Troubles Solutions Operation
This is a normal situation
caused by the short suction of
water by the internal pressure
of the refrigerator
The refrigerator makes too
much noise even being in
operation for some time.

The refrigerator micro-processed controller is responsible the following functions:
1 COMPRESSOR COMMAND
The controller turns off the compressor when the internal temper ature reaches the adjustment point, fastening it again when over coming
the differential. For example, a controller with a adjustment po int is -3,5° C and a differential of 1 ° C. The compressor will turn off to
-3,5° C the compressor will turn off when defrost is actived too, and still turned off by a non inferior period of 90 secon ds after connected
the unit. This retard has the objective of increasing the useful life of compressor. In event of flaw of sensor the compressor w ill stop
immediately and an alert will be shown in temperature indicator ( consult temperature indicator alerts ).
2 DEFROST
The controller executes automatically a cycle defrost after to b e connected the unit and every 8 hours of
operation. the purpose of cycle defrost when is connected the re frigerator, is to avoid the excessive
accumulation of ice in energy supply flaw, the controller restar t the operation time when being disabled.
For example: supposing that 6 hours of operation have passed ( l acking only 2 hours for next defrost ) and happens
a energy supply flaw.
When losing the controller the registration of lapsed time, imme diately it will execute a defrost cycle, so the user doesn't
need to wait 8 hours for next defrost. The defrost cycle will be concluded when the evaporator reaches the temperature of
+15°C., the internal temperature be up of +30 °C or measured by time, 20 minutes after defrost cycle has conclu ded
(whatever happens first). When the refrigerator is connected and the temperature of evaporator is up +15 °C, the defrost
system will remain disabled. In case defrost sensor failure, an alert will be shown by the temperature indicator (consult
temperature indicator alert)

Defrost and cleaning
This refrigerator is equipped with an evaporador with fins and the defrost it is electric and
automatically regulated by an electronic controller. the defrost ed water goes to cabinet recipient .
INTERNAL CLEANING
Clean the refrigerator using a cloth humidified with neuter soap .
After cleaning the refrigerator, dry it carefully.
EXTERNAL CLEANING
Never use detergents, abrasive, sponges or steel brushes.
Fluorescent lamp luminous panel
1. Remove the screws located on superior cover and the screws loca ted in the lateral of luminous
panel.
2. Remove the superior cover.
3. Remove the luminous panel.
4. Hold the lamp and remove it from support.
5. Substitute it for a new lamp and confirm the lamp operation.
6. Reinstall the cover of the superior panel and place the screws again.
Horizontal Green lamp of the Internal Cabinet
1. Remove the lamp.
2. Hold the lamp and remove it from support.
3. Substitute it for a new green lamp.
4. It makes a verification of operation.
The inner lamp (green) and outside count on Safe-Shield (Plastic Protection)
Allow the refrigerator works least during 1 hour.
It is recommended to load the refrigerator at night, the first l oad requires 15 hours for the bottles arrive to refrigeration
temperature. when recharging (considering 50% of bottles), It wi ll work the unit 10 hours.
Observations
1. The refrigerator was designed to be loaded with glass bottles.
2. Under environmental conditions with air inferior humidity 55%, the formation of vapor in surface of the
bottles will be smaller, even loaded refrigerator correctly.
3. After closing the door, wait approximately 30 seconds to open it again, to allow the unit compensates
the difference of external and internal pressure.
4. To assure the stability of electronic control, avoid to instal l the refrigerator near appliances to generate
high frequency or investment of frequency.
The chart of below, sample the capacity of load of refrigerators . the loading should be with stored
bottles vertically.
