Trouble Cause of issue Possible Solution
Strange smell from
purifier air outlet.
No air flow from device. There is a foreign body
blocking the outlet or the
filter’s packing bag has not
been removed.
Clean the foreign body
or remove the filter’s
packing bag.
Too much dust and / or
contaminants in the filter. Change the filter.
Filter replacement schedule: Every 3-months

Press power button repeatedly to
select the fan speed level “Low”,
“Medium” or “High” displayed by
the indicator panel.
When the “Filter Reset” indicator light
is on, please turn off the power and
replace the purifier filter element.
After the replacement is completed,
press and hold the “Filter Reset” button
for 3 seconds, the buzzer will sound
once and the indicator light will go out.
When the power is on, press “Negative
Ions” to refresh the air in room.
Press “Negative Ions” again to turn
off this feature.
