Lees deze instructies zorgvuldig door voordat u uw nieuwe terrasverwarmer gebruikt.
De foto is alleen ter referentie. Houd u aan de originele producten.
Alleen voor gebruik buitenshuis.
De handleiding maakt deel uit van de kachel, deze bevat belangrijke informatie, bewaar deze
voor toekomstig gebruik.
Bedankt voor je aankoop van deze terrasverwarmer. De kachel is zorgvuldig ontworpen en
vervaardigd voor uw beste verwarmingservaring.
WAARSCHUWING
• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder en personen met
verminderde fysieke, sensorische of mentale capaciteiten of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis
als zij toezicht of instructie hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige
manier en de gevaren begrijpen betrokken. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen.
Reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud mogen niet door kinderen zonder toezicht worden
uitgevoerd.
• Kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar moeten worden weggehouden, tenzij voortdurend onder toezicht.
• Kinderen van 3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen het apparaat alleen in- en uitschakelen mits
het in de normale normale gebruiksstand is geplaatst of geïnstalleerd en zij toezicht of
instructie hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige manier en
begrijpen de gevaren. Kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen het apparaat
niet aansluiten, regelen en schoonmaken of de apparatuur niet gebruiken.
• LET OP: Sommige delen van dit product kunnen erg heet worden en brandwonden
veroorzaken. Bijzondere aandacht moet worden geschonken aan kinderen en kwetsbare
personen.
• Als het netsnoer is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen door de fabrikant, diens
onderhoudsvertegenwoordiger of personen met vergelijkbare om gevaar te
voorkomen.
• Dek de kachel niet af om oververhitting te voorkomen.
• De verwarming mag niet direct onder een stopcontact worden geplaatst.
• De verwarming moet minstens 1,8 m boven de vloer worden geïnstalleerd.
• Na bevestiging aan een wand- of plafondrichting kan de straling niet worden veranderd
zonder de hulp van een gereedschap.
• Gebruik de kachel niet met een programmeerapparaat, een afzonderlijk afstandsbedienings-
systeem of een ander apparaat dat de kachel automatisch omschakelt, omdat er
brandgevaar bestaat als de kachel bedekt of verkeerd geplaatst is.
• Het is gevaarlijk om de kachel te installeren in de buurt van gordijnen en andere brandbare
materialen zoals gordijnen, feesttenten, vlaggen, plastic folie enz.
• Gebruik de kachel niet in de buurt van een douche, bad of een zwembad.
• Niet gebruiken in ongeventileerde ruimtes.
• Niet gebruiken waar gas, benzine, verf of andere brandbare materialen zijn opgeslagen.
• Duw geen voorwerpen door, blokkeer of bedek de roosters van de verwarmingskop niet.
• Verplaats de kachel niet wanneer deze op het elektriciteitsnet is aangesloten.
• Wacht altijd tot de kachel volledig is afgekoeld voordat u hem opslaat.
• Raak de verwarmingskop niet aan tijdens gebruik.
• Laat de kachel niet ingeschakeld en onbeheerd achter, vooral als er kinderen en / of dieren in
de buurt zijn.
• De kachel moet worden geplaatst met een vrije ruimte van 500mm aan de muur en 400 m
aan het plafond.
• De verwarming is zeer heet tijdens gebruik. Het blijft warm gedurende een periode na het
uitschakelen. Potentieel gevaar kan optreden wanneer u het tijdens deze periode aanraakt.
• Wikkel het netsnoer niet op het apparaat.
• De kachel moet voorzichtig worden behandeld, geen hevige trilling of slaan.
• De verwarming moet tijdens gebruik stevig worden geaard.
• In geval van schade moet deze worden gerepareerd door professionele elektriciens.
• Houd de kachel en het snoer buiten het bereik van kinderen jonger dan 8 jaar.
• Deze kachel is niet uitgerust met een apparaat om de kamertemperatuur te regelen. Gebruik
deze kachel niet in kleine ruimtes wanneer deze worden bezet door personen die niet in staat
zijn om de ruimte zelfstandig te verlaten, tenzij constant toezicht wordt gehouden.

