Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zur Eigenanwendung im privaten Bereich, nicht für den medizinischen oder gewerb-
lichen Gebrauch vorgesehen. Die Massagefunktion des Gerätes ist ausschließlich für den Nacken-Halswirbelbereich
geeignet, die Elektro-Stimulation entsprechend der nachfolgenden Erläuterungen.

GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
Dieses Nacken-Massagegerät sorgt für eine dynamische Dehnung der Halswirbelsäule durch eine integrierte Luft-
kissen-Steuerung. Zusätzlich kann das Gerät elektrische Impulse zur Muskelstimulation erzeugen sowie wohltuende
Wärme zur optimalen Entspannung liefern. Die unterschiedlichen Funktionen können einzeln oder in Kombination
verwendet werden.
Vorbereitung: Um das Massagegerät zu benutzen, stellen Sie es auf eine gerade, ebene Fläche. Verbinden Sie den
Netzadapter mit dem Gerät.
Legen Sie Ihren Kopf wie in der nachstehenden Abbildung gezeigt auf das Kissen. Achten Sie unbedingt auf die rich-
tige Position Ihrer Kopfes, um körperliche Schäden durch eine falsche Benutzung zu vermeiden. Ziehen Sie jeweils
nach dem Gebrauch den Netzstecker.

NACKEN-DEHNPROGRAMM EINSCHALTEN
Gerät einschalten: Drücken Sie auf der Fernbedieneinheit den Ein-/Ausschalter [ON/OFF], um das Gerät ein- bzw.
auszuschalten.
Betätigen Sie die Taste , um das dynamische Dehnprogramm für die Nackenwirbelsäule zu aktivieren. 2 inte-
grierte Luftkissen heben und senken das Gerät für eine optimale Dehnung.
Zur Auswahl der verschiedenen Dehn-Programme, drücken Sie erneut die Taste , um abwechselnd durch
die Modi > COMFORT MODE (A) > TENSION PLUS (B) > INTELLIGENT MODE (AB) und > OFF zu schalten. Um ein
Programm vorzeitig zu beenden, können Sie auch den Ein-/Ausschalter [ON/OFF] betätigen .
Hinweis: Nach 15 Minuten schaltet das Gerät automatisch ab. Eine längere Benutzung kann durch eine Überstimu-
lation der Muskeln zu Verspannungen führen.
WÄRMEFUNKTION ZUSCHALTEN
Drücken Sie die Taste an der Fernbedieneinheit, um die Wärmefunktion einzuschalten. Drücken Sie die Taste
erneut, um die verschiedenen Temperatur-Stufen in der Abfolge NIEDRIG (A) > MITTEL (B) > HOCH (AB) einzustellen
bzw. durch ein weiteres Betätigen der -Taste die Wärmefunktion wieder auszuschalten.
VERWENDUNG DER ELEKTRO-STIMULATION
(IMPULS-FUNKTION)
Drücken Sie die Taste an der Fernbedieneinheit, um die Elektro-Stimulation über die Impulsgeber am Gerät zu
aktivieren. Drücken Sie erneut die Taste , um die verschiedenen Modi > PULSE (A) > AKUPUNKTUR (B) > INTEL-
LIGENT PULSE (AB) anzuwählen. Über die Taste [+/-] können Sie die Intensität der Elektro-Stimulation in 12 Stufen
steuern.
Hinweis: Die Intensität des elektrischen Impulses sollte zu Beginn der Anwendung auf schwacher Stufe eingestellt
und erst allmählich erhöht werden.
Optional können Sie die beiden mitgelieferten Elektroden-Pads an das Gerät anschließen und damit zusätzlich Arme,
Beine, Füße, Rücken etc. stimulieren. Verbinden Sie hierzu die beiden Impuls-Elektroden mit dem beigefügten Kabel
und schließen Sie sie an die vorgesehene Schnittstelle am Gerät an (siehe nachfolgende Abb.). Ziehen Sie die trans-
parente Schutzfolie an der Vorderseite der Elektroden ab und befestigen Sie die Elektroden an der gewünschten
Körperstelle (mit der schwarzen Seite zum Körper). Zur Steuerung der Impuls-Funktion wie zuvor beschrieben vor-
gehen. Nach Gebrauch Schutzfolie wieder aufbringen.

