SÅ HÄR ANVÄNDER DU BABYINLÄGGET
Fäst babyinlägget på axelbanden med de fyra säkerhetsremmarna (se bild nedan 1-4).
Sätt på dig bärselen genom att placera bältet runt midjan och spänn fast det med kardborrebandet.
Sätt på dig den ena axelremmen.
Lägg babyinlägget på ett plant underlag. Placera barnet inuti babyinlägget med ansiktet mot dig. Vik upp grenskyddet
och knäpp fast på båda sidor av babyinlägget. Lyft upp barnet och placera det i bärselen vänt mot dig.
(Använd aldrig babyinlägget i framåtvänt läge)
Sätt på dig den andra axelremmen.
Säkra bärselen genom att klicka i nackspännet.
Barnets benposition varierar beroende på barnets storlek. För nyfödda, böj barnets knän så att benen hamnar i
fosterställning. För barn 1 månad och äldre, låt barnets ben vila på sitsen så att benen hänger ut på sidorna.
Använd babyinlägget till dess att barnet kan hålla huvudet upprätt och stadigt, ca 4 månader.

Se till att bärselen sitter ordentligt. Bärselen ska omsluta din baby. Sitter den för löst, kan din baby sjunka ner, vilket
kan hindra andningen. Barnets haka får aldrig vila på barnets bröst, det kan hindra barnet från att andas.
Håll barnet tätt intill dig. Barnets huvud ska vara precis under hakan, tillräckligt nära för att kunna det det en puss.
Håll hela tiden uppsikt över barnets ansikte. Ansiktet får aldrig täckas av babyinlägget.
Håll barnets haka från sitt bröst, minst en fingerbredd, för att undvika att barnet tittar nedåt och vilar hakan på bröstet.
Det kan begränsa andningen.

SKÖTSEL
Maskintvätt 30°C fintvätt. Hängtorkas (torktumlas ej). För lättare rengöring, använd en fuktig handduk.

går.Använd HIPSTER™ Babyinlägg för spädbarn mellan 3.2 - 5.5 kg med HIPSTER™ -bärsele.
Barnet skall endast bäras vänt mot dig.
KVÄVNINGSRISK - Spädbarn under 4 månader kan kvävas i babyinlägget om ansiktet
pressas för hårt mot din kropp. Håll alltid barnets ansikte fritt från hinder.
MiaMilys babyinlägg är utformat så att du kan bära barnet redan från födseln. Babyinlägget omsluter ditt barn med rätt stöd
för huvud och nacke och säkerställer att barnets ben och höfter är rätt positionerade. MiaMilys babyinlägg är särskilt
utformade för MiaMilys bärselar och ska användas endast i dessa.
MiaMilys babyinlägg ska användas endast i inåtvänt läge. Använd aldrig babyinlägget i andra positioner som t.ex.
framåtvänd, eller när du bär på ryggen eller på höften.
Översta kanten av babyinlägget är vadderat för att ge stöd åt nacken. För extra stöd, vik kanten bakåt.
Den vinklade sittkudden är utformad så att barnets knän vilar högre än höfterna för att imitera den naturliga fosterställnin-
gen. Varefter barnet växer kommer benpositionen att förändras och knäna kommer i höftnivå. Sittkuddens form gör att
fötterna kan vila bekvämt utan att skjutas upp på den som bär barnet.
Rekommenderad ålders- och viktgräns är 0 - 4 månader och 3,2 - 5,5 kg . Använd babyinlägget till dess att barnet kan hålla
huvudet upprätt och stadigt (ca 4 månader).
Kontrollera alltid att det finns plats för åtminstone två fingrar under barnets haka. Se till att barnets luftvägar alltid hålls fria
och att barnet andas normalt. Barnets haka får aldrig vila på barnets bröst, det kan hindra barnet från att andas. Håll barnet
tillräckligt nära för att kunna ge det en puss. Håll ständig uppsikt över ditt barn. För tidigt födda barn, spädbarn med
andningsbesvär och spädbarn under 4 månader löper större risk att kvävas.
Kontrollera så att det inte finns några skador eller trasiga sömmar på inlägget. Använd inte babyinlägget om något är trasigt.
Håll hela tiden uppsikt över barnet och se till att barnet inte sjunker ner eller har hakan på sitt bröst. Barnets händer och ben
ska vara fria och inte begränsade.
Använd enbart babyinlägget tillsammans med HIPSTER™ bärsele, aldrig separat. Lämna aldrig ett sovande barn i
babyinlägget när du inte bär barnet i HIPSTER™ bärsele.

