Proper maintenance is the responsibility
of the Tenants. Damages cause by
neglecting to properly use and maintain
the wash machine will be charged back
to the Tenants. Please make sure to
operate the wash machine properly. .
Over filling will cause damage to the
wash machine.
All sharp / metal objects must be removed in
order to prevent damage to the rubber seal
on the wash machine. Refer to page 2.
