INSTRUCTIONS
Changing Modes
Pressing and releasing side button switches between MG-Lock
Measurement Mode (MD) which locks onto pin, and MG-Lock
Recommended Distance Mode (RD) which locks onto pin & adjusts for
slope.
Vibrating MG-Lock Conrmation Feature
With MG-Lock, a vibrating pulse gives tactile feedback that the
rangender has locked onto the agstick.

Power On & Take
Measurement
Hold top button for
approx 1 sec. (Automatically
shuts o after 1 minute, no
manual o.)
Subsequent press and release of top button takes a measurement.
MG-Lock Recommended Distance Mode (Scan RD)
(Slope)
Recommended Distance Mode
(indicated by RD and icon in
viewnder) adjusts distance based
on angle of the slope. Aim, then
press and release top button.
Distance and slope angle readings
will alternate in viewnder. (This
mode also includes MG-Lock,
indicated by icon, which locks
onto a agstick with something (like a bunker or tree) behind it.

Example: MD mode will measure 150 yards for both the level and uphill
distances resulting in the uphill shot falling short by several yards. RD
mode will instead adjust the distance higher on the uphill shot, or
lower on a downhill shot, telling you the distance the
shot will play.

Low Battery Alert & Replacing Battery
When icon is seen in lower part of viewnder, 3V (CR2)
battery should be replaced. From the bottom of the device, simply
unscrew battery compartment cap, ensure that battery wrapper
has been removed, insert battery negative terminal rst (so positive
terminal remains visible after insertion) and replace cap.

Cart Magnets & Strap
Two powerful magents are embedded
in the right-hand side of the unit. These
can temporarily mount the device to
a ferrous metal surface like a golf cart.
(Please exercise caution before relying
on this feature to hold unit especially
when subjected to bumps, etc ... Not
recommended in situations where a drop
could be catastrophic.) A magnetic strap
is also included to ax device to non-
magnetic objects (such as a golf bag) as
well as to use as a hand-hold.