HOW TO USE
Attach the infant insert to the double shoulders using the 4 safety straps (see image below 1-4)
Put on the carrier by wrapping the waist belt around your waist
Slide on one shoulder strap
Place your newborn baby gently in the infant insert facing towards you
(Never use the infant insert in the forward facing position)
Slide on the other shoulder strap
Secure the carrier by clipping in the back clip
Leg positioning: For newborns, keep their legs tucked in fetal position inside the infant insert, while for babies 1 month
and up, baby’s legs are resting on the bum pillow and outside the infant insert.
Keep the infant insert attached to your baby carrier until you don’t need insert anymore (when baby is 4 months or has
strong neck and head support)

Keep a tight fit. Infant Insert should hug your baby tightly. A loose fit will allow your baby to slouch down which might
hinder baby's breathing.
Keep baby close. Baby's head should be just under your chin, close enough to kiss.
Keep baby's face in view at all times. Baby's face should never be covered by the infant insert.
Keep baby's chin off their chest. Ensure there is always at least a finger's width under baby's chin to avoid your baby
from looking downwards and resting his chin on his chest which can restrict breathing.

FALL HAZARD - Infant can fall out of infant insert.Take special care when leaning or walking.
Use HIPSTERTM Infant insert for infants between 7 lbs.(3.2 kg.) and 12 lbs.(5.5 kg.) with the
HIPSTERTM Carrier and the infant should only be carried in the front- carry position.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD - infants under 4 months can suffocate in this product if face is
pressed tight against your body. Keep infant’s face free from obstructions at all times.
The MiaMily Infant Insert is designed so you can carry your infant from birth. The infant insert wraps around your infant to
provide the proper head and neck support and to ensure your infant's legs and hips are positioned properly. MiaMily infant
insert is designed specifically for MiaMily carriers and should only be used with MiaMily carriers.
MiaMily Infant Insert can only be used in the facing in position (Never use the infant insert in any other positions such as
forward facing, back carry, or hip carry).
Extra padding has been added to the top edge of the Infant Insert. For extra neck support, fold the round of backwards.
The angled base is designed so that infant's knees rest higher than the hips to imitate the natural fetal position and for
healthy hip development. As baby grows, the leg position will change and the knees will be at the hip level. The shape of
the base allows room for the feet to rest comfortably without being pushed against the caregiver's body.
Recommended age and weight limit is 0-4 months and 7-12 lbs (3.2 kg and 5.5 kg), however every baby develops differently
so as long as baby does not have strong head or neck support, continue using the infant insert.
Always check to make sure there is at least room for 2 fingers under infant's chin. Make sure infant's airway is always clear
and infant is breathing normally. Infant's chin should never rest on infant's chest at that can close infant's airway. Make sure
infant is close enough to kiss. Always check infant constantly. Premature infants, infants with respiratory problems and
infants under 4 months are at greater risk of suffocation.
Check if there is any damage or rips to the Infant Insert. Do not use if Infant Insert is damaged.
Check Infant's position regularly, making sure that infant is not slumping downward or have their chin on their chest. Infant's
hands and legs should be free and not constricted.
Use Infant Insert only with the carrier, never on it's own. Never leave a baby sleeping in the Infant Insert.
