Quick Start Guide
ATTENTION
For in-car use, if AF function is not built-in in your RDS car radio, you must set Mobile DAB+
to AutoScan mode.
For the best performance, attach the L-shape antenna on the top ri ht corner of the
windshield.
Anytime you need to install/uninstall the DAB antenna from Mobile DAB+, please unplu
Mobile DAB+ from the power source first to avoid possible dama e to the antenna.
For Mobile DAB+ to work with the supplied passive L-shape Windshield-Attach antenna, the
Mobile DAB+ antenna power must be set to OFF. Mobile DAB+ can also work with a
certified active antenna, the antenna power must be set to ON. If you replace the supplied
antenna with any third party antenna, you must set the antenna power to OFF.
Dama e resulted from incorrect installation of the antenna is not covered by the warranty.
WHAT is A C?
AFC (Automatic Frequency Chan e) is a function to detect frequency interference, finds the
clearest available FM transmittin frequency for the FM transmitter built into Mobile DAB+, and
then forces your car radio to tune to the same frequency automatically without you botherin to
touch any buttons, completely hands-free.
With this function, you can drive into a metropolitan area where FM stations are hi hly crowded
causin repeated frequency interference, but you do not have to chan e Mobile DAB+’s FM
transmittin frequency and car radio’s listenin FM frequency manually, and you can continue to
enjoy the audio service transparently and without interruption.

AFC mode
The exclusive AFC technolo y provides Mobile DAB+ with a totally hands-free solution to
ensure uninterrupted listenin to DAB throu h your in-car FM/RDS radio. To use AFC
function, you must enable the AF function on your car radio (Consult your car radio manual
or the car dealer if your car radio is RDS compatible, has the AF feature, and how to enable
AF feature).
AutoScan mode
If AF (Alternative Frequency) function is disabled or not available in your car radio, you must
set Mobile DAB+ to AutoScan mode. In AutoScan mode, Mobile DAB+ automatically search
and store 3 clear and available frequency for you to choose and set when it is necessary to
chan e the FM transmittin frequency. You will have to tune the car radio to match with
Mobile DAB+ manually.
Auto DAB stations Scan
Each time you start the Mobile DAB+, if the channel list is empty, it will perform a Full Scan
of DAB stations automatically. You can also manually start scannin for the available DAB
stations.
12 preset stations (3 roups with 4 channels each)
This unit has 3 DAB roups (DAB1, DAB2, and DAB3) which can store 4 DAB stations each.
The 4 preset stations can be accessed via 4 buttons on the remote control unit.
Simple to install

to your existin in-car audio system.
