttontoturnonthegame.
• PressthePlayerbutton1timeforeachplayer.APhrase
buttonwilllightupforeveryplayerthatisaddedtothegame.
• PresstheOn/Start/Solvebuttontolockinthenumberof
players.
• WhenPlayer1isready,presstheOn/Start/Solvebutton
again.
• Ascrambledphrasewillbepresented.ThePhrasebuttonswill
lightupforeachsectionofthephrase.
• PresstherstPhrasebuttonyouwanttoswap.Then,press
thesecondPhrasebuttonyouwanttoswap.Continue
swappingsectionsofthephraseuntilitiscorrectortimeruns
out.
• PresstheOn/Start/Solvebuttontohearthephrase.Ifthe
phraseiscorrect,theplayerreceives1point.Ifthephraseis
incorrect,continueswappinguntiltimerunsout.
• Iftheplayerdoesnotunscramblethephrasebeforethetime
isup,theydonotwinapointforthatround.
ROUNdS
• Eachroundwillgiveeachplayertheirownturnandunique
phrase.
• Ifalloftheplayerswinaround,thegamewillmakethenext
roundalittlemoredifcultbygivingtheplayerslesstimein
thesubsequentround.Ifalloftheplayersarelosingaround,
thegamewillgivetheplayersmoretimeinthesubsequent
round.
WINNING THE GAME
Therstplayertoget5pointswinsthegame!
GAME/HINT BUTTON
PressingtheHintButtonwillgivetheplayeranaudioclueforthat
round.
IN THE EvENT OF TIE:
Whenmorethanoneplayerreaches5pointsinthesameround,a
specialtiebreakerroundwilloccur.Thegamerandomlychooses
1ofthetiedplayers.Theyaregivenaphrasetounscramble.Ifthe
Playerisunabletodoitcorrectlyandwithintheallottedtime,they
areeliminated.Eachtiedplayeriseliminateduntilthereisawinner.
Ifmorethanoneplayersuccessfullyunscramblesthephrase,the
onewiththefastesttimewins.
TO RESET THE GAME
PresstheResetwithapentiptoresetthegameandstartover
again.
TURNING THE GAME OFF
PressandholdtheOn/Start/Solvebuttontoturnoffthegame.The
gamewillautomaticallyturnoffifitisinactivefor2minutes.
BATTERY INSTALLATION / REpLACEMENT
Thisgameispoweredbythree(3)AA(LR6)batteries.
• Usingascrewdriver(notincluded),loosenthescrewuntilthe
batterycompartmentdoorcanberemoved.
• Insertthree(3)AA(LR6)batteriesasindicatedinsidethebattery
compartment.