Hinweis: Legen Sie die Elektroden-Pads nicht in der Nähe des Halses an. Während der Benutzung der Elektro-Sti-
mulation, sollten Sie Ihre Körper-Position nicht verändern.
AUTOMATIK-MODUS (AUTO-MODE)
Drücken Sie die Taste an der Fernbedieneinheit, um den Automatik-Modus zu aktivieren. Hierbei werden die
verschiedenen Gerätefunktionen (Nacken-Dehnung, Wärmefunktion, sowie Elektro-Stimulation) automatisch mit-
einander kombiniert. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um die verschiedenen Programm-Kombination auszuwählen.
WARN- UND SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
ACHTUNG Lebensgefahr! Personen mit einem Herzschrittmacher sollten das Gerät nicht benutzen!
ACHTUNG! Schwangere sowie Personen mit Herzerkrankungen, Hirngefäßerkrankungen, Blutdruckstörungen, Tu-
morerkrankungen sowie Diabetes sollten vor dem Verwenden des Gerätes zunächst ihren Arzt konsultieren!
Bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen, entfernen Sie bitte alle metallischen Gegenstände am Hals (Ketten, Body-Piercings
usw.)!
Achtung Kurzschlussgefahr! Das Produkt darf nicht mit Wasser oder Feuchtigkeit in Berührung kommen!
Für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren!
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur in Innenräumen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht während des Schlafes oder als Schlaf-
unterlage. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie Verletzungen oder Schmerzen im Nacken oder der Halswirbel-
säule haben.Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht auf geschwollenen, verbrannten, entzündeten oder erkrankten Körper-
partien. Decken Sie das Gerät im Betrieb nicht ab (Kissen, Decke etc.), um Überhitzungen zu vermeiden. Das Gerät
nicht in der Nähe von brennbaren und leicht entzündlichen Stoffen einsetzen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle (Heizung, Kamin etc.). Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht
in Räumen mit einer hohen Luftfeuchte (Badezimmer, Sauna etc.). Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der Stecker
oder das Kabel Beschädigungen aufweist. Betreiben Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit dem mitgelieferten Original-
Netzadapter. Ziehen Sie erst den Netzadapter, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen. Trennen Sie nach der Verwendung stets
den Stecker vom Stromnetz.

REINIGUNGS-UND PFLEGEHINWEISE
Reinigen Sie das Gerät bei Bedarf mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch (ggf. in Verbindung mit einer milden Seife oder
einem milden Reiniger). Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel.
Bewahren Sie das Produkt bei Nichtgebrauch an einem trockenen Ort auf.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht extremen Temperaturen (über 50 °C) oder Erschütterungen aus. Vermeiden Sie direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.
HÄUFIGE FRAGEN
Frage: Warum kribbelt es bei der Nutzung der elektrischen Impuls-Funktion bei mir im Nacken?
Antwort: Möglicherweise liegt es daran, dass die Haut zu trocken ist oder das Gerät nicht optimal am Nacken an-
liegt. Befeuchten Sie Ihre Nackenpartie vor der Anwendung leicht mit einem Handtuch und achten Sie darauf, dass
das Gerät vollständig im Nacken anliegt. Die Intensität der elektrischen Stimulation sollte zu Beginn der Anwendung
auf schwacher Stufe eingestellt und erst allmählich erhöht werden. .
Frage: Warum habe ich Hautirrationen am Nacken, wenn ich das Gerät benutze?
Antwort: Nach der Verwendung der elektrischen Impulsfunktion kann es ggf. zu Hautirritationen kommen, wenn
kein vollständiger Kontakt mit den Impulsgebern des Gerätes bestand oder eine zu hohe Temperatur-Stufe gewählt
wurde. Es wird empfohlen, die Liegeposition so anzupassen, dass der Nacken vollständig am Gerät und damit den
Impulsgebern anliegt. Reduzieren Sie ggf. auch die Temperatur oder schalten Sie die Wärmefunktion aus. Hautirri-
tationen sollten nach 2 Tagen wieder verschwunden sein.
Frage: Ist es normal, dass sich die Haut nach der Benutzung des Gerätes sehr heiß anfühlt?
Antwort: Wenn Sie die Wärmefunktion verwenden, sollten Sie sich langsam an die für Sie als angenehm empfun-
dene Temperatur herantasten und dabei zunächst mit der niedrigsten Temperaturstufe (A) beginnen. Empnden Sie
auch die niedrigste Heizstufe als zu heiß, schalten Sie die Wärmefunktion aus. Eine zu hohe Temperatur kann zu
einer Reizung der Haut führen.
Frage: Warum fühle ich keine elektrischen Impulse, wenn ich die externen Elektroden-Pads benutze?
Antwort: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Impuls-Elektroden mit dem beigefügten Kabel verbunden sind und die-
ses fest in der vorgesehene Schnittstelle am Gerät eingesteckt ist. Die Elektroden sollten fest am Körper haften.
Drücken Sie die Taste an der Fernbedieneinheit, um die Elektro-Stimulation zu aktivieren. Erhöhen Sie ggf. die
Intensität der Impuls-Funktion über die Taste [+/-].

