Die LWL-Anschlussdose eignet sich für den Einbau in Brüstungskanäle sowie für die Auf- und Unterputzmontage. Sie
ermöglicht den Abschluss von 4 LWL-Fasern im Endgerätebereich. Eine Verwendung in den Ackermann-Fußbodenebene
Einbaueinheiten „te li flur“ GES 6 und 9 bzw. GESR 7 und 9 ist nur auf dem mittleren Montagebecher möglich.
Der Tragrahmen lässt sich auf allen handelsüblichen Montagebechern mit einem Schraubabstand von 60 mm befestigen. Er
nimmt den Adapterhalter auf, der als Leerversion bzw. bereits vormontiert für alle gängigen LWL-Kupplungstypen (-adap-
ter) erhältlich ist. Die Abdeckkappe verfügt über eine Schraubbefestigung und schließt die Dose weitgehend staubdicht ab.
Integriert ist ein auswechselbares Beschriftungsfeld von 42 mm x 10 mm.
Durch den nach unten gerichteten Steckerausgang (10O-Neigung), ragen die LWL-Stecker nicht unnötig in den freien Raum
und kommen im inneren nicht mit dem Montagebecher in Berührung. Somit wird jeglicher „Stress“ von diesem Bauteil,
insbesondere im Crimpbereich, ferngehalten.
The fiber-optic wall outlet can be used for being mounted in dado trunkings and for surface and flush mounting. It allows
the termination of 4 optical fibers in the end devices area. The use in the Ackermann floor-level mounting units “te li flur”
GES 6 and 9 and GESR 7 and 9 is only possible on the central box.
The support frame can be fastened to all generally available boxes with a screw distance of 60 mm. The adaptor holder,
available as empty version or already pre-mounted for all standard types of fiber-optic couplings, is inserted in it. The cap
has a hole for screw-fitting, and it closes the outlet almost dust-proof. An exchangeable labeling insert (42 mm x 10 mm)
is integrated.
Due to the downwards directed outlet (10° slope), the fiber-optic connectors do not protrude unnecessarily into the room
and do not contact the box in the interior. Thus, any kind of stress is kept apart from this component, especially in the
crimp area.
Wir weisen darauf hin, daß die Montagebecher zwar eine lichte Weite von
knapp 60 mm aufweisen, der minimale Biegeradius von typ. 30 mm in den
meisten Fällen jedoch bei der Installation durch die undefinierte Kabelführung
im Bereich der Kabelreserve unterschritten wird! Dies gilt insbesondere für
Aufputz- und Unterfluranwendungen, wo die Montagebecher zusätzlich eine
geringere Einbautiefe aufweisen.
We would like to point out that the boxes have a clearance of about 60 mm but that the
minimum bending radius of typically 30 mm, however, is not reached in most cases during
installation due to the undefined cable guidance in the area of the cable reservoir! This
applies in particular for surface and flush mounting because, additionally, the boxes have
a smaller mounting depth.
Diese Probleme lassen sich bei der Brüstungskanalmontage durch Verwendung der OpDAT 4 UP in Kombination mit dem
Kabelreservoir bzw. der Kabelführung aus dem OpDAT System vermeiden. Bei allen anderen Montagearten empfehlen wir
die Verlegung von LWL-Breakoutkabeln mit einseitig vormontierten Steckern und den Verzicht auf eine Kabelreserve im
Montagebecher. Will der Anwender aus Sicherheitsgründen dennoch auf eine Reserve nicht verzichten, so sollte er sie an
einer geeigneteren Stelle innerhalb seiner Kabeltrasse realisieren.
These problems can be avoided in case of a dado trunking by using OpDAT 4 UP in combination with a cable reservoir or the
cable guide from the OpDAT system. For all types of installation, we recommend the layout of fiber-optic break-out cables
with unilaterally pre-mounted connectors and renouncing to the use of a cable reservoir in the box. However, if the user
wishes to use the reservoir for safety reasons, it should be installed at a suitable position within the cable duct.

Kupplungen bei unbestückter Version an Adapterhalter mon-
tieren. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass die Aussparungen À
an den Ecken beim Einbau in den Tragrahmen (Schritt 3) nach
oben zeigen müssen!
Mount the couplings to the adaptor holder in case of empty
version. Make sure that the recesses Àat the corners show
upwards when inserting it in the support frame (step 3)!
Steckverbinder durch Tragrahmenöffnung führen. Tragrahmen
auf Montagebecher etc. aufschrauben.
Guide the connectors through the opening of the support
frame. Screw the support frame to the box, etc.
Stecker mit Kupplung auf Adapterhalter verbinden.
Connect the connectors to the coupling on the adaptor holder.
Adapterhalter in Tragrahmen einrasten. Zum
Einsetzen bzw. Herausnehmen des Adapterhalters,
die Seitenwände des Tragrahmens leicht nach außen
drücken.
Engage the adaptor holder in the support frame. For inserting
or removing the adaptor holder, press the side walls of the
support frame slightly outwards.
Abdeckkappe aufschrauben.
Screw the cap on.
