誠にありがとうございます。
ご使用前に、必ずこの取扱説明書をよく読んでいただき、
正しくご使用下さい。
間違った取扱いは思わぬ事故や故障の原因となります。
使用上の注意事項、使用方法、能力などについて
十分ご理解の上、安全適切にご使用下さいます様、
お願い致します。
本書は、C リンガー保証書と兼ねていますので、
お読みになった後は大切に保管して下さい。

誤った使い方や修理・調整を行うと、ケガの原因となります。
適切な教育・訓練を受けてから使用してください。
False operation, repair or adjustment may cause injury. Receive appropriate
education and training before use.
お読みになった後は、お使いになる方がいつでも見られる所に
必ず保管してください。
Keep this manual nearby where a user can access at all times.
保護メガネを着用してください。
Wear eye protector.
C リングが飛び出す場合があります。目に入ると失明する恐れがあります。
ご使用の際には、必ず保護メガネを着用してください。
There is a risk for accidental fly out of C-Ring which may cause blindness.
Ensure to wear eye protector during operation.
防音保護具（耳栓）を着用して下さい。
Wear noise protection (earplugs).
作業をする際、C リンガーの排気音や排気エアーから耳を守るため、
必ず、防音保護具（耳栓）を着用してください。
※ 本製品は、86dB(A)以上の大きな排気音が発生します。
In order to protect your ears from the exhaust noise and emission during operation,
make sure to wear protection (earplugs).
＊Exhaust noise level of this product is over 86dB(A).
手袋を着用して下さい。
Wear gloves.
作業をする際、手袋を着用して下さい。
作業環境に応じて、安全靴等の防具を着用して下さい。
Wear gloves during operation. According to working environment,
also wear other protective equipment such as safety footwear.
空気以外の酸素、水素、可燃ガス等は使用しないで下さい。
Do not use oxygen, hydrogen, or combustible gas.
爆発の恐れがあり、事故の原因になります。
There is a risk of explosion and causes an accident.
可燃性の液体やガスのある所で使用しないでください。
Do not use at a location where flammable liquid or gas exists.
C リングを加締めるときに火花が出る場合があります。可燃性の液体や、ガス（シンナー、ガソリン、塗料、
ガス類など）のある所で作業すると火花による引火、爆発・火災の恐れがあり、事故の原因となります。
When you fasten a C-Ring, it may spark.
If you operate at a location where flammable liquid or gas (thinner, gasoline, Paint or other gasses) exist,
it may lead into ignition, explosion or fire by spark and causes an accident.

エアーホースに接続するときは、トリガー（引金）に指をかけないでください。
ジョーの先端に手又は体の一部を近づけないでください。
When you connect air hose, do not put your hand or body near the tips of Jaws.
ジョーが作動し、けがの原因になります。
Jaw may get activated and cause injury
指定の空気圧力で使用してください。
Operate at prescribed air pressure.
この製品の使用空気圧力限度は、「0.7MPa（約 7.1kgf/cm2）以下」です。
0.7MPa を超えた空気圧力で使用すると、製品の破損の恐れがあり、けがの原因となります。
The limit of air pressure for this product is “0.7MPa" (approximately 7.1kgf/cm2) or less”.
In case of being used over 0.7MPa, it may damage the product and cause injury.
人体に向けないでください。
Do not point to human body.
危険です。エアー供給された状態では、作業者およびまわりの人に向けないでください。
Danger. Do not point to operator or other persons where air is supplied.
作業中は、まわりの人の安全確保にも十分注意をはらってください。
Pay attention to ensure safety of people around yourself during operation.
ジョー先端に、手・足など人体を近づけて作業をしないでください。
Keep hands, legs and other parts of body away from the tips of Jaws
in operation.
誤作動・C リングの飛び出し等、思いがけないけがにつながります。
It may cause accidental injury by malfunction or a C-Ring fly out.
C リングを加締めるとき以外は、トリガー（引金）に指をかけないでください。
Do not put your finger on trigger except when you fasten C-Ring.
トリガーに指をかけて、持ち運びや、手渡しなどをしないでください。
誤って作動する恐れがあり、けがの原因となります。
Do not put your finger on trigger when you carry or pass the C-Ringer.
It may mistakenly activate the C-Ringer and causes injury.
トリガーに指をかけた状態でエアーホースをはずさないでください。
Do not put your finger on trigger when you remove air hose.
トリガーに指をかけた状態でエアーホースをはずすと、次につないだ時にジョーが作動し、けがの原因に
なります。
If you remove air hose with your finger on trigger, it may activate jaw when you connect the hose next
and causes injury.
無理な姿勢で作業しないでください。
Do not work with improper posture.
常に足元を安定させ、バランスを保つようにしてください。
転倒して、けがの原因となります。
高所作業のときは、作業中に落ちることのないように十分足場の安定性を確認してください。
Stand up on stable foot at all times to keep balance. Otherwise, you may fall down and causes injury.
During high-place work, please make sure the stability of foothold in order to prevent falling accident.
使用中《During Use》