Proper use
The device is intended exclusively for personal use in the private sector, not for medical or commercial use. The
massage/stretching function of the device is only suitable for the neck and cervical vertebrae, the electro-stimulation
according to the following explanations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This neck massager provides dynamic stretching of the cervical spine through an integrated air cushion control. In
addition, the device can generate electrical impulses for muscle stimulation as well as provide pleasant warmth for
optimal relaxation. The different functions can be used individually or in combination.
Getting started: To use the neck massager, place it on an even surface. Connect the power adapter to the device.
Place your head on the cushion as shown in the gure below. Make sure your head is in the correct position to avoid
physical damage caused by incorrect use. Always unplug the power cord after use.

ACTIVATE THE NECK STRETCHING FUNCTION
Switch on the device: Press the [ON/OFF] switch on the remote control to turn the device on or off.

Press the key to activate the dynamic stretching program for the cervical spine. 2 integrated air cushions lift
and lower the device for optimum stretching. To select the different stretching programmes, press the key
again to switch alternately through the following modes > COMFORT MODE (A) > TENSION PLUS (B) > INTELLIGENT
MODE (AB) and > OFF. To cancel a programme, you can also use the [ON/OFF] switch.
Note: After 15 minutes the device switches off automatically. A prolonged use may cause tensions due to over-sti-
mulation of the muscles.

SWITCH ON THE HEAT FUNCTION
Press the key on the remote control to turn on the heat function. Press the key again to set the different
temperature levels in the sequence of LOW (A) > MEDIUM (B) > HIGH (AB), or press the key again to turn off the
heat function.
USE OF ELECTROSTIMULATION (IMPULSE FUNCTION)
Press the key on the remote control to activate electrostimulation via the pulse emitters of the device. Press the
key again to select the different modes > PULSE (A) > ACUPUNCTION (B) > INTELLIGENT PULSE (AB). Press the
[+/-] key to control the intensity of the electrostimulation in 12 levels.
Note: The intensity of the electrical impulse should be set at a weak level at the beginning of the application and
then gradually increased.
Optionally, you can connect the two electrode pads supplied to the device and use them to additionally stimulate
your arms, legs, feet, back, etc. To do so, connect the two electrodes with the supplied cable and plug them into the
electric pulse output port provided on the device (see following g.). Pull off the transparent protective foil on the
front of the electrodes and attach the electrodes to the desired body part (with the black side facing the body). To
control the impulse function proceed as described above. Apply the protective lm again after use.
Note: Do not place the electrode pads near the neck. While using electrostimulation, you should not change your
body position.

