When a cycle is in progress, the turning leds (Led 4) are activated.
It is possible to interrupt a cycle in progress at any time by depressing the "launch
cycle"key (key 3) for several seconds.
"rEG"is displayed if the cycle in progress does not comply to the regulation.
In order to reduce energy consumption, the cabinet switches over automatically to
"stand by"mode after several minutes of inactivity. The "stand by" mode is visible by the
middle led on the main display which flashes at very low frequency.
You can leave the "stand by"mode at any time by depressing any key on the keyboard.

Stopping the buzzer to end the cycle is done simply by pressing any key on the control
board.
At any time you can change the cycle time or temperature of end of cycle. To do so,
while the current cycle unfolds, press key 3. It then becomes possible to change the setting
by pressing key 1 (-) and the 2 (+).
2.2 OPERATING TEMPERATURE CYCLE
Before putting foodstuff in the appliance for chilling or freezing, it is advisable to have
set an operating temperature cycle in order to cool down the inner cavity of the cabinet so as
to benefit from optimal performance of the refrigerating system.
Depress the "launch cycle " key (key 3) and wait till the end of the cycle at +10°C.
2.3 QUICK REFRIGERATION CYCLE IN "PROBE" OR "TIME"
MODE
Depress the "Launch Cycle " key (key 3);
Electronics will automatically detect the type of cycle it can carry out in Probe or Timer
mode.
If the probe is inserted in a hot product, the cycle will start in skewer probe; if the probe
remains in the ambient surrounding, the cycle will be in Timer mode.
2.4 QUICK REFRIGERATION CYCLE IN “SOFT CHILL” "PROBE"
OR "TIMER" MODE
Depress the "Cycle choice" key (key 2) to select "Soft Chill"(led 1) then depress the
key "Launch Cycle"(key 3).
Electronics will automatically detect the type of cycle it can carry out in Probe or Timer
mode.
If the probe is inserted in a hot product, the cycle will start in Skewer Probe mode; if the
probe remains in the ambient surrounding, the cycle will be in Timer mode.

"Launch Cycle"key (key 3).