長時間の連続使用は、お避け下さい。
Avoid continuous operation for long hours.
長時間同じ指でトリガーを引き続けると、指又は腕に負担がかかります。
使用中、不快感・痛み・しびれなどを感じた場合、責任者に伝え、医療専門家に相談してください。
If you keep triggering with your same finger for long hours, it strains your hand and arm.
In case you experience the feeling of discomfort, pain, ache or numbness during use,
report to the employer for medical consultation.
吊り金具を使用する場合は、次のことに注意してください。
When you use a Hanger, beware of the following precautions.
長期間の使用で、吊り金具が摩耗し破断、本体が落下することがあり、けがあるいは故障の原因となります。
吊り金具は定期的に点検し、摩耗等があれば担当営業所にご連絡頂き、速やかに交換してください。
Continuous operation may cause worn-out of Hanger and leads into fracture or fall of C-Ringer.
Check the Hanger regularly, and replace with a new one by contacting our sales office if you find worn-out.
誤って落としたり、ぶつけたりしたときは、ツール本体に破損や亀裂、変形がないことを
よく点検してください。
Check C-Ringer carefully when you mistakenly drop or stub it, whether or not it has any
damage, crack or deformation.
内部の圧縮空気で破裂の恐れがあり、けがの原因になります。
Internal compressed air may burst and causes injury.
使用中、ツール本体に不具合や異常を感じたときは、直ちに使用を中止し、
お買い求めの営業所に修理を依頼してください。
If you find any abnormality during use, stop operation at once and ask our sales office
for repair.
不完全な修理調整は危険です。そのまま使用すると、けがの原因になる恐れがあります。
Inappropriate repair work may cause some danger. It may cause injury.
作業後は、必ずエアーホースを外してください。
Ensure to remove air hose when you finish operation.
誤って作動させた場合など、けがの原因になります。
False actuation may cause injury.
使用しない場合は、適切に保管してください。
Store C-Ringer properly when not in use.
ほこりが入らないよう 本体をポリ袋などで包み、乾燥した場所に置いて保管してください。
Wrap C-Ringer in a clean plastic bag and store it in a cool dry place.
部品をはずしたり、改造をしないでください。
Do not disassemble any component or make a conversion.
安全性が損なわれ、けがの原因になります。
Safeness will be lost and may cause injury.
ツール本体を大切にお手入れしてください。
Take good care of C-Ringer.
メイホウテック C リンガーは、適切なお手入れで、長年にわたりご使用頂けます。
取扱説明書に従いお手入れを行ってください。
If you properly maintain, you can use it for long years.

製品出荷時、ハウジング上部に警告ラベルが貼付してあります。
この警告ラベルは、剥がさずにご使用ください。
警告ラベルが剥がれていたり、表示内容が確認出来ない場合には、使用を中止し、
お買い上げ営業所までご連絡ください。
警告ラベルには、下記事項が記載されています。
Do not remove the warning label which is being attached onto upper section of housing.
Check the label before use and regularly.
If label is peeled off or indication is invisible, stop the usage and contact our sales office.
The following precautions are indicated on the warning label.

