Suggested Use
NITROFIT DELUXE PLUS SUGGESTED USE
• The Nitrofit Deluxe Plus utilizes a mechanical stimulus to activate your muscles. Unless you are already
experienced with vibration training or are a well trained athlete you should start at low speeds ( under 10 ) with
your feet close together for the first few weeks. During this acclimation period listen to your body. More use of
the machine does not always equate to better for you. You will need to increase speeds and widen your stance
slowly over your first few weeks of vibration training/therapy. During this acclimation period try not to use the
machine more than 3 times per week for more than 15 minutes per session.
•After getting though your acclimation period you may increase your machine use to as often as as you feel
comfortable with. If you find yourself getting too sore then take a day or two off and let your body recover.
Remember this machine is mechanically stimulating your body to move faster than it is capable of doing on its
own. Like any form of exercise, it is unwise to over do it.
Lymphatic Drainage:
If using the Nitrofit machine for Lymphatic drainage and swelling reduction make sure to keep your feet wider on
the platform. We recommend using speeds below 15 with your feet as wide as you can tolerate it.
Fitness:
If using the Nitrofit Machine for fitness we recommend following our basic 10 work out as seen in your exercise
chart. You can pick and choose exercises that fit your exercise regimen and perform them in multiple sets as you
see fit. Nitrofit can also be used as warm up before traditional resistance training, in conjunction with regular
resistance training, and as a warm down from physical activity. For best results make sure that you perform
regular cardiovascular exercise such as walking, running, cycling , rowing or elliptical training in conjunction with
your vibration training regimen.
Massage:
When using the Nitrofit machine for massage we recommend using speed settings between 20 and 30. The higher
frequencies can stimulate blood flow and reduce soreness. See the Nitrofit Flow section of your included exercise
chart provides examples of some of the suggested massage positions. You can use massage potions as regularly as
you like. Some people experience an itching sensation from the increased vibration speeds. If the itching
sensation becomes too intense then lower your vibration speeds during these exercises or take regular breaks
during a massage vibration therapy session.
•TIPS TO READ BEFORE USE:
1. Get off the machine immediately if you feel light headed, dizzy or abnormal discomfort.
2. Minimize vibration exposure to your head by keeping a slight bend in your elbows and knees.
3. Hydrate before vibration training sessions to avoid dizziness and possible headaches.
4. Eat something at least 30 minutes before your vibration training sessions.
5. Place the plate mat on the vibration plate to make upper body exercises more comfortable on your
hands and forearms.
6. Use the full length exercise mat to place on the floor in front of your machine before exercise to
soften the ground and protect your clothing from getting dirty.
7. Set your machine up on tile, hardwood, or concrete flooring. Carpet will cause the post of the machine
to shake uncontrollably. If you have to place the machine on carpet due to limited flooring availability
then place a wooden board between the carpet and the machine.
