Overwatch is designed to eliminate mold, bacteria, and viruses in large commercial
spaces. This powerful remediation capability is possible due to the unit’s Active Radiant
Catalysis (ARC™) and UV-Lamp Ozone.

Warnings
UV light in operation. Disconnect unit from power supply before servicing.
Failure to follow warnings may result in severe eye damage.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this equipment has a grounding type
plug that has a third (grounding) pin. The plug will only t into a grounding
type power outlet. If the plug does not t into the outlet, contact qualied
personnel to install the proper outlet. Do not alter the plug in any way.
Never insert hands into the unit’s fan motor while it is plugged in or running.
Follow all installation instructions.
Before servicing or cleaning the unit, unplug it from its power source.
For your safety and the safety of the product, please read through the warnings
below before beginning installation, cleaning, or maintenance.

Installing Overwatch
1. Locate the four 3/8” Mounting Holes
on the two angle brackets attached
to the bottom of the unit.
Overwatch is designed to be suspended close to the ceiling to allow puried air to be effectively
distributed throughout the intended area.
Important: The minimum length of allthread that can be used is 36”. This is necessary to allow ample
room above the unit to remove the cover for ARC Cell replacement.
2. Using 3/8” allthread and
3/8” nuts, washers, and lock
nuts, attach the allthread to
the four holes in the angle
brackets as shown.
3. Then, using the same nut, washer,
and lock nut placement, attach to
the four allthread rods to bracket
securely anchored to joists, purlins,
etc. on the ceiling.

If your OVERWATCH unit has any maintenance problems or requires replacement of parts
you will need to contact GreenTech Environmental.
1. Unplug the Overwatch Unit’s Power Cable from the Power Outlet.
2. Remove the cover and use an Air Duster to rst clear any debris inside the machine.
3. If any dust remains, wipe it down with a damp cloth.
4. Replace the Cover and Plug in the Power Cable.
Cleaning

If your OVERWATCH unit has any maintenance problems or requires replacement of
parts you will need to contact GreenTech Environmental.
The ARC Cells used in this unit should be replaced every 18,000 hours
(2 Years Continuous Operation).
Replacing the ARC Cell(s)
If you need to replace you ARC Cells (that are no longer under warranty) for any
reason, you will need to contact your dealer to purchase a new one.
1. Unplug the Overwatch Unit’s POWER CABLE from the POWER OUTLET.
2. Remove the TOP COVER’s SCREWS along the sides and remove the TOP COVER.
3. Remove the four (4) THUMB SCREWS from the faceplate of the ARC CELL BALLASTS.
4. Pull the ARC BALLAST HOUSING(S) out of the unit.
5. Remove the two (2) screws that connect the ARC CELL and BALLAST HOUSING.
6. Remove the used ARC CELL(S).
7. Replace the used ARC CELL(S) with the new ARC CELL(S).
8. Return the ARC BALLAST HOUSING(S) to their respective positions in the unit, using
the same orientation to ensure air ows through the cell.
9. Replace the THUMB SCREWS to secure the ARC BALLAST HOUSING(S).
10. Replace the TOP COVER.

ARC Cell Disposal (Hg - Lamp Contains Mercury)
Please do not throw a used ARC Cell in the garbage. The special germicidal UVC bulb
used in the unit contains a very small amount of mercury. Manage in accordance with
disposal laws.

Dispose of the spent ARC Cell and UV Lamp at your local recycling center or by
local regulations. You may also send your spent ARC Cell and UV Lamp, in the same
container you received your replacement, to:

Limited Warranty Information
Your OVERWATCH (Product) is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household
use for a period of 2 Years from date of purchase and the ARC Cells are warranted for 2 Years (Prorated). The warranty
is granted only to the original purchaser. The warranty is subject to the following provisions:
Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Product Owner’s
Manual are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the
use of other than Genuine GreenTech Environmental Parts are not covered.
GreenTech Environmental, LLC will, at its option, repair or replace a defective Product or part(s) for the Product that
is/are covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, GreenTech Environmental, LLC will not refund the
customer’s purchase price.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service you must return the defective product along with proof of purchase to the GreenTech
Environmental Authorized Service Center. All shipping costs submitted under this Warranty shall be borne by purchaser.
Unless this Warranty is expressly renewed or extended by GreenTech Environmental, LLC, any repaired or replaced part
of unit shall be warranted to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Before any product is sent for service, the customer should contact the GreenTech Environmental Service Center to
obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This RA Number should be clearly written on the box before shipping. All
components/parts including the remote (if applicable), manuals, and original packaging should be included in the
return if available.
FURTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the Product, including any warranty of
merchantability or any warranty for Fitness For A Particular Purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall GreenTech
Environmental, LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your
purchase or use of the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