AUTO MODE
Press the key on the remote control to activate the automatic mode. This mode automatically combines the
various functions of the device (neck stretching, heating function and electrostimulation). Press the key again to
select the various programme combinations.
WARNINGS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION Danger to life! People with a pacemaker should not use the device!
CAUTION! Pregnant women as well as persons with heart diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, blood pressure disor-
ders, tumour diseases and diabetes should rst consult their doctor before using the device!
Before using the device, please remove all metallic objects on the neck (necklaces, body piercings etc.)!
Caution: risk of electrocution! The product must not come into contact with water or moisture!
Keep away from children! The device is intended exclusively for indoor home use. Do not use the device during sleep
or as sleeping support. Do not use the device if you have injuries or pain in your neck or cervical spine. Do not use
the device on swollen, burnt, inamed skin or diseased parts of the body.
Do not cover the device during operation by a cushion, blanket, etc. in order to avoid overheating. Do not use the
device near ammable and highly inammable materials. Do not use the device near a heat source (heater, replace,
etc.). Do not use the device in rooms with high air humidity (bathroom, sauna, etc.). Do not use the device, if the
power plug or the cable is damaged.
Use the device only with the original AC power adapter supplied.
Unplug the power adaptor before cleaning the device. Always disconnect the device from the mains power supply
after use.
CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
If necessary, clean the device with a soft, damp cloth (if necessary in combination with a mild soap or mild deter-
gent). Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents. Store the product in a dry place when not in use.
Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (above 50 °C) or vibrations. Avoid direct sunlight.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Question: Why have I some tingling in my neck when I use the electric pulse function?
Answer: This may be because the skin is too dry or the device does not t snugly around the neck. Moisten your
neck lightly with a towel before use and ensure that the device is completely in contact with your neck. The inten-
sity of the electrical stimulation should be set at a low level at the beginning of the application and only gradually
increased.
Question: Why do I have skin irritations on my neck when I use the device?
Answer: After using the electrostimulation, skin irritation may occur if there was not complete contact with the
electric pulse emitters of the device, or if you selected a too high temperature level.
It is recommended to adjust the lying position so that the neck is fully in contact with the device and thus the pulse
emitters. If necessary, reduce the temperature or switch off the heat function. Skin irritations should disappear after
2 days.

Question: Is it normal that the skin feels very hot after using the device?
Answer: When using the heat function, you should slowly approach the temperature that is comfortable for you,
starting with the lowest temperature level (A). If you nd that even the lowest heat level is too hot, switch off the
heat function. A too high temperature can cause irritation of the skin.
Question: Why can‘t I feel any electrical impulses when I use the external electrode pads?
Answer: Make sure that the electrodes are connected with the supplied cable and that the cable is rmly plugged
into the interface provided on the device. The electrodes should stick rmly to the body. Press the key on the
remote control to activate electrostimulation. If necessary, increase the intensity of the impulse function using the
[+/-] key.

ou commercial. La fonction de massage de l‘appareil est uniquement adaptée à la zone de la nuque et des vertèbres
cervicales, l‘électrostimulation suivant les explications suivantes.

MODE D‘EMPLOI
Cet appareil de massage de la nuque permet un étirement dynamique de la colonne cervicale grâce à une comman-
de intégrée du coussin pneumatique. L‘appareil peut en outre générer des impulsions électriques pour la stimulation
des muscles et fournir une chaleur agréable pour une relaxation optimale. Les différentes fonctions peuvent être
utilisées individuellement ou en combinaison.
Préparation : Pour utiliser l‘appareil de massage, placez-le sur une surface horizontale et plane. Connectez l‘adap-
tateur secteur à l‘appareil.
Posez votre tête sur le coussin comme le montre la gure ci-après. Assurez-vous impérativement que votre tête est
dans la bonne position an d‘éviter les dommages corporels dus à une utilisation incorrecte. Débranchez le cordon
d‘alimentation de la prise après chaque utilisation.