・ご使用前に、取扱説明書を必ず読んでください。
・使用中は、安全眼鏡・耳栓・手袋を着用してください。
・ジョー先端に、手・足など人体を近づけて作業をしないでください。
・空気以外の酸素・水素・可燃ガス等は使用しないでください。
・清浄な圧縮空気を使用し、圧力は 0.7MPa 以下で使用してください。
・ご使用にならない場合は、必ず空気を遮断してください。

1. エアーホースの準備 Air Hose
内径 6 ㎜以上のエアーホース（推奨内径 8～8.5 ㎜）を、エアーコンプレッサーにしっかり
接続してください。（※ ホース接続時は、接続器具に応じて適切に行ってください。）
Connect air hose of which bore is over 6mm (8-8.5mm most appropriate) tightly with air
compressor.（※Connect air hose accordingly to connecting hardware）.
【要求されるコンプレッサー能力(例) / Required specifications of Compressor（example）】

2. C リングの準備 C-Ring Preparation
メイホウテック C リンガーには、メイホウテック C リングをご使用ください。
用途にあった、C リングを準備して下さい。（7 ページ参照）
Always use genuine, MEIHOTECH C-Rings in the C-Ringer.
Accommodate C-Ring that meets use application (see page 7 ).
3. 作業環境 Working Environment
床の水分、油分などは滑ってケガをすることがあるので、使用場所の環境に注意してください。
電気配線、ガス管などが周囲にない環境でご使用ください。
低温で使用する場合、温かい服、手袋を着用してください。
バランサーは C リンガーの重量を低減し、作業動作での負荷を低減できます。
Water and oil on the floor may cause slippage and result in injury. Pay attention to your work
environment. Use at a location where no electrical wiring or gas pipe are around.
Wear warm clothes and gloves for use at low temperature.
Balancer reduces the weight of C-Ringer and relieves the workload.
4. 安全点検 Safety Inspection
14 ページの「保守・点検」を参照し、必ず行ってください。
See and follow instructions of page 14 “Maintenance & Inspection”.
エアーホースの長さは、30m 以内のものを使用してください。
(ホース内径 6 ㎜の場合は、長さ 10m 以下)
エアーホースが長いと圧力が低下し、十分な性能(速度・力)が得られません。
Use the air hose of which length is 30m or less (if inner diameter of air hose is
6 mm, it should be 10m or less).
If it is too long, air pressure decreases and you cannot obtain proper performance
(speed and force).
エアー吹き出し口を自分または他人に向けないでください。
Do not aim air outlet at yourself or others.
注記 / NOTICE
子供など作業者以外は近づけないでください。
Do not let any unconcerned person (e.g. child) near workplace.
ねじ類がゆるんでいないことを、十分に点検してください。
Check all screws not to have any of them to be loosened.
損傷・はずれている部品や、正常に動作しない部品がないことを点検してください。
Check all components not to have any of them to be damaged, loosened,
or malfunctioned.
８. 作業前の準備 〈Pre-Operation Check〉

1. 安全眼鏡、手袋、耳栓を着用してください。
Wear eye protector, gloves and earplugs.
2. C リングをセットする
Set C-Ring
プッシャーを引っ張り、マガジンボディから外して
フィーダーアームのフックにひっかけてください。
Pull the PUSHER and Hook it on the
FEEDER ARM.
マガジンに C リングを装填してください。
Load C-Ring Strip into MAGAZINE.
プッシャーをフックから外し、マガジンに戻して
プッシャー先端で C リングを押すように
セットしてください。
Take PUSHER off the Hook and set
C-Ringer Strip with pressing.
可燃性の液体やガスのある所で使用しないでください。
Do not use at a location where flammable liquid or gas exists.
作業環境に応じた防具等を必ず着用してください。
Ensure to wear protective equipment according to working environment.

