• Check you have all the components and tools
listed on pages 3 and 4, bearing in mind that, for
ease of assembly, some components are
pre-assembled.
• Keep children and animals away from the work
area, small parts could cause choking if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough space to lay out the
parts before starting.
• Assemble the item as close to its final position
(in the same room) as possible.
• The equipment should be installed on a stable and
level base.
• Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that
all users of this product are properly informed as to
how to use this product safely. The safety of this
equipment can only be assured if it is examined
regularly for damage and wear. Replace defective
components immediately and keep the equipment
out of use until repair. Injuries may result from
incorrect use of this equipment or excessive
training.
• The free area should not be less than 0.6m greater
than the training area in the directions from which
the equipment is accessed. The free area must also
include the area for emergency dismount. Where
equipment is positioned adjacent to each other the
value of the free area may be shared.
• This product is not a toy and is not suitable for
children.Please keep out of the reach of children at
all times.The minimum recommended age for the
use of this equipment is 15.
• This product is intended for domestic use only.
Any use of this equipment in a commercial
environment invalidates the warranty.
• You MUST read all instructions before using any
fitness equipment.
• The safety of this equipment can only be assured if
it is examined regularly for damage and wear.
• Injuries may result from incorrect use of this
equipment or excessive training.
• Please consult a medical professional or personal
trainer prior to commencing exercise to ensure it is
safe for you to do so. If you have any health
concerns or medical problems please consult a
doctor before using this equipment.
• Should you experience dizziness, nausea, chest
pain, or any other abnormal symptoms stop the
workout and seek immediate medical attention.
• Dress appropriately for exercise and wear
comfortable clothing that allows a full range of
movements.
• Only one person at a time should use the
equipment.
• Keep hands away from all moving parts.
• The minimum recommended age for the use of
this equipment is 15.
• Do not place any sharp objects around the
equipment.
• Disabled persons should not use the equipment
without a qualified person or doctor in attendance.
• This product conforms to: BS EN ISO 20957-1 and
EN957-2 class (H) - Home Use - Class (C).
• This exercise product has been designed and
manufactured to comply with the latest (BS EN ISO
20957-1 and EN957-2) British and European Safety
Standards.
Maximum user body weight is 100kg, Maximum
training weight is 100kg.

Assembly Instructions
Slide Weight holder (7)
onto the Rear frame (4).
Then attach Front frame
(3) to Rear frame (4)
with two M10 x 65mm
Bolt (16), four M10
Washers (22), and two
M10 Nylon locknuts (21).
Insert a Pop pin (24)
through the upper hole
to lock the Weight holder
(7) in position.
Step 1
Connect the Rear frame
(4) to the Horizontal
beam (1) and secure in
place using two M10 x
50mm Bolts (15), four
M10 Washers (22), and
two M10 Nylon locknuts
(21).
Step 2
Fit the Horizontal beam
(1) to the Front leg (2)
using two M10 x 50mm
Bolts (15), four M10
Washers (22), and two
M10 Nylon locknuts (21).
Step 3
This product weighs
about 16kg and occupies
a space of approximately
135cm x 43cm when fully
assembled.

Attach Front leg (2) to
Front frame (3) with three
M10 x 20mm Bolt (17),
and three M10 Washer
(22). Connect the
Support bar (31) to the
Front leg (2) and Front
frame (3) , Secure in
place using the M8 x
65mm Carriage bolt (33),
M8 Washer (23), and M8
Nylon locknut (34). And
using the M8 x 65mm
Bolt (32), M8 Washer
(23), and M8 Nylon
locknut (34).
Step 4
Fit the 2 x Backrest tubes
(5) to the left and right
side of Front frame (3)
with one M10 x 135mm
Bolt (14), two M10
Washers (22), and one
M10 Nylon locknut (21).
Attach the Backrest
support bar (6) in
between the two
Backrest tubes (5), and
Weight holder (7).
Secure them with one
M10 x 65mm Bolt (16),
two M10 Washers (22),
and one M10 Nylon
locknut (21).
Step 5
Place the Backrest (10)
onto the Backrest tubes
(5). Secure it with four M6
x 38mm Bolts (19).

Place the Seat (9) onto
the Front frame (3).
Secure it with four M6 x
15mm Bolts (20). Insert
Foam roller post (8)
onto Front leg (2). Slide
foam rollers (11) onto
either side of foam roller
post (8). Slide 25mm
large round inner caps
(26) onto either end of
the foam roller post (8).
Step 7
Place the Curl pad (13)
onto the Curl attachment
tube (12). Secure it with
two M8 x 15mm Bolts
(18) and two M8
Washers (23). Place the
Curl attachment tube
(12) onto the Front leg
(2). Insert a Knob bolt
M10 x 55 (25) through
the hole to lock the Curl
attachment tube (12) in
position.

Every individual will have their own training goals and will need to workout at different levels to achieve the
desired result.
It is advised that you make sure that you have an understanding of the muscle groups you will be using and
the correct form needed to use this equipment safely. It is also recommended that you make sure that you
exercise safely and always ensure that you have sufficient time to warm-up and cool-down before and after
exercise.

To adjust the rear backrest support, pull pop pin and align bottom hole of rear support with required hole in
rear frame and release pop pin.
Warning:
1. Injuries may result from incorrect or excessive training.
2. Keep unsupervised children away from the equipment.
3. If any of the adjustment devices are left projecting, they could interfere with the user's movement.

1. Examine the equipment
periodically in order to detect
any damage or wear which may
have been produced. The
safety level of the equipment
can be maintained only if it is
examined regularly for damage
and wear,e.g.connection
points.
2. Lubricate moving parts with
light oil periodically to prevent
premature wear.
3. Inspect and tighten all parts
before using the equipment,
replace defective components
immediately and/or keep the
equipment out of use until repair.
4. The equipment can be
cleaned using a damp cloth and
mild non-abrasive detergent.
Do not use solvents.
5. Special attention should be
given to components most
susceptible to wear.
6. Do not attempt to repair this
equipment yourself. Should
you have any difficulty with
assembly, operation or use
of your exercise product or if
you think that you may have
parts missing, contact the