• LET OP: sommige delen van deze kachel kunnen erg heet worden en brandwonden
veroorzaken. Er moet speciale aandacht worden besteed aan kinderen en kwetsbare
personen.
• Gebruik de kachel niet als een wasdroger of als een torendroger.
• Gebruik de kachel niet als saunakachel.
• Gebruik de kachel niet als ruimteverwarming.
• Gebruik de kachel niet in de plaats waar een dier zich voortplant en opgroeid.
• Dompel de kachel niet onder in water om te reinigen.
SAMENSTELLING
Zorg er bij het uitpakken van de kachel voor dat alle items aanwezig zijn en dat er geen
onderdelen meer in de doos zitten en dat alle onderdelen vrij zijn van verpakkingsmateriaal.
Sluit de kachel niet aan op de stroomtoevoer totdat alle montage is voltooid.
Sluit de kachel niet op de elektrische voeding aan als een van de componenten of het netsnoer
op enigerlei wijze beschadigd is. Neem in geval van twijfel contact op met uw plaatselijke
leverancier.

1. Laat kinderen de apparatuur
niet installeren.
2. Houd een afstand van 400 mm van
de verwarming tot het plafond.
3. Houd minimaal 500 mm afstand tussen
de verwarming en de omgeving.
4. Houd ten minste 1800 mm hoogte vanaf
de verwarming op de grond.
5. Installeer de beugel op de verwarming
met 4x M4 schroeven.
6. Bevestig de karabijnhaak stevig met de ring.
BEVESTIGING AAN EEN PLAFOND
1. Boor een gat met een diameter van 8 mm in het plafond.
2. Duw de zelftappende haakschroef in het geboorde gat.
3. Draai de haak stevig vast.
4. Hang de kachel met de ketting aan de schroef. Zorg ervoor dat de afstand tussen het plafond
en de verwarming ten minste 400mm is. De hoogte tussen de vloer en de verwarming moet
minimaal 1,8m zijn.
5. Leid de voedingskabel langs de ketting naar de socket. De voedingskabel moet met een
trekkoord aan de ketting worden bevestigd, maar zorg ervoor dat deze niet in contact komt
met de eerste drie schakels van de ketting. De voedingskabel mag in geen geval de kachel
raken. De kachel mag niet worden opgehangen door de voedingslijn.

BEVESTIGING TENT
Zorg ervoor dat het frame van de tent waarin de kachel is opgehangen, voldoende sterk is om het
gewicht van de kachel te dragen.
1. Haak de ketting aan de kachel.
2. Wind de ketting meerdere keren rond het frame en bevestig het andere uiteinde, net als de
eerste, ook aan de verwarming. Zorg ervoor dat de afstand tussen het ophangpunt en de
verwarmer minimaal 400mm is. De hoogte tussen de vloer en de verwarming moet minimaal
1,80 m zijn.
3. Zorg ervoor dat de kachel stevig hangt.
INSTRUCTIES
• Voer vóór elk gebruik een visuele controle uit van de terrasverwarmer, voedingskabel en
accessoires! Als u schade opmerkt, gebruik de kachel dan niet, maar neem contact op met
uw dealer.
• LET OP: Risico op elektrische schokken. Open of probeer de kachel niet zelf te repareren.
• Gebruik de kachel nooit als een droger of om een sauna te verwarmen.
• Gebruik de kachel nooit voor verwarming van gebouwen waar dieren verblijven.
• Bewaar brandbare materialen, zoals meubels, kussens, beddengoed, papier, kleding en
gordijnen 1 m. vanaf de voorkant van de kachel en houd ze weg van de zijkanten, bovenkant
en achterkant. Plaats geen handdoeken of andere voorwerpen op de kachel. Brandgevaar!
• Een verwarming heeft hete en vonkend of vonkende onderdelen aan de binnenkant. Niet
gebruiken in gebieden waar benzine, verf, explosieve en / of ontvlambare vloeistoffen worden
gebruikt of opgeslagen. Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van verwarmde oppervlakken en open
vuur. Brandgevaar!
DE TERRASVERWARMER AAN- EN UITZETTEN
• Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
• Trek aan het snoer om de kachel in te schakelen.
• Trek opnieuw aan het snoer om de kachel uit te zetten.
• Na gebruik van, de stekker moet uit het stopcontact worden getrokken.
• Laat de kachel volledig afkoelen voordat u hem verplaatst en opslaat.
• Gebruik de kachel nooit bij slechte weersomstandigheden zoals regen, sneeuw, hagel
of onweer.
• Let op dat er geen brandbaar materiaal door wind of andere omgevingsinvloeden het
apparaat bedekt of belemmert, zoals gordijnen, feesttenten, vlaggen, plastic folie enz.
VERZORGING EN ONDERHOUD
• Koppel de kachel los en laat hem volledig afkoelen.
• Houd de kachel schoon. De buitenschaal kan worden gereinigd met een zachte, vochtige
doek. U kunt indien nodig een mild reinigingsmiddel gebruiken. Droog de kachel na het reinigen
af met een zachte doek.
• Gebruik geen alcohol, benzine, schurende poeders, meubelpolish of ruwe borstels om de
kachel te reinigen. Dit kan beschadiging of verslechtering van het oppervlak van de kachel
veroorzaken.
• Dompel de kachel niet onder in water en laat hem niet nat worden.
• Wacht tot de kachel volledig droog is voor gebruik.
• Alle soorten onderhoud of reparaties inclusief het vervangen van de verwarmingsbuis mogen
alleen uitgevoerd door een elektricien of door een aanbevolen
servicecentrum.
• Bescherm de kachel langdurig zodat deze is afgeschermd van regen en stof.

