Your MZ03 alarm system will be automatically armed when you lock the car doors pressing the LOCK BUTTON of
your Mazda genuine remote control. You will see the direction indicators flash once and a flashing LED of alarm
system confirming it has been armed successfully.
The alarm will be disarmed when the doors are unlocked pressing the UNLOCK BUTTON of your Mazda genuine
remote control or pressing the button present on the door handle for the car with the original keyless system.
You will see the direction indicators flash twice and a the alarm LED goes off confirming it has been disarmed
successfully.
After triggered an alarm cycle in your absence the system will be disarmed when the doors are unlocked pressing the
UNLOCK BUTTON of your Mazda genuine remote control, you will see the direction indicators flash twice and hear
the siren make a short sounds in order to inform you.
To know the triggered alarm cause follow the indications described in section "alarm trigger memory".
Note: in case of loss of the original remote control or battery discharge, it is possible to access the car by opening the
doors with the hard key. This action will generate an optical/acoustical alarm: follow the instructions in the
"emergency"section to stop the alarm sounding.
For the first 25 seconds after your car alarm has been armed, you will you will be informed of any attempts to break
in to your car by one flash. After 25 seconds, the security system enters its pre-alarm status and will trigger a full alarm
if any attempts is made to break into the car.
When the alarm is armed, it controls:
• If the doors are opened, by means of the standard courtesy light switches.
• If the bonnet or boot are opened, by means of the standard switches or additional switches.
• If there is any movement inside the vehicle, by means of its volumetrical sensors.
• If the power supply is cut, by means of siren with incorporated self-powered battery.
• If any attempts are made to start up the engine, by means a check of the ignition on the instrument panel.
• If the doors are opened, by means of the standards switches or additional switches.
 •Thesirenwillconrmbysoundingrapidly3timesafterturningignitionkeyONandOFFtwice.
Arm the alarm system within the next 15 seconds.

ULTRASONIC SENSORS
After you have disarmed the alarm, you may notice the LED
flashing.
This is to inform you that an acoustic alarm signal, or more than
one, was triggered in your absence.
You can identify what caused the alarm by using the next table.
The alarm system will continue to repeat the cycle of these
signals until you turn the ignition key to the ON position or
re-arm the alarm system itself.
Note: If the LED is flashing after you have disarmed the alarm, please read the section on “Alarm trigger memory”

If the bonnet is ajar or have not been closed properly before you arm, the alarm system will not be able to safeguard
the level of security it was designed to provide.

In case of loss of the original remote control or battery discharge, it is possibile to access the car by opening the doors
with the hard key. This action will generate an optical/acoustical alarm that will be stopped turning ON the ignition panel
for few seconds to recognise a deactivation message from original key.
The disarming of the alarm system will be confermed by alarm LED that goes OFF.
In order to reactivate the alarm system, it is necessary to lock/unlock the doors by original remote control and at the
next lock command the alarm system it will be activated as described in the "how it works" section.

Ihr Alarmsystem MZ03 wird automatisch scharfgeschaltet, wenn Sie die Türsicherungen Ihres Fahrzeugs mit der
serienmäßigen Fernbedienung TASTE LOCK schließen. Die Scharfschaltung wird durch das Blinken der Alarm-
leuchtdiode und durch ein mehrmaliges Aufblinken der Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger signalisiert.
Die Entschärfung erfolgt beim Öffnen der Türsicherungen mit der serienmäßigen Fernbedienung TASTE UNLOCK
oder mittels Drucktaste des Fernbedienungssystems an den Griffen der Türen bei den Autos mit Keyless-System und
wird durch das Ausgehen der Leuchtdiode und durch ein mehrmaliges Aufblinken der Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger signal-
isiert.
Nach einem Alarm erfolgt das Entschärfen beim Öffnen der Türsicherungen immer mit der serienmäßigen Fernbedi-
enung und es wird durch ein mehrmaliges Aufblinken der Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger, dem sofort ein kurzer Sirenenton
folgt, signalisiert. Um die Ursache des Alarms zu erfahren, dem im Kapitel “Alarmspeicher” Beschriebenen folgen.
HINWEIS: Wenn Sie das Fahrzeug mit dem Autoschlüssel öffnen müssen, weil die serienmäßige Fernbedienung
nicht funktioniert, löst das System beim Öffnen der Tür einen optischen/akustischen Alarm aus. Befolgen Sie zum
Ausschalten dieses Alarms die Anweisungen im Kapitel “Notentsperrung”.
In den ersten 25 Sekunden nach dem Scharfschalten des Alarmsystems wird jeder Einbruchsversuch durch das
einmalige Aufblinken der Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger gemeldet. Nach weiteren 25 Sekunden schaltet das System in den
Voralarm-Zustand und löst bei jedem Einbruchsversuch einen Alarm aus.
Das Alarmsystem kontrolliert im scharfgeschalteten Zustand Folgendes:
• Öffnen der Fahrzeugtüren mittels der serienmäßigen Tasten der Türen
• Öffnen des Motor- und des Kofferraums mittels der serienmäßigen Tasten
• Bewegung eines Körpers innerhalb des Fahrgastraums mittels der volumetrischen Sensoren.
• Unterbrechung der Stromversorgung mittels einer in die Sirene integrierten Batterie.
• Anlassversuch mittels einer Kontrolle der Zündung im Armaturenbrett.
•DieTüröffnungüberdieumlaufendenserienmäßigenoderzusätzlichenSchalter.
 •DieSirenebestätigtdenAusschluss,indemsie3kurzeTöneabgibt,wennderZündschlüsselzweimalgedrehtwurde.

kann das System nicht den Sicherheitsstandard, für den es entwickelt wurde, gewährleisten.