ACTIVER LE PROGRAMME D‘ÉTIREMENT DE LA NUQUE
Mettre en marche l‘appareil : Sur l‘unité de télécommande, appuyez sur l‘interrupteur Marche/Arrêt [ON/OFF] pour
mettre en marche ou arrêter l‘appareil.
Appuyez sur la touche pour activer le programme d‘étirement dynamique de la colonne cervicale. 2 coussins
d‘air intégrés soulèvent et abaissent l‘appareil pour un étirement optimal.
Pour sélectionner les différents programmes d‘étirement, appuyer une nouvelle fois sur la touche an de
changer à tour de rôle les modes > COMFORT MODE (A) > TENSION PLUS (B) > INTELLIGENT MODE (AB) et > OFF.
Pour mettre n prématurément à un programme, vous pouvez également appuyer sur l‘interrupteur Marche/Arrêt
[ON/OFF].
Information : L‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement au bout de 15 minutes. Une utilisation plus longue peut entraîner
des contractions en raison d‘une hyperstimulation des muscles.
ACTIVATION LA FONCTION DE CHALEUR
Appuyez sur la touche sur l‘unité de télécommande pour activer la fonction de chaleur. Appuyez à nouveau sur
la touche pour régler les différents niveaux de température dans la séquence BAS (A) > MOYEN (B) > HAUT (AB)
ou appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche pour désactiver à nouveau la fonction de chauffage.
UTILISATION DE L‘ÉLECTROSTIMULATION
(FONCTION D‘IMPULSIONS)
Appuyez sur la touche sur l‘unité de télécommande pour activer l‘électrostimulation via les générateurs d‘im-
pulsions à l‘appareil. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche pour sélectionner les différents modes > IMPULSION (A)
> ACUPONCTURE (B) > IMPULSIONS INTELLIGENTES (AB). À l‘aide de la touche [+/-], vous pouvez régler l‘intensité
de l‘électrostimulation sur 12 échelons.
Information : Nous recommandons de régler l‘intensité de l‘impulsion électrique à un faible niveau au début de
l‘utilisation et de l‘augmenter progressivement par la suite.
En alternative, vous pouvez connecter les deux tampons électrodes fournis à l‘appareil et les utiliser pour stimuler
également les bras, les jambes, les pieds, le dos, etc. Pour ce faire, connectez les deux électrodes d‘impulsion à l‘aide
du câble fourni et raccordez-les à l‘interface prévue à cet effet sur l‘appareil (voir gure ci-après). Décollez la pellicule
de protection transparente de la face avant des électrodes et xez les électrodes sur la partie du corps souhaitée
(avec la face noire orientée vers le corps). Procédez de la manière décrite plus haut pour réguler la fonction d‘impuls-
ions. Recollez la pellicule de protection après l‘utilisation.

Information : Ne posez pas les tampons électrodes près du cou. Évitez de modier la position de votre corps pendant
que vous utilisez l‘électrostimulation.
MODE AUTOMATIQUE (AUTO-MODE)
Appuyez sur la touche sur l‘unité de télécommande pour activer le mode Automatique. Dans ce mode, les
différentes fonctions de l‘appareil (étirement de la nuque, fonction de chaleur et électrostimulation) sont automa-
tiquement combinées les unes avec les autres. Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche pour sélectionner les
différentes combinaisons de programmes.
AVERTISSEMENTS ET INDICATIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
ATTENTION danger de mort ! L‘utilisation de l‘appareil est déconseillée aux personnes portant un stimulateur
cardiaque !
ATTENTION ! Les femmes enceintes ainsi que les personnes souffrant de maladies cardiaques, de maladies céré-
brovasculaires, de troubles de la pression sanguine, de maladies tumorales ainsi que de diabète doivent d‘abord
consulter leur médecin avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil ! Avant d‘utiliser l‘appareil, enlevez au préalable tous les objets
métalliques que vous portez (chaînes, piercings corporels, etc.) !
Attention risque de court-circuit ! L‘appareil ne doit en aucun cas entrer en contact avec l‘eau ou l‘humidité !
Conserver hors de la portée des enfants ! Utilisez l‘appareil exclusivement à l‘intérieur. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil pen-
dant le sommeil ou comme surface pour dormir. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil si vous avez des blessures ou ressentez des
douleurs dans la nuque ou la colonne cervicale. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil sur des parties du corps enées, brûlées,
enammées ou malades. Ne couvrez pas l‘appareil pendant son fonctionnement (oreiller, couverture, etc.) pour
éviter la surchauffe. N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil à proximité de matériaux combustibles et facilement inammables.
N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil à proximité d‘une source de chaleur (radiateur, cheminée, etc.). N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil dans
des pièces à forte humidité de l‘air (salle de bain, sauna, etc.). N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil si la che ou le câble présente
des dommages. Utilisez l‘appareil exclusivement avec l‘adaptateur secteur original qui vous a été fourni. Débranchez
l‘adaptateur secteur avant de nettoyer l‘appareil. Débranchez toujours la che d‘alimentation électrique de la prise
électrique après l‘utilisation.