WARNING
• This appliance can be used by children agedfrom 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided
that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand

ASSEMBLY
When unpacking the heater, please make sure that all the items are present and there are no
components left in the box and that all the parts are free from any packing material.
Do not connect the heater to electric supply until all the assembly is done.

damaged any way. In case of any doubt, please contact your local supplier.

ATTACHMENT TO A CEILING
1. Drill a hole with a diameter of 8mm in the ceiling.
2. Push the self tapping hook screw in the drilled hole.
3. Tighten hook
4. Hang the heater with the chain to the screw. Ensure that the distance between ceiling and
the heater is at least 400mm. The height between the and the heater must be at least 1.8m.
5. Route the power cable alongside the chain to the socket. The power cable must be attached
to the chain with a pull strap, but make sure it does not make contact with the three links of
the chain. The power cable must under no circumstances touch the heater. The heater should
not be hung up by the power line.
ATTACHMENT TO A GAZEBO
Make sure the frame of the tent in which the heater is suspended, is strong to support
the weight of the heater.
1. Hook the chain to the heater.
2. Wind the chain several times around the frame and attach the other end, just like the also
to the heater. Make sure that the distance between the point of suspension and the heater is at
least 40 cm. The height between the and the heater must be at least 1.80 m.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Do a visual check of the patio heater, power cable and accessories before every use! If you

• Never use the heater as a dryer or to heat a sauna.
• Never use the heater for heating of premises where animals stay.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at
least 1m from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. Do not
place towels or other objects on the heater. Fire hazard!
• A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint,
explosive and/or liquids are used or stored. Keep unit away from heated surfaces
and open Fire hazard!
TURNING THE PATIO HEATER ON AND OFF
• Insert the plug into the socket.
• To turn on the heater pull the cord.
• To turn off the heater pull on the cord again.
• After using the heater, the power plug must be pulled out of the socket.
• Allow the heater to cool completely before moving and storage.
• Never use the heater when there are bad weather conditions like rain, snow, hail, or a thunder
storm.
• Pay attention that, no combustible material due to wind or other environmental
covers or obstructs the appliance, such as curtains, marquees, plastic foil etc.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the heater and let it cool down completely.
• Keep the heater clean. The outer shell may be cleaned with soft, damp cloth. You may use a
mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the heater with a soft cloth.
• Do not use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the
heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
• Do not immerse the heater in water or allow it to get wet.
• Wait till the heater is completely dry before use.
• Any type of maintenance or repairs including the replacement of heating tube should only be
carried out by a electrician or by a recommended service center.
• For a long time of inactivity, please protect the heater with a fabric cover from rain and dust.
