1. Determine height for display and find center of stud closest to desired position on wall. Locate the center of
the second stud to the left or right of desired location.
2. Using a level, scribe a 4” long line down the center of both studs at the desired height. (FIGURE A)

3. Using a level and the wall mount bracket (A) as a template, mark the center of the 4 mounting slots in line
with the scribed center line of each stud. (FIGURE B)

4. Remove wall mount bracket and using a 5/32” drill bit, drill a 2.5” deep pilot hole in each of the 4 marked
center points.
5) Install wall mounting bracket using (4x) #14 x 2.5” Hex Screw (F). Orient wall mounting bracket as shown.

1. Determine height for display and find center of stud closest to desired position on wall. Locate the center of
the stud to the left and right of desired location (3 studs total).
2. Using a level, scribe a 4” long line down the center of all 3 studs at the desired height. (FIGURE D)

3. Using a level and the wall mount bracket (A) as a template, mark the center of the 6 mounting slots in line
with the scribed center line of each stud. (FIGURE E)

4. Remove wall mount bracket and using a 5/32” drill bit, drill a 2.5” deep pilot hole in each of the 6 marked

5) Install wall mounting bracket using (6x) #14 x 2.5” Hex Screw (F). Orient wall mounting bracket as shown.

1. Determine position and height for display. Using a level and the wall mount bracket (A) as a template, mark the
center of the 4 mounting slots that are spaced the farthest apart. (FIGURE G)

2. Remove wall mount bracket and using a 3/8” drill bit, drill a 2.5” deep hole in each of the 4 marked
center points. (FIGURE H)
3. Press (4x) wall anchor (E) into the 4 drilled holes. (FIGURE H)

1. Determine position and height for display. Using a level and the wall mount bracket (A) as a template, mark
the 2 center slots and 4 mounting slots that are spaced the farthest apart on both ends of wall bracket (total 6).

DISPLAY BRACKET EXTENSION INSTALLATION
VDM-800-T-LP ONLY
1. For larger displays, it may be necessary to attach extension bracket (C) to align display mounting bracket (B)
mounting holes with VESA holes in display using (8x) Extension Screws (D).

DISPLAY MOUNT BRACKET INSTALLATION
1. Using supplied display mount screws, select the appropriate screw size and length ensuring screw does not
bottom out in mounting hole, or damage to display may occur. If you feel resistance, stop immediately and try
a shorter screw. If supplied screws are still too long, use supplied spacers to take up slack.
2. Align display mount bracket (B) with mounting holes on the back of display. Using (4x) display mount screws
(N-A - N-N) and (4x) washers (G or H) to secure the display mount bracket to your display.

RECESSED OR RAISED BACK DISPLAY MOUNT BRACKET INSTALLATION

1. Using supplied display mount screws,select the appropriate screw size and length ensuring screw does not
bottom out in mounting hole, or damage to display may occur. If you feel resistance, stop immediately and try
a shorter screw. If supplied screws are still too long, use supplied spacers to take up slack.
2. Align display mount bracket (B) with mounting holes on the back of display. Using (4x) display mount screws
(N-A - N-N), (4x) washers (G or H) and (4x) Spacers (J - M) to secure the display mount bracket to your display.

HANGING DISPLAY
1. Tilt display and hook display bracket onto flange of wall mount bracket (A). Standoff support may be used to
prevent display from locking into place while connecting wires. (FIGURE R)
2. Swing standoff support up to lower display in place. Push along the bottom of display until the mount
clicks into place. (FIGURE S)
3. To remove display from the wall bracket, pull both release cord rings down while pulling bottom of display
away from wall and lift display off flange of wall mount bracket. (FIGURE T)

4. Once installation is complete, use level adjustment screws on top of display mount brackets to level display.

ADJUSTING DISPLAY TILT
1. To tilt display, grab top and bottom of display and carefully pull top of display gently to desired angle.
3. To return display to a vertical position, grab top and bottom of display, carefully push display from the top.
Once display is vertical, mount will snap into place holding the display from tilting. (FIGURE V)
