USER GUIDE
Please read this operating manual fully and abide by all safety instructions when
using this device.

This air compressor is supplied with a 2,000mAh 12V lithium ion battery to inflate vehicle tyres, sports balls and
inflatables. This product is intended for household consumer use only.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Work area safety
● Keep work area clean and well lit.
● Do not operate the compressor in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids,
gases or dust. This product may create sparks which could
ignite dust or fumes.
● Keep children and bystanders away while operating the
inflator.
● Do not expose the compressor to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering the compressor will increase the risk of
damage.
● Disconnect the battery from the compressor before
making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing.
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting
the power tool accidentally.
● Store the compressor out of the reach of children and do
not allow persons unfamiliar with the compressor or these
instructions to operate the compressor.
● Operate the compressor in an open area at least 45cm
away from any wall or object that could restrict the flow of
fresh air to the ventilation openings.
Device-specific safety instructions
● This appliance may not be used by children or people
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a
lack of experience and knowledge. Children must not use
the appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and user
maintenance tasks may not be carried out by children
unless they are supervised.
● Avoid using the compressor at temperatures below +5
degrees.
● Never leave the compressor unsupervised while it is in
use.
● Caution! Operate the compressor only for a short time.
The appliance may overheat if operated continuously for
longer than 10 minutes. Switch the appliance off
immediately and allow it to cool down for at least 10
minutes.
● This product does not contain any user servicable parts -
do not disassemble.
● Check the condition of the airline and fixings prior to use;
make sure all connections are secure.
● Only use the accessories supplied with the compressor.
● Do not use if there is any signs of damage to the product
or if any switchgear is unoperational.
Lithium-Ion safety instructions
• Only ever recharge the battery using the AC charger supplied.
• If at any time you witness a battery starting to balloon, swell
up, emit smoke or become hot, discontinue the charging
process immediately, disconnect the battery and observe it in
a safe place for approximately 15 minutes. Since delayed
chemical reaction can occur, it is best to observe the battery as
a safety precaution; observation should occur in a safe area
outside of any building or vehicle and away from any
combustible material.
• Do not store or charge the battery in extreme temperatures
and keep out of direct sunlight.
• Do not allow the battery to remain discharged for extended
periods.
•Never attempt to use or charge a damaged battery.
•Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.
Risk of injury!
•Do not inflate any objects beyond stated maximum pressure.
They could burst and cause injury and/or material damage.
● Do not use at a pressure greater than 150PSI.
● Never use the appliance for purposes other than the ones for
which it was designed.
● The appliance must always be kept clean, dry and free from
oil or grease.
● Do not use this compressor while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
● The use of personal protective equipment such as Eye
protection and hearing protection is recommended.
● Keep your hair, clothing & gloves away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair could get caught in moving
parts.
● Remain alert at all times! Never use the appliance when you
are distracted or don’t feel well.
● Do not carry or hang the appliance by the air hose.
● Note that the compressor and hose can get very hot during
extended operation. This is normal but care should be taken to
avoid injury.
● The appliance will vibrate during operation; this is normal.
● Never obstruct the air intake or outlet during operation.
● Never point the compressor towards yourself or others
during operation.
WARNING –do not leave items being inflated unattended
whilst in use. These items could burst and cause injury

•The 12V lithium ion battery can only be charged with the AC charging adaptor supplied.
•Connect the AC adaptor to a socket outlet and switch on.
•Connect to the charging port on rear of the battery (FIG 2).
•The battery charging status can be confirmed by the illumination of LED’s on the rear of the battery. Once all
3 LED’s are permanently illuminated the charge process is complete.
•Fully charge the battery at least once every 3 months to ensure the condition of the battery is maintained.

Connect the 12V lithium ion battery into the base of the compressor as shown in FIG 3. The digital display on the gauge
will illuminate when power is supplied.

QUICK START
•Before use, ensure the device is sufficently charged and check the manufacturer’s recommended pressure for
the item you are inflating.
•Ensure the air hose is securely screwed into the compressor
•Select the appropriate adaptor for the item you are inflating and screw into the air chuck.
•Connect the adaptor into the valve of the item you are inflating.
•To activate the compressor press the SET button on the display.
•Wait approximately 2-3 seconds for the display to show a pressure before attempting to start the compressor.
•The current pressure will be displayed, unit of measure can be changed (psi, bar, kPa, kg/cm2) by pressing the
“SET” button.
•Press the On/Off button to start the compressor.
•The compressor will run continuously until the On/Off button is pressed again.
•The LED light will illuminate whilst the compressor is in use.
SETTING THE AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF PRESSURE
•The default set pressure is 35PSI.
•Note: The LCD will only show inflation pressures when the compressor is connected to a valve.
•To switch between the different units (psi, bar, kPa, kg/cm2), press the “SET” button (FIG 4) until the
required units are displayed.
•Press the “-“ or “+” button to choose the desired value. Holding the “-“ or “+” button will accelerate the
numerical change.
•Once the desired value has been selected the screen will flash 3 times and the pressure will be set. Note: the
display value will revert to 0.0 until the compressor is being used.
•Connect the adaptor into the valve of the item you are inflating.
•Press the On/Off trigger button to start the compressor.
•When the item to be inflated has reached the preset value the unit will automatically turn off.
•To stop the compressor at any time press the On/Off button again.
NOTES:
•The compressor will ‘sleep’ after 30 seconds of inactivity. The digital display will be blank during sleep mode.
To re-activate the compressor press the SET button on the display.
•You may notice the actual pressure reading may drop after a couple of seconds, this is normal.
•In automatic shut off mode the compressor will inflate approx 1.5 PSI over the pre set value before it cuts out
to compensate for pressure fluctuations during the inflation process

SAFETY LOCK
•To activate the safety lock ensure the compressor is in sleep mode. Press the On/Off button and slide the lock
switch upwards. The compressor is now locked and any accidental button presses will not activate the device.
•To unlock the compressor press the On/Off button again, the lock will automatically release.
USING THE COMPRESSOR AS A PRESSURE GAUGE
•Connect the adaptor into the valve of the item you are inflating.
•The gauge will display the current pressure.
USING THE BATTERY AS A POWER BANK
•The 12V lithium ion battery can be used as a power bank to charge anything that requires a 5VDC supply, such
as phones, tablets and many other portable devices
•To charge a device insert a USB cable (not included) into the 5V/1A USB outlet into the rear of the battery.
•Connect to your device (FIG 5).
•Push the power button which is located underneath the A/C charging inlet as shown below (FIG 6).
•The LED indicator will illuminate and charging will commence.

There are no servicable parts included in this compressor. Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth,
preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft
cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia or water, etc. These solvents
may damage the plastic parts. The machine requires no additional lubrication.

In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in sturdy packaging. Most of the
packaging materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your
unwanted machines to your local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection
centres (if available).
