UNIVERSAL Blade Assembly Instruction
Dear Customer
Please note the correct assembly of the universal blade to the device:
As stated in the instruction manual on page 7, the universal blade can be taken out for cleaning purpose.
This should be done any time you feel necessary to keep up a proper hygiene. (Kindly be reminded to
be extremely careful and cautious when disassembling the device and taking out the blade as the edge
of the blade is extremely sharp and any improper handling can result in injuries.)
When reassembling the universal blade to the device please be aware of the following:
The blade holder of the device and the blade are equipped with a middle ring made of plastic.
The plastic ring fixed to the device comes with a FEED HOLE and the plastic ring fixed to the universal
blade comes with a GUIDE PIN (please refer to the line drawing below).
When reassembling the universal blade to the device, please ensure that the GUIDE PIN is properly
aligned with the FEED HOLE as indicated by the arrows (markings) on the plastic parts. (Any different
assembly would cause the blade to be not centred that will cause an out-of-centre run of the universal
blade and will cause damages.)
With assembling the 2 parts at the position of GUIDE PIN and FEED HOLE a smooth run of
the universal blade will be assured.
