To assemble the bed you require
drill-driver, Philips screwdriver, 8mm hex key, rubber hammer, two adults.
Wooden elements:
Foot end (1) –1 pc.
Head end (2) –1 pc.
Head rest (3) –1 pc.
Head rest end (4) –1 pc.
Right side rail (5) –1 pc.
Left side rail (6) –1 pc.
Middle bar (7) –1 pc.
Middle leg (8) –1 pc.
Construction bar with legs (9) –2 pcs.
Stabilising pins (10) –20 pcs.
Stabilising bar (11) –1 pc.
Head rest angle sill (12) –1 pc.
Steel elements:
Maxifix cam (A) –12 pcs.
Maxifix coupling (B) –12 pcs.
Maxifix bolt (C) –12 pcs.
Flat fitting (D) –2 pcs.
“L” fitting (E) –2 pcs.
“UT” fitting (G) – 4 pcs.
4 x 15 screw (short) –14 pcs.
5 x 25 Spax screw (middle) –24 pcs.
4 x 70 screw (long) –4 pcs. (2 pcs.
are already mounted in the head

1. Step
With the use of Spax 5x25 screws and a drill-
driver secure the “UT” fittings (G) to the side
rails (5 and 6) as per the marked holes (4
screws per one fitting).
2. Step
With the use of 4x15 screws and the drill-
driver secure the flat fitting (D) to the side
rails (5 and 6) as per the marked holes.
3. Step
Screw the Maxifix couplings (B) clockwise
with the 8mm hex key to the holes in the bed
side rails (5 and 6). The proper holes are
milled and placed respectively: in the foot
end: 2 and 5, in the head end: 2, 5, 7 and
10. IMPORTANT: The coupling has to be
screwed until it’s aligned with the wood
surface (no deeper).
4. Step
Prepare the steel Maxifix bolts (C) and screw
them clockwise to the Maxifix couplings (B).
5. Step
Place the stabilising pins (10) in the rest of the
side rails holes (5 and 6) and hammer until
they reach the bottom.
6. Step
Prepare the Maxifix cams (A) and insert them
into the holes drilled in the head and foot
ends (1, 2, 3 and 4) so that the arrows on the
cams are turned in the direction of the edges, where the horizontal holes are drilled.

7. Step
Assemble all the frame elements together, so
that they adjoin tightly. The stabilising bolts
should fit in the holes, while the Maxifix bolts
should fit in the cams. To facilitate this, the bed
can be placed on the side rail. Remember to
place the stabilising bar in the milled grooves
in the head rest elements and head rest end.
8. Step
With the use of Philips screwdriver turn the
Maxifix cams (A) all the way clockwise. The cam
should turn at least 135 degrees (3/8 of a turn)
to secure the elements.
9. Step
The prepared bed frame with the rest of the
elements should look as illustrated below:
10. Step
Place the bed frame on the construction bars (9) so that the ends of the bar enter the “UT”
fittings (G), and secure the construction bars (9) with the 5x25 Spax screws (two screws per one
fitting on each side) as per the holes in the “UT” fitting (G).

11. Step
Secure the “L” (E) fittings to the middle bar (7) with the use of a drill-driver and 4x15 screws.
12. Step
Insert the middle leg (8) in the middle hole
of the bar (7).
13. Step
Place the middle bar (7) aligning the “L”
fittings (E) with the flat fittings (D).
Insert the rack and the mattress in the frame.

Zur Reinigung der Oberflächen verwenden Sie bitte lediglich ein angefeuchtetes Tuch.
Dieses Produkt ist nur für den Einsatz in Privathaushalten konzipiert.
Massivholz
Feine Äste, Verwachsungen und kleine Risse sind naturbedingt und kein Reklamationsgrund.
Farbdifferenzen und verschiedene Maserungsverläufe zeugen von der Echtheit des Holzes und sein kein qualitativer Mangel.
Lackierte Oberflächen
Gegenstände bitte nicht ohne geeigneten Untersetzer auf den Oberflächen abstellen.
Eventuell sichtbare Polier und Schleifspuren sind produktionsbedingt und stellen keinen qualitativen Mangel dar.
Geölte und gewachste Oberflächen
Vermeiden Sie bitte Staunässe auf der Oberfläche und entfernen Sie Getränkereste sofort.
GB - General
Please make sure that your rooms are ventilated regularly.
Very dry or very humid aid will support the warping of wooden products.
Wipe off liquids and moist spots immediately with a soft and dry cloth.
Prevent sharp and pointed objects from direct contact with the surface.
Do not use washing powders or any other substances containing abrasives to clean the surface.
This product is conceived only for private household.
Solid wood
Little knots, connation and little cracks in the wood are typical natural characteristic of wood and not a reason for a claim.
Differences in color and grain are also typical for solid wood and not a qualitative defect.
Lacquered surfaces
Please don’t put any item without table mat on the surface, it could cause heavy scratches. Maybe visible polish marks are
conditions of production and not a reason for a claim.
Oiled an waxed surfaces
Please take care of wetness on the surface and clean it at once.