Wenn beim Einschalten desAlarms die Motorhaube nur aufgelegt oder nicht gut geschlossen ist, garantiert das
SystemdenSicherheitsstandardnicht,fürdenesentwickeltwurde.Umdieszuvermeiden,sicherstellen,dassder
ZündschlüsselinderOFF-Positionist,unddassdieMotorhaube,dieTüren,diehintereTür,derKofferraumoder

Beim Verlust des Originalhandsenders oder bei leeren Batterien kann man Zugriff zum Fahrzeug erhalten, wenn
man die Zentralverriegelung mit dem mechanischen Schlüssel betätigt. Das Türöffnungssystem erzeugt dann einen
optischen/akustischen Alarm; um ihn zu stoppen, reicht es aus, den Originalfahrzeugschlüssel erkennen zu lassen,
indem einige Sekunden lang das Armaturenbrett eingeschaltet wird.
Das Entschärfen des Alarms wird durch das Ausgehen der Leuchtdiode signalisiert.
Um das System erneut funktionstüchtig zu machen, ist es nötig, die Türsicherungen mit dem Originalsender des
Fahrzeugs zu schließen und wieder zu öffnen und beim nächsten Schließen greift der Alarm wie im Kapitel
“Funktionsweise” beschrieben ein.

Su sistema de alarma MZ03 se conecta automáticamente en el momento en que Vd cierra el vehículo mediante el
mando original (PULSADOR LOCK). La conexión va seguida del parpadeo del led y de algunos parpadeos de los
indicadores de dirección.
La desconexión se producirá al pulsar el mando original (PULSADOR UNLOCK) o mediante el pulsador de acciona-
miento a distancia que se encuentra en la manilla de la puerta de los vehículos con sistema Keyless y confirmado
con el apagado del les y algunos parpadeos de los indicadores de dirección.
Después de una alarma, la desconexión se producirá siempre desde el mando a distancia de serie y será indicado
con algunos parpadeos de los intermitentes seguidos de un breve tono de la sirena, para conocer la causa de la
alarma ver el punto referido a la “memoria de alarmas”.
NOTA: Si por motivos de fallo de funcionamiento de mando original tuviera la necesidad de abrir el vehículo mediante
la llave mecánica, se producirá una alarma optico/acústica. Para detener la alarma siga el procedimiento descrito en
el punto “emergencia”
En los primeros 25 segundos desde la conexión de la alarma, cada evento será indicado con un parpadeo de los
intermitentes. Pasados 25 segundos el sistema se coloca en estado de prealarma y cualquier tentativa de robo
generará una alarma.
Cuando la alarma está conectada se controlan:
• La apertura de las puertas mediante los pulsadores de serie.
• La apertura del capó y del maletero mediante los pulsadores de serie.
• Movimiento dentro del habitáculo mediante los sensores volumétricos.
• Corte de la alimentación mediante una batería de autoalimentación integrada en la sirena
• Tentativa de arranque mediante el control del contacto.
•Laaperturadelaspuertasmediantelosinterruptoresperimetralesdeserieoadicionales.
 •Lasirenaconrmarálaexclusiónemitiendo3sonidoscortosdespuésdehaberdadolavueltaalallavede
encendidodosveces.
Exclusión de los sensores de ultrasonidos
Sisedeseadejarelcocheconlasventanillasabiertasesnecesarioexcluirlossensoresdeultrasonidos.
Sisedeseacerrarelcocheactivandolaalarmadurantesutransportesobreotrovehículooenunaembarcación,es
necesarioexcluirlossensoresdeultrasonidos.
Para efectuar dichas exclusiones:
•girarlallavedearranquedelcochedosvecesconsecutivas(ON/OFFON/OFF).
•Lasirenaconrmarálaexclusiónemitiendo3sonidoscortosdespuésdehaberdadolavueltaalallavedeen-
cendidodosveces.
Conectelaalarmaantesdequepasen15segundos.
NOTA:Laexclusiónseráactivasóloparaunaconexión.Desdelaconexiónsucesiva,sinoserepitelaoperaciónde
exclusión,losultrasonidosestaránactivados.

Si el capó está entreabierto o mal cerrado cuando se activa la alarma, el sistema no garantiza el estándar de
seguridad para el que ha sido proyectado.

En caso de pérdida del mando original o descarga de la batería del mismo es posible acceder al interior del
vehículo mediante la llave mecánica se producirá una alarma optico/acústica. Para detener la alarma bastará con
hacer reconocer la llave original del vehículo poniendo el contacto durante algunos segundos . La desconexión de
la alarma será señala con el apagado del LED.
Para hacer nuevamente operativo el sistema será necesario, mediante el mando a distancia original, cerrar y abrir
y, en el siguiente ciclo de cierre, la alarma se conectará como se describe en el capítulo “Funcionamiento”