3. 空気圧力の確認
Air Pressure Check
指定値を超える空気圧力で使用すると、製品の性能・寿命、安全に影響します。
また、推奨圧力より低い圧力で使用すると加締め不良がおこる可能性があります。
推奨空気圧力の範囲内で使用してください。
If you operate at excessive pressure, it negatively affects performance, longevity and safety.
If you operate at lower pressure than recommended level, it may cause tightening error.
Please operate within the range of prescribed pressure.
4. エアーホースを接続する
Air Hose Connection
この製品の使用空気圧力は、0.7MPa（7.1kgf/cm2）以下です。
推奨圧力は 0.55～0.65 MPa（約 5.6～6.6 kgf/cm2）です。
この範囲内で使用してください。
The pressure level for C-Ringer is prescribed as under
0.7MPa (7.1kgf/cm2). Please operate within this pressure range.
Recommended pressure is 0.55～0.65 MPa (approx. 5.6～6.6 kgf/cm2).
エアーホースを接続するときは、次のことに注意してください。
Beware of the following precautions when you connect air hose.
・トリガーに指をかけない。
Do not put your finger onto trigger.
・ジョー先端に、手・足など人体を近づけて作業をしないでください。
Keep Hands, Legs and other parts of body away from the tips of Jaws in
operation.
・エアーホースに損傷や接続部にゆるみや漏れがないことを確認する。
Check there is no damage, laxation or leakage in connection of air hose.
・排気が手や足、人体にあたったままの状態で作業をしない。
Do not operate with air outlet aiming at your hands, legs or any other body
part.
・ホースとの接続ミスによる事故を未然に防ぐため、確実に接続
できる継手を使用する。 ※ロック及びストップバルブ機構付継手 推奨
In order to avoid accident caused by connection error, use an appropriate
joint. ※Joint with lock or stop valve function is recommended.
・エアーホースを引いてＣリンガーを移動させない。
Do not carry C-Ringer with air hose.

1. C リンガーの使い方
How to use C-Ringer
C リンガーのグリップとハンドルを握り、
アッパージョーとロアージョーの間に、
締結物を入れる。
Hold C-Ringer with both hands (Grip and
Handle), and inject fastening material
between UPPER JAW and LOWER JAW.
トリガーを引くと、ジョーが作動し、
締結物を加締める事ができます。
その際に振動が発生します。※1
※1 振動は、短時間で最小限に抑えられています。
If you pull TRIGGER, JAWS get actuated
and you can fasten the subject.
At that time, vibration occurs. ※1
※1Vibration is instantaneous and minimized.
トリガーを引いた時、Ｃリンガーの後方部
及び下部から排気が噴出します。
顔を近づけないでください。
マガジン内のＣリングが全て無くなる前に
次のＣリングの補充をしてください。
When you pull TRIGGER, air spouts
from the rear and bottom of C-Ringer.
Do not put your face closer.
Please re-load C-Rings into MAGAZINE
before they are finished up.
締結後
Fastening is now completed.
この製品は、トリガーを引くとジョーが作動します。
C リングを加締めるとき以外は、トリガー（引金）に指をかけないでください。
Do not put your finger on trigger except when you fasten C-Ring.
使用中は、安全眼鏡・耳栓・手袋を着用してください。
Wear safety devices like eye protector, earplugs and gloves during operation.

How to handle C-Ring
使用しない場合や作業中断時、使用後はエアーホースをはずし
空気を遮断してください。
Remove air hose and shut the air when not in use.
作業後は、エアーコンプレッサーの空気を抜いて、空気圧力を 0 “ゼロ”に
してください。
ドレン抜きを緩めると、タンク内の水分が排出されると同時に、
圧縮空気が抜けて空気圧力が 0”ゼロ”になります。
Evacuate the air from inside of compressor, and make sure the air pressure level
to be zero.
If you loosen drain, compressed air shall be evacuated and pressure level will be
zero.
メイホウテック C リンガーには、メイホウテック C リングをご使用ください。
Always use genuine, MEIHOTECH C-Rings in the C-Ringer.
C リングは丁寧に取扱ってください。
落とすと連結状態が損なわれる場合があります。
Handle C-Ring with care.
If you drop them down, connection shall be disrupted.
C リングは、長時間外気や直射日光にさらさないでください。
錆の発生や、連結部に不具合が生じる場合があるので、
使用しないときは湿気が少ない低温の環境で保管してください。
Do not expose C-Ring to open air or direct sunlight.
It may gather rust or causes defect of joining section.
Store C-Ring in cool dry place when not in use.
※亜鉛メッキ C リングの場合は、連結テープより湿気が侵入し、
表面を錆びさせる事があります。
長期保存は避け、短期保存の場合でも、
湿気が少ない低温の環境で保管してください。
C-Ring made of galvanized steel wire may gather rust by invasion of air
from connecting tape.
Avoid long storage and even for short-term store in a cool dry place.