CONSIGNES POUR LE NETTOYAGE ET L‘ENTRETIEN
Si nécessaire, nettoyez l‘appareil avec un chiffon doux et humide (le cas échéant, en combinaison avec un savon ou
un nettoyant doux). N‘utilisez pas de nettoyants ou de solvants agressifs.
Conservez le produit dans un endroit sec lorsqu‘il n‘est pas utilisé.
N‘exposez pas l‘appareil à des températures extrêmes (supérieures à 50 °C) ou à des vibrations.
Évitez le rayonnement solaire direct.
QUESTIONS FRÉQUEMMENT POSÉES
Question : Pourquoi ma nuque picote-t-elle lorsque j‘utilise la fonction d‘impulsions électrique ?
Réponse : Cela peut être dû au fait que la peau est trop sèche ou que l‘appareil n‘est pas bien appliqué sur la nuque.
Humidiez légèrement la région de la nuque avec une serviette avant l‘utilisation et veillez à ce que l‘appareil s‘ap-
plique entièrement sur la nuque. Nous recommandons de régler l‘intensité de la stimulation électrique à un faible
niveau au début de l‘utilisation et de l‘augmenter progressivement par la suite.
Question : Pourquoi ai-je des irritations cutanées au niveau de la nuque lorsque j‘utilise l‘appareil ?
Réponse : Après l‘utilisation de la fonction d‘impulsions électrique, une irritation cutanée peut éventuellement se
produire s‘il n‘y a pas eu de contact complet avec les générateurs d‘impulsions de l‘appareil ou si un niveau de
température trop élevé a été sélectionné. Nous recommandons de régler la position allongée de manière à ce que la
nuque soit entièrement en contact avec l‘appareil et donc avec les générateurs d‘impulsions. Réduisez également, le
cas échéant, la température ou désactivez la fonction de chauffage. Les irritations cutanées devraient avoir disparu
après 2 jours.
Question : Est-il normal que la peau soit très chaude après l‘utilisation de l‘appareil ?
Réponse : Lorsque vous utilisez la fonction de chauffage, vous devez vous rapprocher lentement de la température
que vous trouvez agréable, en commençant par le niveau de température le plus bas (A). Si vous avez l‘impression
que même le niveau de température le plus bas est trop chaud, désactivez la fonction de chauffage. Une tempéra-
ture trop élevée peut entraîner une irritation de la peau.
Question : Pourquoi ne ressens-je aucune impulsion électrique lorsque j‘utilise les tampons électrodes
externes ?
Réponse : Assurez-vous que les électrodes d‘impulsions sont connectées via le câble fourni et que ce dernier est fer-
mement branché à l‘interface prévue à cet effet sur l‘appareil. Les électrodes doivent adhérer fermement au corps.
Appuyez sur la touche sur l‘unité de télécommande pour activer l‘électrostimulation. Augmentez le cas échéant
l‘intensité de la fonction d‘impulsions à l‘aide de la touche [+/-].
