IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
This cabinet is designed for use in restaurants, catering facilities, etc... It is
not intended for industrial use.
It should be installed by a specialised installer.
Avoid installing the cabinet near a major source of heat or in direct exposure
to sunlight.
Note that too high an ambient temperature can impair performance.
The air compressor condenser must be cleaned regularly (every 3 to 6
months) by a refrigeration engineer.
Do not modify the electrical connection made by the installer, particularly the
earth continuity circuit. In case of a problem on the electric circuit, only the
installer or the builder are competent for servicing
The supply cable that is fitted is a specific part and should only be replaced
with an original part. Being considered as a circuit-breaker, make sure that the
plug is easily accessible as a means of isolation.
Observe the rules of hygiene by regularly cleaning the :
. interior fittings
. door seals
. interior lining
Do not use corrosive or acid products.
Water spraying can cause damage.
. Do not clean with a water jet in order to avoid spraying the appliance.
. Do not install the appliance in the open air or exposed to the elements.
Correct functioning depends on the factory fitted safety systems being
respected. No responsibility can be accepted for malfunctions that result from
modifications made to the equipment.
The manufacturer can not be held responsible if the equipment is used for anything
other than the purpose it was designed for.

2. CONTROL PANEL
IMPORTANT
Regulation does not switch off general supply to the appliance.
If the unit is not going to be used for a prolonged period switch off at unplug or turn
off at the isolator to protect the refrigeration equipment.
In standby mode the thermostat does not cut off general supply to the appliance and, as a
consequence, only the compressor and condenser are switched off.
2.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL
Key 1: "HACCP" and key (-) Led 1°: Cycle " Soft Chill "
Key 2: "Choice of cycle" and key (+) Led 2°: Cycle "Defrost"
Key 3: "Cycle launch" Led 3°: Cycle "Freezing"
Display 1: Main temperature display Led 4 : Cycle in progress
Display 2: Bar-graph display
Key 1: "HACCP"
The HACCP key will display the information of the last cycle realized when the
appliance is on standby (the main display indicates the duration then the final temperature of
the last cycle) or the information of the cycle in progress when the appliance is processing a
cycle (the main display shows the time spent from the beginning of the cycle, then the
anticipated remaining time to reach the cycle end).
Key 2: "Choice of cycle"
The “choice of cycle” key selects either "Soft Chill" or "Defrost" or "Freezing". By
successively depressing the key you select one of the 3 cycles indicated above and return to
the cycle by default.
Note: The operation is autonomous after the cycle is launched and at the end in
conservation phase (preadjusted setpoints according to the cycle chosen).
Key 3: "Cycle Launch"
The “Cycle Launch” key launches cycles whatever the parameters.