1. 各部取付けネジの点検
Fixing Screw
各部取付けネジで緩んでいるところがないか、定期的に点検してください。
緩んでいるところがあれば、付属の六角レンチ等で締め直してください。
特にボルト類の緩みに注意してください。緩んだ状態で使用すると、不具合の原因となります。
Conduct a regular inspection not to have any of fixing screws to be loosened.
If you find any looseness, tighten with hexagon wrench accompanied.
Using the C-Ringer with lose screws may result in damage to the tool.
2. 注油について
Lubrication/Oil Filling
新規購入、又は当社でメンテナンスしたツールには、高品質のグリースが塗布されていますので、
しばらくは、注油の必要はありません。
但し、ご使用状況に応じて、日常的な注油は必要になります。
その際は、極圧剤等が添加された、ギアオイル、工作機械油、多目的油（粘度：VG 100～220）を
使用して下さい。
MEIHOTECH applies high-grade grease onto every C-Ringer before delivery to our customer.
Therefore, lubrication is not required for a certain period after new purchase or maintenance.
For daily oil filling after purchase (usage for certain period), use either gear oil, machine oil, or multi-
purpose oil with extreme-pressure additive (viscosity: VG 100~220).
3. 日常点検 （使用前点検）

作業前に下記注油・点検を行ってください。

1) 注油口への注油

エアーホースに接続後、
トリガーを離した状態とトリガーを引いた状態それぞれで、
右図 注油口に、適量注油してください。
After connecting air hose, please oil with your finger
off the Trigger & with your finger pulling the Trigger.
2) ネジ類が緩んでいないことを、十分に点検してください。
Check all screws not to have any of them to be loosened
故障時や、点検・お手入れの際は、エアーホースをはずしてください。
Remove air hose during maintenance and inspection, or when you clear
the jam of C-Ring.

4. 定期点検 （注油）

使用頻度に応じ定期的に、下記注油・点検を行ってください。
According to usage, conduct regular oil filling and inspection.
1) エアー供給口への注油 Oil filling into Air Inlet
エアー供給口内へ、適量注油してください。

2) マガジンヘッド内側（プッシャーとの接触面）への注油

5. メンテナンス
Maintenance
製品の品質を維持する為に、購入後は 1年に 1回、弊社にてメンテナンスをお薦めします。
In order to maintain product quality after purchase, annual inspection recommended.

Ｃリンガーの性能を十分に発揮させ、長寿命性を備えるために、
ごみ、ほこり等の除去を行ってください。
ちりや水分のない、清浄な圧縮空気を使用してください。
0.7MPa（7.1kgf/cm２）を超えた空気圧力で使用しないでください。
Remove dirt and dust in order to enhance maximum performance of C-Ringer for long-term
operation.
Use compressed air that is clean and dry without dust or excess moisture.
Do not use C-Ringer at air pressure over 0.7 MPa（7.1kgf/cm２）.
交換部品が必要な際は、『メイホウテック純正部品』 をご使用ください。
純正部品以外の使用は、性能が十分に発揮されないばかりか、
器具の損傷や思わぬ事故の原因となります。
If you need any spare parts, please ensure to purchase “MEIHOTECH Genuine Parts”.
Use of improper parts may cause not only defective performance but also damage of equipment and/or

ご使用の地域(国)の法律や条例に定める廃棄方法に従って、廃棄してください。
Discard C-Ringer in accordance with local (governmental) laws and regulations.
