10) Secure all components, and reinstall the radio.
11) Reconnect the vehicle battery.
6) Connect the white 8-pin plug on the IHF-1000 cable to the
vehicle interface cable.

7) Run the two wires with exposed terminals to the amplifier,
which is typically mounted on the rear passenger side. Install the
terminals in the connector as show in the diagram.

8) Install the IHF-1000 keypad on the dashboard of the vehicle,
and route the wire to the IHF-1000 harness. Attach the keypad
connector to the harness.
9) Install the IHF-1000 microphone in an appropriate location (see
IHF-1000 instructions), route the wire to the IHF-1000 harness, and
attach the microphone connector to the harness.

Refer to the IHF-1000 manual for operation. All audio signals from
the IHF-1000 will be played through the car stereo. Adjust the vol-
ume using the radio’s volume knob to a comfortable level. Audio
from FM, CD, Satellite etc. will be automatically paused or muted
while calls are in process. The vehicle’s radio does not need to be on
for IHF-1000 operations, but the vehicle’s ignition must be on or in
accessory mode.

The ABTI-CH2 Chrysler Bluetooth interface is designed
to allow full integration of Motorola’s IHF-1000
Bluetooth Hands free kit with Chrysler Pacifica vehicles.
The kit will allow users to listen to phone calls through
their car stereo. The currently playing radio source will
be automatically muted, and the phone volume may be
controlled by the radio.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
1) Disconnect the vehicle battery.
2) Remove the radio from the dashboard, and disconnect the 10-
pin connector from the rear of the radio (if present).
3) Insert the 10-pin Plug on the vehicle interface cable into the
rear of the radio.
4) Connect the 10-pin cap on the vehicle interface cable to the
10-pin plug previously removed from the rear of the radio (if present).

5) Connect the white 20-pin plug on the vehicle interface cable to
the ABTI-CH2.
